You are wrong. Innoson won GTB at ibadan court of appeal, then GTB took the case to Supreme Court in a bid to upturn the appeal court judgement.
In a landmark decision on February 27th 2019, the Supreme Court of Nigeria dismissed GTB’s appeal — SC. 694/2014 — against the judgment of Court of Appeal, Ibadan Division.
So what has he not won? Ubless you are talking about another case order than this one..

Mr no palor gist, do you think it is appropriate for gtb to illegally deduct money from customer account. When the case started, Gtb out of fear of paying debt reported innoson to efcc for forgery of bank documents. Gtb did that do stop innoson from demanding refund and accrued interest.

So where is the judgment convicting Innoson for forgery? Why is your forgery case still being speculated whereas the supreme court has long found GTB guilty of stealing. Anyways, every agency and authority in Nigeria has abduty to enforce supreme court judgment. E go do una vam for eye.

He has defeated them also on the forgery case. They thought thought they could use EFCC to lump the stealing from him and the forgery case together and obfuscate the whole thing. But the supreme court has separated the two and EFCC ran away because the forgery case is actually a ploy to lump all things together and deny stealing from him.

This big gamble has failed and GTBank is now on the precipice.

GTB should really approach Innocent Chukwuma for a proper out of court settlement. Any direct or indirect shares that Segun Agbaje has in GTB should be forfeited. All his lackeys in the current board should be shown the door, and a new management team put in place to carry out the negotiations with Innoson.

Segun Agbaje ran this bank aground, by picking an unnecessary fight with Innoson, and on top of that, using their links with the seat of power, to hound Innoson.

That's completely the GTB fault. If their claim is genuine, the court would have upturn their ruling. Meanwhile can't any other court upturn the ruling of the Supreme Court?. GTB should just call him to the table and negotiate.

Seems you didn't follow the case at all but stupidly jumped in to comment as a tribal warlord, Innosson accused GTB of outright stealing and fraud in the operation of his account, they both went to court and Innosson proved his case with facts which GTB could not refute and a judgement was given in his favour, in normal societies where normal people reside and the rule of law is King, GTB would have paid up the judgement amount or it's assets would have been liquidated to offset the sum, but unfortunately Nigeria is not a normal nation and Nigerians are not normal people which is why we all live like animals guided by no rules

Common sense world have revealed it to you that those guys are DSS officers. If one of them were gunned down like Prince the DSS officer, the Federal government would have come to claim that he died as a result of accidental discharge like they did when Prince was gunned down. Read the comments from on the link from people living in Anambra. Prince the DSS case should guide you to a reasonable conclusion.

It started when one of the UGM gunned down during exchange of fire with the Police later turned out to be Prince the DSS officer. Yesterday, four Biafra National Guards were gunned down in Anambra State and they still turned out to be Fulanis. My question is "did IPOB hired the DSS and Fulanis to fight for Biafra restoration"?

It’s called the ECOWAS Travel Certificate, yes it can also be used for traveling within the ECOWAS but some overzealous immigration officials in some countries (Cape Verde came to my mind now) may not honour it and deny holder entry into their country.

I would advise you to do this.

Go to the Ghanian embassy or get an Ecowas travel document to travel to Ghana to appeal to them to cause their Ministry of Interior (or Immigration) to authenticate the Ghanian stamps on your passport.

If possible, try and get them to write to the US, Embassy and Nigeria Immigration Service authenticating the entry and exit stamps.
APPEAL to them to also keep you in copy of this letter.

With this letter, get a lawyer to write to the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) to release your passport or issue you with a fresh passport if the old passport is no longer available. Keep the US embassy in copy of this 2nd letter as well.
