Well! You wouldn't feel 1 dot of what I felt and what am still feeling now when I lost my beloved wife, on the 18th of August in the cold blood of accident. Yours is still a friend but mine is a friend, a wife,and a mother of my 3 young kids. Each day seems to end quickly in my eyes. I feel like killing myself to meet her but for the Children she left behind for me, want me to stay. Right now, my life is shattered that I don't know where to start from and how to pickup. She is my business partner and my everything. I have lost everything. Well, thanks to her family that are there for me and encouraged me.

I am exactly in the same position as you. I lost someone I considered my better half, the most beautiful, peaceful soul Ive ever met. She died August after a protracted kidney disease. It's even worse because I had to suffer emotionally and psychologically all through the time she was sick, with the hope that she would be fine and get back to normalcy. We even had lots of plans on how to make up for the lost times when she gets well. But death happened out of the blues. I've cried more tears within the last two months than I have cried my entire life. It gets worse every morning and deep into the nights.

One thing that has been helpful is trying hard to come face to face with the reality each day - that makes it better with time. It's hard to forget such lovely souls, as they will forever be part of us, and every single thing would remind us of them, but learning to carry the scars as part of our individual lives will set us up for better days. You won't heal, but you will learn to live with it. The pain and emptiness is incomparable - my hugs.

The problem with this narrative is that nobody managed to tell us how those from Edo have Igbo surnames. Did Igbo also dominate them to point of forcing them to drop their ancestral surname and adopt Igbo surnames? Amaechi, Omehia and Wike are surnames of past and serving Ikwerre Governors of Rivers and those names are Igbo. How did Igbos get their forefathers to abandon their ancestral Bini surnames for Igbo?

But these guys don't want to associate with their supposed igbo heritage, why is that your headache now?

Just got talking with someone in Abj and he told me of some slots for sale in some A-list agencies. The least was 1.2m.. When he told me that it was a senator that was selling it, I just weak. If it was middle men, I would have understood. But with their fat salaries they still want to collect the small one we have. Lagos will be fully the economic capital of the western region. Other region should have theirs too.

Good but I will suggest 4 regions of North, Middlebelt, Southwest and Eastern Regions. Each autonomous region can create their states of residence. This will help to reduce the high cost of governance and speed up development.

Anyone thinking that the current template of South/South and South East is what will be used for restructuring should forget the idea. A situation where half of Egbema community is in Imo and the other half is in Rivers state, will not be accepted. There must be a referendum in all Igbo speaking communities in the SS, SE and lower Benue. Those who vote to belong to the Eastern Region will become the Eastern Region.

How come you're the one fighting for those people? Not for once have we seen igbos from those states you mentioned come out and ask to be recognized as easterners. All these attache by force ideas en

If the north leads the so-called restructuring process to fit their grand design again, the rest of the country should object. What I have learnt from all that is going on is that the socalled north gets away with all sorts of evil , simply because the rest of the country is docile. The lopsided state and local government structures in place today were all whimsically designed by northern army officers to favour the north to the detriment of the southern part of the country especially the east. They have more states, more local governments, more allocations, more senators, more....., it's endless ! Now, they are fearful that after Buhari, with the trends of political events, a real restructuring might happen, and they want to quickly effect changes to guarantee nothern domination for another century. This is wrong! It's either everybody is treated equally going forward, or the whole country should expire..

North o, South o, na everybody dey suffer from the current arrangement. Let us go back to regional system. At least, this whole idea of pointing fingers at one another would stop

Suicide should definitely be a no option for anyone. But I repeat life is a mystery - and a lot of things are far deeper than they seem. Only God reserves the provilege of judging. That you were able to scale through yours is simply by fate or let's say grace. Our stories are different, and not everyone is lucky. BTW, thank God for your life and I pray God perfects you the more.
