Hello Phebelicious , I was able to get Foundation 1 past questions from my coursemates today. You can send me a PM or email so I can send them to you.
Career › Re: Cipm Exam by missidy: 11:49am On Oct 27, 2023
Yes, the exam is CBT. I don't have past questions for intermediate 1, I started from intermediate 2. Please join a study center, the exam is not for the faint hearted. I won't advice you to attempt it on your own. Also when you join a study center, you will meet others there so getting the past questions will be very easy. You can download the study pack from the website after paying your exam fees.

But this rate favoured me today sha. Received a payment in dollars, when the naira equivalent landed in my account, it was much more than I expected. At this point I envy remote workers, they are the real ballers. I need to take Upwork serious.
Career › Re: House, I Am Confused by missidy: 5:18pm On Oct 12, 2023
Yes houses in surulere has gone up but I am very sure of games village rent because we are the landlord. We rented it out at 600k, others are putting 700k. No house is above 700k in that estate. If you want posh houses that are not in low cost estates, then they will be more expensive. Abeg Karonwi na local area, I won't advice him to go there.
extremelygolden:
That must be some months ago. Houses in Surulere now are damned so expensive for reasons best known to House Agents, Developers and Landlords!

We are presently looking for accommodation and below is the price list of what we've been getting: (We're particularly interested in new buildings to avoid story that touches the heart).

1. Mini-flat = N1.2 (minimum) per annum
A. Agent and Agreement = N240,000 ( non-negotiable).
B. Service charge per annum = N150,000 (minimum) non-negotiable). Some highly greed ones even said N300,000 per annum.
C. Caution Fee - Some say N100,000, others said N50,000.

AMOUNT PAYABLE JUST FOR ONE YEAR! Mini-flat for that matter! Now tell me, is that not witchcraft?

2. Our actual budget for the 2-bedroom flat is N1.5m, but the thieves said it now goes for N2. 5m per annum. Then add the A, B & C above, and don't forget that since it's a two-bedroom flat, those charges are higher.

3. Please don't even talk about 3-bedroom flat. The total amount will be more than enough to build you extra house back home.

The above prices are for rents around Ogunlana Drive, Olufemi and its environs, Shitta, Bode Thomas, Akerelere, Falolu, Masha, Adeniran Ogunsanya and environs.

Ijesha is cheap, but not as cheap as renting a two bedroom for N700,000, as of today ooo.

Again, Op should be very careful because majority of the old buildings have either being sold out, or about to be sold out. I know of two families now that are devastated. They rented apartments about 3 to 4 months ago, only to find out now that it has been sold out for quite sometime and the former owner wickedly rented it out again. The new owner is insisting they have to pack out, and where's the money?

And some old buildings are even in such a deplorable condition that you'll have to invest so much money renovating and making it habitable.

Maybe he should consider Karonwi/Adedeji or Ijesha itself. He should also make sure the compound has water and prepaid meter, at least, to save him the cost of paying estimated PHCN bill and buying water.

You can make your research again. Rents are going higher everday. God help us.

Thank you.

This is not true please. 2 bedroom in games village off bode Thomas is 700k. Get the number of several agents or go there yourself and find out. I have surulere, isolo and Ago rents knowledge first hand so that figure they quoted for you isn't true.
Saviourplease:
Yaba and Surulere rent is in the same range as Ajah. I will still have to pay a million plus to get a miniflat there.

Get a house in Surulere or Yaba, it is close to VI. Besides there is no longer traffic in Lagos. You have stayed too long in your host house despite the fact that you earn well. You didn't have to wait until they ask you to leave.

Fufu and Atama soup for breakfast. This one is fresh atama leaves and water leaves. I was trying to avoid the stress of pounding palm kernel and preparing it so I opted for the water leaf method but I still ended up spending more than 5hrs in the kitchen yesterday to prepare it embarassed. Akwa-Cross soups are really stressful to prepare.

Lol, Nigerians should better stop buying things on AliExpress. It is always what I ordered versus what I got. My $74 is hanging with them and I still had to spend 18k to send back the parcel to china via post office. Let me not even talk about the stress they put me through. AliExpress is not like before.

The prayer has been answered since last year. Sit down in your house and continue calling God a liar.
Kobojunkie:
The question is simple.. Are you insinuating that God answered your prayers right in the midst of your unrighteousness? shocked shocked

Cause that would mean God is a Liar since He said He does not answer the prayers of the unrighteous.. undecided

Were you living with me or are you the Holy Spirit to know I was unrighteous? How did you come to that conclusion of someone you don't know without living with the person or being the Holy Spirit? Alaseju oversabi christian.

Thank God man isn't God. Reading my post here from 2 years ago proves that God indeed answers prayers no matter how long it takes. Don't ever loose faith in life, God answers when you least expect it. He gives double for your trouble. And when that good thing finally happens, people will want to associate with you. People wey no send you before will want to become your friend grin.

Who be this one!! God's assistant or what? Quoting my post from 2 years ago, problem that has been solved since and I'm living in & enjoying my answered prayers. Stay there and be doing assistant God. 😂😂😂
Kobojunkie:
Unrighteous is the reason for that and it will continue that way if you don't actively tackle it. God does not answer the prayers of the unrighteous. undecided

No I didn't. Same Access bank charged my brother 4k as account maintenance fee, I couldn't believe my eyes.
Skyview01:
You have tried. Did you speak with someone at the branch like an account officer?

I have sent an email to this effect before and Access bank replied that all charges are cbn approved.

It means if you see any charge on your account that is from the bank, alway be proactive and ask for a reversal.

It is because of all those WhatsApp broadcast she receives on her phone. Don't pick this number, you will disappear. Evil number making people fall sick, etc. I have told her severally that those messages are fake, she won't hear.
nedekid:
Married women, mums have a problem picking calls generally as they see no urgent need to carry their phones in the person.
Anyway in this case, your mum must have a reason she does not pick unsaved numbers. Did you ask her why?
Phones › Re: You Miss Someones Calls And Refused To Call Back Yet You Pray For Destiny Helper by missidy: 7:05am On Apr 10, 2023
Mine is more about emergencies. I went out and lost my money. My phone battery was dead, I didn't have any way of getting home. I needed my mum to send money to money to the POS person so that I can get cash and transport myself home. I kept calling with the person's number, she didn't pick. It was my brother who eventually helped me out. When I got home, she said she saw the calls but she doesn't pick calls of unsaved numbers. If someone else had not picked the call, that is how I would have been stranded that day.

Nairaland General › Re: Share Your Nasty Experience With Rats by missidy: 7:50pm On Mar 10, 2023
It was when I was waiting at home for university admissions. One rat ate My laptop charger, the wire. It also ate my fresh bread I bought that night, hoping to eat it the next morning. I set a trap for it and it caught the rat, very big. I used cane to beat the rat until I was satisfied, then I used a big stick to hit its head until it died. I tortured it for the pain and money it cost me(my mum actually) to buy a new laptop charger.
