I think the SW will be the ONLY peaceful survivor and prosperous nation. The governor of Nasarawa state should give peace a chance. There had been silent killings going on months before this last one mostly in eggon villages for political reasons they say. As a southerner leaving in Nasarawa I think I am more informed on this issue than most NL senarists. Our political leaders are dishonest. Bloodshed should stop in Nasarwa state.

In my own opinion the spell of PDP in sw where I belong was marked by lawlessness and sterility. Few governors who could have worked except Ladoja of Oyo state were rigged into office and did not have peoples' acceptance. Their time is the worst I have witnessed in my own observation. I shooled in UPN led administration I did not pay a dime. This issue of introducing religious rules to our schools is a way of imprisonment of mind: our secularity and education have giving us a leading position in Nigeria compare to northern bigots. How has this religious bigotry benefited Saudi, or Iraq etc. They refuse to break away from their past and they are problem of the world today no less than almajiris of the north. Kudos to Fashola who dares to bring a change like Kemal Ataturk of Turkey who brought radical changes to Turkey. Omo Oduduwa; ogbon nbe eniyan wa.
