speak for yourself. It's cos of guys like u that Ben Affleck quit his directoral duties on the film. Now, WB isn't planning on rushing a bats film, and u guys are stretching necks like chicken that has bird flu claiming to be fans. BvS was as much a bats film, and u got that. Whether they release batman in 2060, it aint bad, as l0ng as they get it right.

If it was by s0me followers, out of which, few care abt films, others may rather watch bo0tleg versi0ns than go into a cinema, then you are mistaken. If it was by followership, the passi0n of christ m0vie should have grossed 12 billion dollars, heck a Tom Cruise film would have grossed 1 bilion at the box office. Trust me, fans d0n't necessarily make up half the m0vie going audience.

Am a Dc fan doesn't mean i should support everything the dceu does. If i did, then i should change my username to hulk616. I've always been against a birds of prey film because in reality, it serves no purpose, no creativity in there. Just s0me sex appeal fr0m a sex symbol i.e captain marvel film. What does a birds of prey film serve in the c0ntinuity of the dceu? Just s0me potential cash grab. And making harlequinn a hero? C0me on! And, cos i am a fan of Snyder's style of filming doesn't mean i hate everything just as u despise the very word 'Snyder'. I have other priorities, things to love and hate. Either way, i wish the film, if its genuinely good, the success it deserves.

h0mec0ming, ragnarok, antman and the wasp, doctor strange, guardians of galaxy 1 and 2 didn't gross 1B. In fact the only solo property that did in its 1st try out was black panther, and that was due to black sentiment. It's gross came out fr0m america al0ne, and care to kn0w why? Blacks supported the film. Although the film was g0od but when u have black men like obama, will smith support ur film, that's publicity mixed with influence. W0nder w0man too had this to help its gross. The only dc film that didn't have sentiments in its marketing was aquaman. Heck, suicide squad didn't even have that to its marketing.

WB picked someone that can act instead of a guy with big muscles to play Shazam.
This movie needed more top notch acting from the lead roles than muscle and Zachary Levi is killing it.

I won't lie Aquaman exceeded my expectations by far with the reception Justice League had and some critics trying to bring the movie down it still made a billion, my hopes was for it to make 700 million sef... But I feel if the next Joaquin Phoenix Joker movie is done well it could be one of the most profitable movies WB have ever made since it's budget is just 50 million

Honestly, the only good thing about Man of Steel was the first 20mins...
BVS on the other hand was a master piece. BVS should have made $1B+ at the box office, and i don't know why It didn't. But the expectations placed on them made them make less money...
However, there is nothing to expect from Shazam because it is coming to the big screen the first time. It has less hype because nothing has been done on it before. It is riding on originality and classic visuals. Like Aquaman, it will be judged based on what you are seeing, which is something not done before...And when it comes to original movies, no studio in the world beats Warner Bros!!!

People were willing to give it a chance as evidenced by how much it made in the first week. But word of mouth made the BO earnings drop drastically. Each of these entries were connected in terms of universe key-ins. Shazam is a totally new entrant and will only be able make more money if perhaps Henry Cavill appears as Superman.

it's all abt the pr0m0ti0n and its appeal to audiences. If it's able to prove itself in the market, it could be leggy at the Box Office. Trust me, it's going to be family friendly and centred on family. If WB can pr0m0te it that way, then anything could happen. Look at incredibles cart0on for instance.
