PDP and confusion.
How can Sunday be October 1 and then Tuesday is October 2?
Have they deleted Monday from their own calender?
They are also setting themselves up for serious logistical problems based on this calender.
In their bid to outsmart APC with their schedule, they didn't put enough time-lag within the events. This is a precursor to serious problems, confusion and manipulation without enough time for resolution. |

nurey: the 1999 to 2003 was plagued by transmission issues
the 4cylinder variant is extremely underpowered, don't buy if you will be loading car constantly
the rear suspension aren't load friendly, at full load it's possible to experience rear scraping
the body begins to fall as it age its also an Honda doesn't tolerate bypass. Is it all of them that are not load friendly or you are still talking about the 1999 to 2003 models? Also pls what do mean by Honda does not tolerate bypass? I have noticed the body falling with age issue. It's also common with the Sienna of 2004 and above. That streamlined body of Sienna 2003 and below is very strong and looks good even after many years. But lower years of the Odyssey has that body issues in contrast to the lower Sienna. |

Originalsly: Nice sharing. I think the most important point is to get a certified mechanic who is very knowledgeable of the brand car you want to buy. But there is always a risk....faults can be covered and only surface with time. Not a mechanic.. but from observations... toks VW is unreliable... even when pretty new... they shut down for one reason or other... same with LR. Then to find parts and on spot competent mechanics add to the mess. There is a reason why they depreciate in value so fast...yet look in pristine condition. @Op... you have spent too much on that car.... and would be spending a whole lot more if you continue to depend on it. Most likely you cannot regain your money if you sell it as is...I suggest you try arrange having it parted out....you would make back your money and a lot more. Sincerely I can relate to this. I have seen a number of them break down on the road despite looking modern and sleek and will be wondering what went wrong. I once assisted a guy in towing his sleek looking VW. The car just disappointed him in a workday morning on the bridge heading to Muson centre and VI. Based on the lamentation of the gentleman about the car and what he has faced in the hand of mechanics, I made the decision never to buy a VW. |

Call/whatapp 08117398294 for proffesional consult That your statement in bold is the type I have. I'm beginning to suspect that prag inverter for the opening developed by my full river batteries (see pix). Although the batteries have used 2 yrs 5 months, pls will you consider that a good lifespan for full river batteries not overflogged? Presently, the inverter and batteries only gives back-up power for minimal load of lights and fans, about 5hrs at full charge. It still gives these hrs just because I use 5w LED bulbs in my crib. If I put any additional load like TV that it effortlessly bears before, all the lights in the house will just shut down, the inverter itself will just freeze up and not respond to power on/off button at the front until I power it down from behind. It will also be making one crazily shrieking alarm. This is different from the low battery alarm, it just started doing this,. I'm even at loss if this is as a result of the weakening battery or the inverter is having a problem. With the opening on the battery, is it still safe to use at home (see pix)? I'm considering using for at least 2 more months before replacement. Also I have recently noticed that my petrol generator no longer charges the inverter properly. Now, whenever I put the inverter on the generator, the generator will react vigorously and start making stressful noises (this just started happening). And all the lights will not be stable, I have lost some expensive LED bulbs which made me to just give up on charging the inverter with Gen. With the inverter load taken off the Gen, all the lights become stable. Do you think the inverter is faulty or something is wrong with the frequency of the Generator as mentioned by someone earlier, that generator frequency may affect inverter. The inverter is 2KVA while the Gen is 3.2KVA. kiekie1: BEST PRICES YOU CAN GET ON PRAG PRODUCTS !! Oga come and defend your product. |

Here is how it works
Your Disco: You select the disco that is covering your area e.g. Ikeja disco for a resident of Surulere
Your Tariff: You select the tariff class use by your disco for billing you e.g. R2S for single phase residential customer
Supply Availability: This is the average number of hours you have light in a day e.g. in Allen we have light averagely of 13 hours (This supply availability will act as a guard so you dont put appliance usuage greater than the number of hours you have light).
Your Appliances: you select your various appliances, the quantity
Daily usuage: this is the number of minutes you use a particular selected appliances calculated in minutes (60 mins = 1 hour) so if u use it for 4 hous u put (4 x 60) = 240 mins.
Add Appliance: You click this to add a selected appliance, so u can select other ones

He said the development was necessitated by “recent events.”
He however did not disclose what the events were." From the bolded, I think the story that the DSS bugged Aso Villa before GEJ moved out is true. This is highly unpatriotic and treasonous. I am with Buhari on this one. He needs to put them at a distance at first. If it was discovered that GEJ has anything to do with this attempt to spy on the president, PMB will definitely rescind his earlier decision not to embarrass him. |

I envy the options u have to walk your dog. That area is very cool. I keep a male GSD, but walking him is usually a problem for me because of the populated area that i stay. I always get embarrassed by utterances and reactions of people on the road.
Even at a distance away, some people will just be shouting at me rudely that i should hold the dog properly oh.
Some on seeing the dog will just run and the dog instinctively too will try to chase them; I will now have to be struggling with the dog and apologising over and over to different people. I just don't understand how someone will see a dog on leash and still take off, when no be lion. The thing always surprise me, and i still experience it from time to time.
People are so funny. Some on seeing us will start sneering and even barking at the dog. Kids and even some adults sef, can u imagine. Lol. And the dog also do not fancy strangers and will communicate it to them sharply. Again I will have to struggle to control the dog and appealing to them as well to let him be.
The wahala don tire me. I hardly take him out now and he is adding weight seriously. |

When I did the HSE courses years back, we were exempted from the General due to our background that tilts towards HSE. It was based on ISPON's advice, not as if I took the decision myself. My issue now is why they shifted ground when it is obvious that I have gone pass the rudimentary HSE level. The only explanation is that the policy is there to rake in more funds for them. I never implied they are owned by an individual. If you follow the process the National Assembly uses in passing private bills, a lot of lobbying is usually involved. And you cannot lobby our Honourables and Senators with empty hands, if you understand what I mean Also, for the bill to get the attention of the President to be signed to law, a lot of the lower staff of Mr President would have been handsomely taken care of. If you work close to govt, these things wont seem strange to you. |

Career › Re: Any HSE Professionals In The House? by Milito: 9:06am On Feb 28, 2015 |
I'm disappointed wt ISPON. I was made to understand some years back tht to qualify for membership, what I need is HSE Levels 2 and 3. And I did those courses.
Now I need their membership for some jobs I need to carry out & they are mandating me to do another General HSE to qualify for membership nothwithstanding that I have NEBOSH, other international HSE qualifications, HSE related masters degree and years of HSE experience. Its just as if they are asking me to go back to secondary sch. To me this is just an unnecessary waste of time & money.
I know they must have spent a lot of money in ensuring their bill is passed but that does not mean they should be more concerned in squeezing out money on different fronts in a way tht counters their earlier stance. All professional bodies usually have some levels of their qualification they can knock off in lieu of some other more advanced courses, degrees or experience.
Now tht the ISPON act mandates all HSE professionals to register with them, it is not a good idea to start off with arrogance. |
