Jonathan cannot be swear in thrice. It is after the swearing in that one becomes the CIC not after election. You can win an election and not be sworn in (MKO), so you are not the CIC. He has been sworn in twice to me is stronger than that he has been elected once which is his defense now. Lets look at this from another angle, if he had not contested in 2011, will he be referred to now as a 'former president' and be a member of the Council of State? If the answer is yes then GEJ to me has no case.

The postponement, under normal circumstances, does not bode well for the integrity of Nigeria's election, so it might be a good idea for PDP to stay low key on the matter, to avoid giving the impression the postponement was at PDP behest. I read obanikoro disclaimer on facebook two days ago and he didn't say he wasn't at the meeting he said the tapes were altered , also i listened to him yesterday on a radio program and he say he just heard the tape , so my conclusion, obanikoro contradicted himself yesterday my saying he just heard the tapes on Sunday but issued a statement on Friday regarding the tape, it shows he wasn't truthful , they were there.

"President Goodluck Jonathan on Saturday said various attacks by Boko Haram in Abuja were planned to extend to parts of the country with the intention of bringing down the nation.
He stated this when he attended the revival service of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement at its headquarters in Ijesha, Lagos.
“The idea of the group was to start from the centre of the country and then move to bring the whole country down,’’ Jonathan said."

PDP is only trying to use INEC to postpone the unavoidable disaster day. We can see that this delay is nothing but PDP tricks. As the security expert tells us, using BH as an excuse for postponement makes no sense. What they could not achieve in 6years, they want to do in 6weeks.
"Dasuki had told INEC that operations against Boko Haram militants meant the military will be unable to provide adequate security for the February 14 vote."
So it is not really about enabling all voters to collect their PVC. What gives the President the impression that the Military would have finished with Boko Haram before the postponed date? Did the Boko Haram battle start only yesterday or few weeks ago?
