I just wanted to share this trend I have noticed in my relationship life with you all and see if anyone can relate to it. I have just noticed recently that most girls I meet will suddenly want to “settle”.

You would wonder why this should be a problem right? Exactly. I am looking to getting into something serious myself so it should ordinarily not be a bad thing. However, I am seeing a pattern which is why I am worried.

I have met quite a few girls recently and many of them who are obviously still very active players on the ’street’ and as soon as we get talking, they suddenly want to exit the ‘street’ and want something serious with me.

For context, I will be 27years old in a few months, comfortably building a good career and a very calm person. It is not even about money or sort as many of them have met people with much more. I don’t know if any guy or lady out here actually understand my situation here?

I am looking to go into something serious but this pattern just doesn’t look all okay with me. Is it because of my calm nature? Maybe a calm guy is suitable for a husband kind of situation right?

For guys who have been in this situation, how did you dealt with it please?

Yeah, To learn faster and well is when you are in that particular country, Because you learn very well when you're interacting, Like you listen first, then you know how to construct yours and speak back, it's faster that way

You hear a word, and watch what the person beign told that particular word will do, that's how I learnt Akwaibom and plus mingling with Alot of Akwaibomites, nobody taught me

I'm from Enugu state, I'm a footballer and it makes me travel Alot for matches, trials and stuffs like that, I meet Alot of people from different tribes, states and country, I can speak Yoruba, but not so much so I didn't bother to Include it, but the ones I stated earlier, I speak them as if it's my Birth language


The Languages I wanna add to my list are, Japan, Spanish, French, Russian and Chinese.

To be honest, I'm making serious effort to learn them

If you want a stress-free course, I think that Languages is okay, though, there's no stress free course in Nigeria university, me I can speak Portuguese, German and Akwaibom very very well , I learnt Akwaibom by myself because I once stayed in Akwaibom, for the former, Thanks to a couple of European friends and language teaching apps that are on Playstore.

If you check most people with near death experiences like this, it's often with someone who has either heard of, or believed in the existence of something like that.

Stories like this exists among all religions, so it really makes you wonder.

Precisely, it's when you try to know who the actual creator is and how and when it was created, that's when you get more confused.

It's better we just believe God exists, as time goes, more things will Unfold.

Yeah, To be honest with you, I started watching and playing ball back in 2007, I'm not old, lol, I just started early, when I was a single aged boy, like 4,5,6,7,8 of age

Last season, I watched all the premier league, Seria A, Bundesliga, League 1, La Liga etc matches to know the strength and weakness of the clubs, if I can't meet up, I'll just watch the highlights on YouTube.

If you're a Football addict like me, it will be easier for you, you can't just stake on teams or players you barely know how they perform, you get me ba ?

So, this is more like a book, you have to study it to become something out of it ?
