Oga, almost all infected individuals will test positive by 8 weeks. If the guy was positive, the test would have shown positive. It's more likely to have a false positive with hiv tests, than a false negative. Hiv tests are 99.98% accurate at 3 months. Google CDC HIV guidelines for your information.
