of insecurity in Nigeria, reason one is more likely to see relocation from North to South rather than South to North, while someday with the reality on ground the Southern youths and the Northern youths would be inconsequential to each other because "One Nigeria" is like living in denial for the time being.

Since you have been around, can you give insights based on what you know that 15-20 years from now, Nigeria will still be one country as presently constituted.

I got a UK Postgraduate partial scholarship to do my Msc in Clinical Child Psychology, the University had 15 slots opened to thousands of postgraduate applicants from different part of the world, across their many disciplines.

That year the scholarship application started mid February to end 11p.m, May 28th. Knowing that thousands will be applying and my chances very low, I didn't bother myself but afternoon of 28th May, I thought why not just apply though your chances are slim and tick the box that you attempted. I finally submitted my application with requested documents at 10.49p m......10th June, I got my congratulatory letter from the University and my relocation to the UK became real.

There is no harm in attempting no matter the odds.

A single person (especially a woman who meets the eligibility criteria) can adopt a child in Nigeria, my unmarried Aunt did it back in the mid 90s and her daughter is now grown up and married.

If what is "logicaly right" is also morally wrong, I believe she is free to choose what is morally right to her. With an adopted child, she can also experience parenthood.

I have an unmarried aunt who adopted a 2 year old girl back in the mid 90s, she is now grown and married with a child, now making my aunt a grandma and her daughter being adopted doesn't make her any less.

If a woman has a functional womb, isn’t it better to bear a kid by yourself for yourself? Why relegate the use of your womb due to religious reasons?

There is a huge difference between legally adopting a child and a fostering a child.

If she doesn't want to have a child through what she regards as fornication, that decision has to be respected.

You have to respect her religious beliefs regarding actually getting pregnant outside marriage.....support her decision to adopt a child.
