realjoker:
I know your fears, you are looking for accomplice to join you in your new country in the event of Nigeria eventually breaking up, because you are afraid of being enslave by the hausa Fulani.

I don't have to attend to your postulation let me just ask you series of questions and some comments

1, who dominate and lord over Jos north and Part of angwan donkey in Jos south, which you dare not visit?

2, Can you dare move anyhow in this part of Jos city: Masallachi jummat street, Ango rogo, nassarawa filling bali, Dilimi, gangere, adebayo street, part of Terminus and environ?

And you are forced to manage Tina junction, yantrailer, angwan rukuba, part of amy engineer and fudawa ring road in your ancestry land o?

3, And don't forget; You lost a senator and a house of reps member to this war. what have you done to retaliate this lost in this magnitude to the hausas?

And don't forget that the level of genocide Hausa Fulani herdmen perpetrated in Southern kaduna is a child play compare to the one they did on your people in Barkin ladi! I might be sounding inhuman here.

And your acknowledgement on how movements and guarantee of safety is limited in Kano, Kaduna and Jos and Plateau in general vindicate me of how your Jos and state being a war zone. Restrictions of movement and non guarantee on safety in a place are the characteristics of war zone areas.
Your statement on mile 12 crisis shows how dunce headed you are on Lagos.
You should note that in the entire SW, okunland and Kwara State there is no place a Muslim or Christian is barred from moving freely because of fear of being attack by one stupid religion fanatic.
Please ignore this guy completely. His thinking is completely at variance with an average Middlebelt man. People from Middlebelt to the best of my knowledge, love and respect the Yorùbás just like an average Yorùbá man love them. He probably exhibited a bad trait somewhere against a Yorùbá man and has been thought a sound lesson on how to behave and that perhaps made him to carry hatred about.

The name of your moniker and your claims here is enough for me to take you as a very unserious fellow.

Why are you flaunting the name 'middlebelter' and still advertisting/flaunting South-west? Drop that identity for those who are proud to flaunt it with immediate effect.

Dual identity of a pseudo-individual. That's similar and the way Transexualism begins. I don't deal with 'Trans-individuals'.
May the spirit of ignorance depart from you with immediate effect.
The term Middlebelt in Nigeria until recently refers to the area covered by the Guinea Savanna, hence Britian decided to lump the entire Savanna under Northern Nigeria in their bids to create political advantage for the North over the south. Recently however, it has assumed a political identity. If the colonial master decided to ignore the cultural affinity of a group of people to create a geo-political matrix to the advantage of some people, does that make the people to loss their identity? The fact the we aspire to join our people from South West does not make us to hate the people of Middlebelt that has been our neighbours thousands of years before the advents of colonial master and creation of Nigeria.
I urge, to receive knowledge. We are proud of our people in Middlebelt and we are good neighbours, nevertheless, we have a vision of being reunited to the region with which hold cultural affinity.

It may interest you today to note that we the Yorùbás from Kwara and Kogi State believe in Nigeria and have endure all forms of marginalization just to make Nigeria work and united.

My moniker is a demonstration of that sense of unity in diversity. However, in the events that Nigeria will break, there will be no Kogi or Kwara state anymore. We are then saying, hey guys remember that even though IBB has lumped us with North - Central states because of our location, we know our boundaries and we shall be ready to defend it. Does that offend you? In the ínterim we remain part of Middlebelt and I owe you and your likes no drop of apology.

Notwithstanding the above explanation, I strongly feel that you are not from Middlebelt. You are probably looking for a way to extend your tribalistic hatred for the Yorùbás.

@AbakalikiPress.

Just for the records as i told ODVanguard. No middlebelter gives a flying fvck about Kwara yorubas & Okuns. Especially the Okuns, what have they contributed to the North-central?

The only issue here is that Okuns will not be allowed to take Lokoja to the South-west. They cannot divide the capital city of Lokoja away to the South-west.
As for Ilorin people, they have never mentioned joining the South-west. So, that's their concern.

Besides i only mentioned Ilorin & Lokoja being properties of the caliphate to spite you brown-roofers cheesy cos it's obvious many of you think things are done by mouth alone. Much mouth and no action!

Also, Ilorin & Lokoja are developing fine without brown-roofs, we don't want you guys to brown-roofenize these cities as brown roof has become the South-western trademark grin
Your comments are not only very rude but a complet demonstration of inadequate sense of history and Geography, it is a big concern to we of Yorùbá extraction from Kogi and Kwara state.

You have innocently asked what are the contributions of Yorùbás to Middlebelt? Perhaps, I should ask you the contribution of your tribe to Middlebelt? I strongly suspect though that you are not from Middlebelt and therefore you simply deserve no response.
As per the boundaries of Yoruba towards the northern hemisphere in this country, be not in doubt nor deceived by Britain's deliberate malicious demarcation of the the Northern boundary. The South West stretch from Jebba in Kwara state to Lokoja in Kogi State. You may wish to visit Jebba to confirm their history and mother's tongue and if you have ever heard of the Oworos in Kogi State, they own Obajana. A(Obajana is a Yoruba name, the stretch of the land ends in Lokoja.

Also note the in Geography, river is a natural boundary and international river like Niger is no less.

I would have love to explain further but I could sense hatred from your comment toward my people, perhaps born out of your general hatred for the Yorùbás.

OP, did you school in heaven or here on earth? If yes, What is the name of the country? Can you remember the school name? Do you know how to get there? Do you have transport fees? Are you fit to travel?
If the answer to the first question is no and the other questions yes, Kindly go to the school headmaster, tell him or her you are from me that I said the school should kindly reproduce your First School Leving Certificate for you in my honour after checking your record to confirm that you studied in the school.

Don't forget to ask the head of school when baba PMB will be returning from UK hospital and finally ask him why baba was not thought in primary school that it's better to develop local hospitals and at worst bring in experts than embarking on medical tourism.

I am particularly worried that the current minister of education in connivance with PMB are trying to Islamise Nigerias through the back door.

Another major concern I have on this matter is the seeming silence of the. Catholic body in Nigeria. Cardinal Olubunmi Okogie due to reasons of old age may not be speaking out as usual, but what has happened to the Catholic Secretariat, Cardinal Oniayekan, Bishop Matthew Kukah etc.

If we keep quiet, we shall all surprised what the minister and his Jamb boss partner will do to Christianity in this country. Want evidence? Go to University of Ilorin to confirm what the Oloyedes did.

Just carry the pain to the throne of mercy. Talk to God one of one as if you are seeing Him. Tell Him to forgive any sin that might have brought this if any with all humility. Then ask him for help, quoting the scripture,. He said, Call upon me in the days of trouble and I will deliver you and thou shall glorify me. Read psalm 50.
Promuse God that if he will solve your problem you will serve him with all your heart and mean it. Then wait for your miracle.

Yes, a good idea, I share your dream but am in total disagreement with the second to the last paragraph. Please do not insult anybody or tribe because you disagree with them. Remember that the fact you disagree with some of the things their leaders are doing doesn't make the entire tribe guilty of the same offence. You will agree with me that there are thousands of Hausa - Fulanis that wish they could change their leaders.
It is a good thing if the Middlebelt that is predominantly Christian can strive to unite with South to chat a future for the country.

Christianity EtcRe: Man Reading Punch Newspaper In Church During Service In Lagos (Photo) by middlebelter(m): 4:55pm On Jun 19, 2017
eezeribe:
I don't condemn his action, after all there is nothing new that would be preached in the church,it's still from the Bible that sermons would be recycled,or maybe he has a different perspective of what was being preached because most times, these priests and pastors preach according to their own understanding and sentiments, thereby imposing their opinions on others.
Anyway he should have just stayed at home, maybe he acted under compulsion or trying to please someone or maybe it wasn't really a church service, probably a programme like a wedding or burial mass... But even at that....
Maybe he saw something interesting in the newspaper... Why am I even stressing myself...Mtcheeeeeeew
You and many other may not understand, given your comment above the essence of going to Church.
When you go to church, you are not going to hear new things. The Bible says, there is no new thing under the sun. So, when you go to church, you are going to meet God, your creator, the creator of heaven and earth. Note that God is spirit, you can't see Him with your eye, all our six senses cannot fully comprehend the greatness of God but he has appointed ministers to speak through them to us through the Holy Bible. So, when you go to church, before you live home, make a list of all you want God to do for you, listen to the word of God and then pray with all your heart and seriousness about the message and then your request. Thereafter look go ward to answer to your prayers in faith.
Church service is a two way traffic. You talk to God and God talks to you. God talks to you in two ways: through the message from the preacher and through your prayer. When you pray, then listen to God speak to your heart. You may not hear an audible voice but if you attentively pray in faith, He will respond.
So it's condemnable to buy newspapers and be reading in Church. If the same guy should go to PMB in Aso Rock and PMB decided to send one of his PA to discuss with him, will he be reading news paper that time? Beyond that, he is a bad influence and that can attract him punishment from the owner of the church who is on heaven.

PoliticsRe: Why Pope Francis Threatened To Fire Nigerian Priests (Backstory From 2013) by middlebelter(m): 5:21pm On Jun 12, 2017
Let me suggest that the Priest should just port to another church if they truly want to protest and protect the interest of our Mbaise people. After all, the entire church can move to Anglican, Methodist, etc or form a new church with the population of their members. They should abandon the church for the Bishop and Pope.

Yahaya Bello should be the one being recalled. The kid is beginning to feel like a political masterminder and god father.
How can a governor owe salaries for 15 months and APC has not sanctioned him?
We did not elect nor appoint Yahaya Bello and so have no power to recall him. The time we are suppose to cry and reject him in favour of Faleke, we choose to remain silent when this same Dino opposed the first son of Okunland to move close to the office.
It has happened that our two enemies or so it looks, are fighting themselves. I beg let them fight. Whoever wins, we are better off. I personally feel this Dino should go first, let it be a hard lesson for him and all his likes in OKUNLAND, never to oppose their brothers. After that we can come to either negotiate with Bello or fight him collectively. So, Okun, please recall him now, now!

Exactly the point being made by the man is what you have exhibitrd in your comment. What is Yorùbá:s business in what the man said. Reply him and leave Yorùbás out of your argument.
In a situation like this you should try to make the Yorùbás support your agitations instead of constantly attacking them.
For your information, I strongly disagree with most of this thing the man said, but your comment is offensive. You make more friends to support your cause instead of enemies. I know many Yorubas are supporting you but they are been careful because of the way you attack them despite been your best host in this country.

If we have to rank all the past administration in this country, Abacha's regime is the worst till date. No doubt history will not be kind to him and his family for the pain the inflicted on Nigerian. It was during his regime the Ajaokuta Iron and Steel Industry was frustrated, he could not pay the staff, yet he stole billions. Imagine if he was kind to make the plant work how it would have impacted our economy.

See talk. Imagine the caliber of people speaking for Yoruba
Again, I doubt if Gani Adam is competent to represent the entire Yorùbá in this regard. Unlike the Igbos that are republicans Yoruba reigns through the kings and elders. The elders are the informed and well civilised and educated people such as the Afeniferes etc that will advice and mobilize the population based on sound superior arguments. So such decisions, from my study and understanding of Yoruba race, will not come from Gani Adam, just like Kanu is doing in the East.

As long as Kwara a hitherto Yoruba land remains the Fulani property, cowardice is spelled out.

Abiola saga, Awolowo's shameful suicide, Ogundipe fleeing to London even when not threatened, the other general crying and begging a subordinate to spare him, Mile12 saga, Hausa and Yoruba olotun beans sellers clash in Osun... ..etc

I have many reasons to call them bloody cowards...
Stop swimming in ignorance. I spent my youthful life in Ilorin, the claim that Kwara if for FULANIS is not only wrong but very misleading. Yorùbás are the most peaceful tribe I have seen in this country. The fact that there is an error of history does not validate your claim. What you need to know is that, Yorùbá will not go to war because of throne in the 21st century, they have most civilised ways of handling issues and has won my respect. It may amaze you to know that the so called Fulanis have been assimilated into Yorùbá and they speak and live as one.
I don't want to join issues with you on which tribe is brave or coward, but if the likes of Adekunle Fajuyi could offer to die with his boss, Ironsi, do you think it is fear to refer to such tribe that produced someone that has alternative to escape but choose to die because of an igbo man, coward? Is that how you reward loyalty? Do you prefer a leader that didn't think through his war strategies which lead to the death of many, only to escape and the brave?
This analysis can go on and on. As a student in University of Ilorin, our SUG building in those days was named Kaduna Nzeogwu hall, do you know why? The man fought to change Nigeria to a better country without a tribal sentiment but his brothers that handled LAGOS and East messed him up.
We are better united.

My take is, we should all stop defending who ever has been alleged to be corrupt untill such individual has been cleared by competent authorities.
If Dino has a corruption allegation, let him proof he's not corrupt by approaching a court to clear his name. The likes of COMMONWEALTH019 should please stop dragging in the likes of Tinubu into Dino's matter.
