but the guys has a point black adam was first announced way b4 last year, been the longest in production if am not mistaken, the Rock even said so himself, and the green lantern they announced last year and still no production till now, it's way too long and that's a problem with DC they to dey delay. Keeping tye hype up is what sell the game ask marvel.

Black Adam wasn't announced way before last year. What was announced was Dwayne Johnson playing him. The movie wasn't announced. If it was then there will be a release date. Besides the things that held it from being green light was the Rock's busy schedule.

I believe that was last year. And covid 19 halted production, but I guess you don't know it's out next year sha. And that green lantern is gearing for production. You have a point though. I doubt. The Writing has been stagnant. Barely any growth in the characters particularly Rita, negative man and robot man. Nothing improves them from their season 1 selves. Always whining about same thing. Re-hatched character arcs especially with negative man and Rita. Season 2 to me felt boring cause there was nothing new, no development.

But the character itself isn't dark. I mean, we can argue Shazam should be made R rated cause he has dark villains. Honestly, Batman is dark and twisted and the story is about him, just as Peter Parker's story is about Peter.
