![]() CaptainJeffry:Hmn, and I can't believe you can make this kind of comment which I consider ill - informed. ![]() |
jidamsel43:Just imagine your choice of words? How dear you call him a madman just because of your blind support for PMB? For the record, you are not the only one that supported PMB when he worn the election. I supported him and voted for him, but events unfolding in this country and his sọ called body language is dangerously alarming. If Kassim Afegbua is insisting in he was authorized, why don't you ask him for evidence instead of outright insult? We are in the 21st century and we expect Nigerian contributing to discussion on this forum to make civilized imputs not insulting people. |
If the above order is true, please let then I can only pray the God that delivered us from Sanni to Abacha's regime to deliver us from you, and IGP and your boss PMB. How many Afegbua do you want to arrest. What have you done about the killings going on in Benue State? Have you forgotten that the freedom of speech we enjoyed under GEJ paved the way for your boss to be president and subsequently appoint you? Please don't drag Nigeria back, focus on your primary job sir. |
Did GEJ not build Almajeri schools all over the North? It is PMB's job to make sure no part of this country is marginalized. Building roads in Bayelsa is as important as any other parts of this country. |
EternalTruths:It will be very unfair to the million of innocent children and women in Middle Belt to deny them of support simply because you feel that some elements from the zone supported PMB in his attack against KANU IPOB. Please note that it is when the oppressed unit that they can fight their oppressor. Remember that error of history can only be corrected if you show love. The people being killed have not been supporting PMB, they are not PMB. |
ManirBK:Rubbish! If you don't know, you should know it today that OBJ's voice is the voice of international community. It is also a reflection of the thoughts of majority informed minds in this country. If PMB still want to enjoy the support of international community he should not mess with the old guy. |
Charity begins at home? Mr Yahaya Bello should not forget to start the experiment from Kogi Central and perhaps from his father's land, thereafter, I we shall be convinced or other to embrace his Agribusiness idea or not. I trust the good people of Kogi Central anyway, I they are capable of matching fire for fire and Fulani herdsmen can't in time date them and I do hope Bello will have the courage to face his people on this matter? |
Ibegtodiffer:Pity us? No, but all will need is your support to drive away the boy Governor imposed by Oyegun and Dino. Good enough that Dino is regreting it big time, but your support and fellow Nigerian on this forum forum will be appreciated when we cry against in justice, I imposition in Kogi State by APC /PMB. Because of tribal sentiments, I they stopped Faleke and prosperity in yet Tinubu is still following them? |
RedboneSmith:There is nothing stopping prosecution of anybody for genocide if we have enough evidence and determined people. |
life2017:Good but not good enough. Ethinic group from Middlebelt that want to join SW should be allowed to either form a new state or boundaries adjustment should be made on states for such people. |
I don't like Okorocha o, but COREN should shut the fvck up! Do you mean to say all the buildings that have collapsed in the country don't have structural designs or your members in Imo State are not being carried along in the looting spree. There are several roads in this country that are death traps, what noise have you made about those. Bunch of thieves, pot calling kettle black. [/quot One if the key benefits of this forum is promotion of knowledge through information sharing. As a people, let Nigerians are known globally as people that love pursue of knowledge, therefore, people act in the way Gov Okorocha is acting, by ignoring the rules to errect structures, collapse of building can and will occur to because quacks will replace professionals and people with your type of mindset will still blame the professionals. Nigerian Engineers are competent and are doing excellently well in climes with good regulations, but here in Nigeria, the greeds of the powerful makes them look in competent. |
Stethaine:Its a lie jooor. OBJ in addition to his own brains borrowed, Soludo's, Okonjo Iweala, FKK etc brains. PMB should have borrowed your brain and mine. |
nghubs1:While I commend my fellow countrymen for saying the truth, I I must quickly highlight my point of disagreement with paragraph saying OBJ, I didn't do better. You certainly have no bases for comparing Dr OBJ with PMB. What can you point out as promised fulfilled by PMB? Anti corruption war is marred with, Mainagate and Grasscutter SFG, Boko Haram war though he made effort, all killing has been replace by herdsmen. Single Treasury Account has been discovered to be a joke with various discoveries like billion been kept in private account by NNPC of FX round tripping? Now OBJ established EFCC, I do you remember the treatment given to Tafa Balogun former IGP? OR a minister that was OBJ senior is school dead?, let we forget to quickly, I we take telephone call for granted these days right? He introduced GSM today it is successful. Power second reform he started was basterdized by Yar'adua. He paid accumulated foreign debt, as how much debt PMB has added to the debt portfolio of this country after GEJ and your heart will shrink. OBJ left over $68b in foreign Reserve and Excess Crude account. OBJ made a bear balance appointment he didn't appoint Yoruba only indeed Yoruba got very few appointment through him My man, PMB should disemberk honourably, otherwise, GEJ will laughter at him. |

Why should JNI start blaming CAN For voicing out concern that PMB has failed to protect Christian population in the North? Does it mean they prefer CAN to remain silent why the genocide of Christians continue why JNI look the other way? Supposing the killing is more on Muslim side would they have remain silent? Let the Sultan know and declare it throughout the Fulani Caliphate that attempt to turn the herdsmen terrorists genocide into a religious war has failed. We in the Middlebelt now know better, and shall resist attempt to manipulate the situation. Yoruba Muslims, watch your back because if this JNI should invite religion war, you are not safe. From experience in the North, once you are Yoruba, and you are not a recognized Muslim. Is it too much for Sultan to visit Benue to commiserate with them? Why has PMB failed to visit Benue. If that has happened in Sokoto or Kano, would he remain in Abuja? No doubt, the Fulani are powerful in this country but I sincerely hope they know that other tribes in this country are not happy with the way they keep killing and destroying other tribes lives and prosperities? What CAN is saying is the truth, JNI, talk to the killers and leave CAN alone for complaining. |
Histrings08:I think because he is a Muslim and cannot stand the crisis that argument on issues of religion will be on a forum created by him. However, I expect him to create similar conditions for Christian thread on this forum. Seun should see himself more like a nation figure the will grow to become a stateman. He should therefore sure that Christians does not feel marginalized. Alternatively, he can create separate forums for Muslim have and Christian religion that are not linked to nairaland forum depending on the economic viability. I will for instance not vote for him if he is been considered for a national honour, if it can be confirmed that he is not giving the same level of treatment to Christian thread as he does Muslim thread. Seun will soon bag national honour. |
This is a golden opportunity for the Middlebelt to break away from North. Following the resignation of the elder state man Unogo as the Chairman Arewa Forum due to the wicked silence of the elders from Fulani dominate North to condemn the genocide in Benue. You can be sure that if Gov Or tomorrow should pull out, the Taraba Gov will follow suite and gradually Middlebelt shall be free. Benue people wake up, tell your Gov not to listen to El-Rufai, remember he paid the Fulani people for killing people in Southern Kaduna? |
owoicho13:If Nigerian still refer to that quality of mind as Prof, then there's a serious issue with education system. You can't make such a sensitive public claim without suffecient evidence to back it up. His assertion, though on Facebook defiled all forms of login. Just imagine the UK saying because Nigeria and by extension the entire Fulani Kingdom or Caliphate, which was once a British colony, still remain her colony and that nobody can drive away any Briton from Nigeria? Now this Prof certificate needs to be investigated to be sure he's mentally fit and of sound mind to impact knowledge at that level. ![]() |
careytommy7:Oby is an intelligent woman. If we are to be honest with ourselves, I we need intelligent, I honest and hard working people. It appears to me that the cream of people in this group if they plan well, can take Nigeria to the promised to land. |
Who will compensation us for the people killed by Myetti Allah Fulanis? Can Nigerians now see that cattles are more important than human to this APC-PMB regime? Are we completely helpless? Someone will come crying on live TV interview that we didn't vote for him, he after our vote, I see what we deserve. Someone should advice PMB to conduct an opinion poll on his government. He us replying on the Kano Crowd to vote him. Lets pray and hope this president will not push us beyond our level of tolerance. |
ogbeniolola:So the Fulani people have started changing moniker to Yoruba name to fight on nairaland? If your people, and without exception, PMB think he can annihilate our people and expect us to maintain undignify silence, he has missed it. We won't be intimated. The Fulani security council is trying to be a judge in its own case, I this matter will get to ICJ. PMB should be prepared to face genocide case in Geneva. |
It is the quality of advice like that of Chief Audu Ogbeh's that is making PMB a monster in the broad day light. In the first place, why must FG give private businessmen free land to grow their livestock? Why are they trying to appease these people? Will the FG also give free land to other crop farmers nationwide? PMB body language with that of IGP appears to me to be in bad faith. If he could quench IPOB, attack Boko Haram, and why is the herdsmen carrying war equipments more sophisticated than Nigeria Police be confronted with Police instead of the Army? Is Mr President and Agric Minister aware that mere proclamation that open grazing has been banned without NASS enacting a law will not stop tẹ wreck less killing by the 4th most dangerous terrorist group in the word? PMB has been enjoying much support and love from me but to be honest, I fellow countrymen, I his inaction of the evil by his tribesmen has changed my mind. Indeed, someone said before he became president he had to travel from Katsina to Ibadan to warn the Oyo State Government Lam Adesina not to allow Yorubas to continue killing the Fulanis in Oyo North then. Are we then to believe that Mr President is being partial. The global community is watching. |
frosbel2:The report is biased. The writer is painting the payment of tithe as if it were payment to Ashimolowo. Look, I am not a member of his Church, but we Christians should not continue to watch this people from other religions attack our Christian Faith. How is it their business if people pay tithes? Is it not Biblical? Is anybody forcing the writer and his pay masters to pay? As for Pastor Ashimolowo's luxury house, is the writer and his supporters aware of the number of books that this man has written and the volume of his investment? Even if he were using the Church's money will God fail to bring him to judgment? It is not difficult to understand why UK is fast drifting into the hands of ISIS and Muslim Mayor's, but they expect to replicate the same obnoxious laws in Nigeria that will stiff the growth of Pentecostal movements? My position is not a tacit support for misappropriation of tithe and offerings but I strongly believe that any body cheating by diverting tithes will have most severe punishment. I believe the God of the the Holy Bible, and the he won't fail to punish such people. |
Don't miss the experience of staying away from home on account of National Service for one. My humble suggestion, travel home, is to have a robust discussion with her, and let her know you are safe and also keep safe anyway. Promise to be calling her every day or two days, pray with her on phone in the morning before going out each day and you can be sure she will be comfortable with your stay in Kwara. I schooled in Kwara State and spent close to 10years years there, it is one of the safest states in this country. Be of good courage, it shall be well with you. |
It all depends on your definition of abroad. Are you talking about Libya or USA? South Africa or Syria? A good job in USA, but Canada may be better than a Master in Nigeria at any rate, but you can as well run yo ur Master program in the country at the same time. |
Daviddson:No doubt, but am happy with Ambode 's performance and but I will also want to appeal to him not to forget the 4th Mainland Bridge. Has anyone update on the project in this forum? |
bolorunduro2000@gmail.com |
In fairness to PB and APC, number 11 has been fulfilled. No Nigerian is allowed to go to foreign country for medical treatment for except PMB |
Mariinee:Well it is left for PMB to prove him wrong that it's not about religion. We have a no one citizen that could not solve a problem that had consistently been preventing g me to enjoy my religious celebration. If it had happened during Muslims festivals, I probably would not have agreed that its about religion. |
We need an apology from you not sympathy and immediate resolution of the crisis which was inflicted on us due to poor plan. |
Mariinee:Well it is not affecting Christians alone but why have we not be having fuel scarcity during Muslims festivities? OP has provided fact based of historical trends, you can only refute his claims with superior arguments based on facts. I voted for PMB no doubt but his performance as Petroleum Minister is not but a demonstration of gross incompetence.Today, as I type this comment, am at a service station queueing for fuel , I couldn't go to Church. PMB should do us a favour by stepping down or make Nigeria work. |
Guyman02:As you may deduce from my moniker, I am am from. Middle Belt. If the claims above that three Court Judgement has been wọn by the the Benin Kingdom on this matter is true, why then are the Ijaws fomenting trouble? The best way, in a civilized society to prove your case and win especially when land is involved is to approach the court and after you have been defeated in the court you are still not interested in abiding by the Judgement, you should be ready to face the wrath of the law. It is completely absurd and unfair for you to claim you own all the coastal land from Bayelsa to Ondo State because you are Fishermen. Ijaw, please give peace a chance, we don't need another brand of Herdsmen in Southern Nigeria, but our experience in the Middle Belt is Asad one. |
