AMERICA FIRST!!!

I just wonder why the Muslim Majority nations who see the Great White SATAN and city of Babylon they vowed to Annihilate with ISLAM is now the 1st nation of choice for Muslim immigrants.. see how they fight tooth and nail to remain in the US. grin grin grin grin grin grin
You realize that those nations have at one time come under attack by the United States, covertly or overtly. For instance, the US Invasion of Iraq turned the place into what it is today and Yemen is always under bombardment from US drones.
The ensuing refugee crises leads to the influx of people to the West. Moreso, the most affected people of these wars are the masses who just want to live in peace and have nothing against the US.

She wont tell you what she wore naa, she scared the public, and you cant blame them, afterall guns scare people whether loaded or not.
She won't tell us what she wore yet you claimed in your previous post (reposted below ⬇⬇) that she wore a veil.

Stay one place na.

Yes naa, she wore veil, is either she is a yoruba musim or northern babe.
Oh really?! Where did she claim to wear a veil please? Or you think all Muslim women wear veils?

What she claimed to wear is hijab, which covered her head.

In the first picture I annotated below⬇, the lady said she covers her head. But, as annotated in the 2nd picture below ⬇, you erroneously said she covers her face? Can't you distinguish between the head and the face?

Also, is it that you can't infer that she was asked if she was Buhari's sister because of her head covering, as the students ignorantly assumed anyone who covers her head is a Northerner?
And here you are, also claiming she's from the North because she covers her head. What's then the difference between you and the secondary school students?

go back to the begining of this thread and read the write-up from that start.

The question is still how does her folks up north treats other tribes or are those in the north that will detest someone for not being a Muslim not her folks again?

By the way what does her twitter location has to do with where she came from? Lol

Even the ones in Lagos has clearly stated having similar experiences ( the world is rejecting you guys already if you don't change your ways)
I have read it and there's no where she said she is from the North. You still claim she's from the North whereas you can't show where she claimed that.

You really need to see an ophthalmologist, if you keep seeing 'north' where there's none.

You have deviated consistently from the cause of her predicament so you have no right to ask me any question. Flaw is your name in fact. First prove to us that she's not Hausa. And prove here that not Northerners make up 70% of Nigerian Muslims (that is is Efik or Urhobo) who do.

Remember, Northerners do not even regard Yoruba Muslims (Christlims) as proper Muslims. Fact grin grin

They consider only themselves proper Muslims. cheesy grin

See what they said about Gani Fawehimi's delayed burial.

I wish I had time to continue this you, but I do not.

You ignore matter and ask for statistics.
You want me to prove to you that she isn't Hausa when you were the one that 'accused' her of being Hausa in your first post. Don't you know that the burden of proof lies with the accuser? The onus to prove that she's Hausa lies with you. Secondly, you asked me to prove that not Northerners make up 70% of Nigerian Muslims, when you were the one that claimed that 70% of Nigerian Muslims are Northerners. I asked for the source of the stat but instead of providing it, you asked me to prove otherwise.
Whether Northerners regard Yoruba Muslims as proper Muslims or not isn't the issue here.

⬇Peep your comment calling her an Hausa.⬇

Whatever. Is it not Boko and fanatics that have turned people against their religion?

It is people like you that ignore the root cause and clutch at straw or blame CIA for causing the bombings. In case you do not know, people like you are suspected of tacitly supporting Boko through silence or distracting from the main problem. Hence people's anger.

Like I said, nobody ask Christian victims which tribe they belong to.

FYI, it is going to get much worse.
So firstly, you pulled up a stat saying 70% of Nigerian Muslims are Hausa which you couldn't prove. Secondly, you don't know me yet claim that 'people like me' are suspected of tacitly supporting BH and 'people like me' accuse the CIA of the bombings. Dude, your source of knowledge is greatly flawed.

PS: Noticed how you deviated from answering whether the lady in question is Hausa (as you claimed) or not?

Here we go again! Have you seen her picture to conclude that she covers her face? Have you heard of a Yoruba Muslim getting involved in BH activities? It's apparent that your dislike for the Yoruba will make you class them in any negative category.

Cheers.

The funny thing about thread is the obvious prejudice of some responders to thinking that the lady is an Hausa lady.

To the best of my knowledge, she is a Yoruba lady. A Muslim Yoruba lady. But some assume any Muslim in Nigeria is by default, Hausa or Fulani.

Whether she be Hausa or not, over 70% of 9ja Muslims are Hausa. When they are bombing churches up North, they don't ask if the worshippers are Southerners or Northerners, Ijaw or Igbo. So it really makes no difference. After all if she was serving 20 years ago in the East, that would not have happened. They should blame Boko Haram. Or let Igbo go as she suggested. Most Igbo are fed up with 9ja, let them go.

I'm not Igbo by the way.
Where did you pull the stat of 70% of Nigerian Muslims are Hausa? My point is you have already assigned the tweep as an Hausa whereas she might just be a Yoruba.
NYSCRe: 'I Thought You Are Buhari's Sister' - Corper Recounts Unpleasant Experience by misterh(m):
I don't think this happens in the SW though. People aren't discriminated according to their religion in the SW. I served in Calabar and it was one of the best moments of my life. I look forward to the day I'll visit the place again. In the same Calabar, however, a fellow corper of mine who is a lawyer was asked why as intelligent as he is, he chose to be a Muslim.

I grew up with Moslems,lots of them are kind hearted but your religion promotes violence and the ones who WANT to be terrorists back it up with this religion..it's all over the Quran- Surah 9:5 - But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war);

- Surah's 8:39; 9:5; 9:29: 47:4 in the Muslim Qur'an are 'divine' commandments to persecute Jews and Christians, to defeat them in battle and then to consign them either to slavery or to death.
Quite convenient for you to change the topic of discussion from the etymology of the word, Islam to talking about the Qur'an, isn't it? It is also convenient for you to ignore the preceding and subsequent verses of some of the verses you quoted, like the one in 8:39.

To address your concerns though, in Islam, there are some verses that can't be understood from the surface. What led to their revelation are some special circumstances. Those circumstances are called Asbab Al Nusul.

Google Asbab Al Nusul, please.

Salem is different from Islam.

Salem means peace while Islam means submission. It means submit to allah by force or die. That's why Muslims forcefully convert people by the sword of by kidnapping little girls and forcing them to marry old muslim men
What's the etymology of the word, Islam, please?

And before you reply, take a moment to see the comment I responded to.

The word "Islam" has been falsely proclaimed by Muslims to mean peace. The word Islam, actually means "submission" to the Muslim god of intolerance and hatred. It comes from the root Arabic word "taslim". In Arabic, the word for peace is only "solh".
Have you heard of the word, Salam before? That's where the term Islam originated from. Salam means peace. Even though the practice of Islam means submitting to the will of God, you wrongly ascribed its etymology to taslim. Taslim is just the concluding part of the Muslim prayer. The meaning of Solh is reconciliation during the time of conflicts. The peace that is experienced from reconciliation.

That's very much how Introverts roll, so don't see it as a challenge per sé. However, when there's an ongoing conversation where a false statement is made, I think it's good to correct that erroneous talk and do so with humility. Although if someone tries to oppose or start an argument, better to just remain quiet and kill the argument before one's energy is drained smiley.
Maybe it's because I always preempt an argument, that's why I avoid it sha.

So, a challenge I face regularly is how to initiate or join a conversation. Sometimes, wrong information might be passed as being the truth in an ongoing conversation but joining in to disprove it seems herculean.

Except the topic is really something I truly have interest in (like movies), I don't join in.

We tend to overthink somethings. I'm quite introverted, but i like to be impulsive and spontaneous on occassion. Once i think about doing something, i know i'm going to overthink it. So on occassion, i CONSCIOUSLY do away with thinking about it. I just go ahead and do it.
Overthinking is one of my flaws. But right now, sometimes I just let spontaneity take over. But if the decision goes south, I blame myself for not thinking enough.

Guess it arises from the fact that I hate to be embarrassed.

At one point in time you'll have to cohabit with an individual for a very long time e.g Marriage. How do you hope to cope?
To be honest, I don't know yet. As regards marriage, compromises would have to be made. I believe that's why it's advised to marry one whose company you enjoy- who you can hold intellectual discussions with.

But we just need to understand each other's personality.

She's my mentor.

Awww. Now Harvey has to grow up. Jessica Pearson has always been the one person to keep Harvey and Louis in check and now she's going away to start a different kind of practise.

I don't get something though. Jessica is stepping away from corporate law because she realises there's more to fight for than power. Did she really have to leave her own firm? Couldn't she have created a division to handle criminal litigations?
Unless this is just a reason to give her a clean exit from the show.

I'll miss her sad
I believe it's just to give her a clean exit.

That scene where Harvey called her his mentor and that he'll be alright resonated quite well. It felt like he was talking about Gina Torres and not Jessica Pearson.
