DollyParton1:The same stupid people will then wonder why the electricity companies struggle to provide power. Same with the fools who cut oil pipelines. So much religion in Nigeria and yet no morality or even social cohesion - what does that tell you about religion? |
People who put themselves in a position whereby they claim to moral guardians/stewards by way of religious leaders/teachers should be doubly punished when they break the law. It's actions such as this that make it so difficult for electricity companies and their paying customers. |
Be responsible, neat, respectful, decent and you will attract what you are looking for. |
SambisaaForest:The keke that you see in Nigeria are not the lorry type like this one and they are banned from most areas in cities like Calabar, Uyo and Abuja. Your claim that they are 'all over' is false. Okadas have been banned from most cities for a while. I don't have any issues with Ghana but this is more likely to be an image from one of the smaller countries further along the coast than Nigeria. |
Forwetinnah:That guy is young and dumb. I have experienced foreign girls who had no clue about vaginal cleanliness - European girls are the worst in that regard. |
ogmask:No, it doesn't mean that all the work is done - the OP quite clearly shows pictures of work still being done. Why would that be done if the intention was to show work that has already been 'completed'? Where did the OP specify that all the work was complete? Fact is, progress and improvements have been made. For whatever reason you do not want to acknowledge the improvements that have been made. |
ogmask:Who said it was fully renovated? You claimed that the image was false. That is how the airport looks from the back. Last time I had to fly from Calabar they still had people working on the inside of the airport. I don't have a political affiliation but I take issue with lies and nonsensical negativity. P.S. At what point last year did you visit that airport? |
iamrealdeji:Those tricycle lorries are very common in Ghana and the neighboring countries. I've never seen them in Nigeria - which makes what you say possible. |
Currency notes of Ghana, Ivory Coast and other countries would soon be printed by the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting (NSPM) Plc, its managing director, Joseph Ugbo, revealed yesterday. He told the House of Representatives committee on banking and currency at the 2015 budget defence that apart from the notes, other security documents of the countries would also be printed by the NSPM. Ugbo said an installation of newly procured state-of-the-art machines for security documents has since commenced. He said the installations are aimed at perfecting final preparation in the build up to the production of the banknotes and other security documents required by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The managing director said the Lagos and Abuja facilities of the company can produce 1.2 billion and 1.4 billion bank notes while the new facility could print 1.2 billion notes. Chairman of the committee Rep Jones Onyeriri however queried the N200 million earmarked as exit incentives as against the N150 million in 2014 as well as N50 million for the year-end gift by the company. https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/daily/news/48644-nigeria-to-mint-currency-for-ghana-others |
iwaeda:It's not a case of if, it's a matter of when. Even if there are segments who wish to curtain Nigeria's eventual progress there are now too many people who can see Nigeria's potential and the progress that has been made in the past 15 years. |
searching4love:Smelly vagina is a universal trait. No nationality is immune to vaginal infection. Teenage girls, in particular, struggle with the upkeep of their bodies. Maybe you should stop sleeping with Nigerian bush girls and then assuming that all Nigerian girls are like that. |
So it's dangerous to wash your vagina? How about give advice on how to clean it properly instead of frightening girls into doing nothing. |
nortcentrallord:Lol, that sour diesel is not to be played with. |
ogmask:You do realize that is not the front of Margaret Ekpo but the back? They've been doing extensive work on that airport since, at least, 2013. To say that it has not been renovated tells me that you haven't been there in the past 5 years or that you have other motive besides honest discourse. |
It's only some Nigerians that are needlessly loud, to be honest. I wouldn't describe northerners as 'loud', Calabar people neither. And 'selfies' are a global narcissistic trait, not particular to Nigerians at all - hence the annoying 'selfie-sticks'. |
jamex93:I have no idea what you mean - that is why I asked. Federal government is different from the state and local. They have different responsibilities. To argue that we need a better Federal government is to miss the point - we need better governments on a local and state level, those that we can hold to account. That is where democracy works best at a localized level. It becomes more difficult to hold leaders to account when they are further away. If we begin there then we can enact change at a broader level. As pertains to this issue of children being born to those that cannot take care of them - no government has a say as to who can and cannot have children or how many (outside of China). Unless what you are calling for is a government enforced one-child policy similar to China's whereby people feel compelled to have children only when they can afford to take care of them because they will not get a second opportunity. |
jamex93:The fact is no government is going around impregnating women. That is something that they do by choice - which is why I will keep bringing up 'personal responsibility'. They have a choice as to whether or not they have sexual relations. They have a choice as to whether or not they use contraceptives. If they elected to do one without the other then they will end up with a child. There are local governments, state governments and aspects of the Federal government which are not performing well. Which one are you referring to when you speak of 'government'? |
theoctopus:I said 'probably' - i.e. I'm not sure. But if what you say is true then it makes sense considering that everyone around him seems to be the worst, most blatant kind of thief. |
jamex93:Yes, to have a child that you cannot cater for is irresponsible. We demonize people who buy things that they cannot afford but somehow people who have children that they cannot take care of are responsible parents? These people have very little regard for the welfare of their own children, that much is apparent. They might be 'suffering' but such people would be suffering even without the children in tow. What they have done, by introducing children into their lives of 'suffering', is morally reprehensible. |
Buhari probably has good intentions but it's becoming clear that he is being manipulated by the same snakes who have ravaged Nigeria for years. He may have an intention to clean up the country but he will find it tough to do so from within the coven of vipers that have engulfed him, claiming to be his supporters. |
I'm glad that they are making money but I can't watch these films. It's not the quality so much as the themes, the religious/superstitious nonsense is annoying and doesn't resonate with me. P.S. I can't tolerate Bollywood and most Hollywood movies either. |
jamex93:The state of the government does not stop irresponsible people from having children that they cannot take care of. A responsible parent would not allow their child to travel to school in such a vehicle. |
jamex93:How is this a government issue? This is a personal responsibility problem - people who can barely afford to take care of themselves are having children and then putting those children in harms way. |
Zenith building in Accra is the best until Diamond complete theirs. |
Visit a decent doctor. Sadly not all women can safely give birth. It's not her fault, it's not your fault - just a biological quirk. |
You want to start americanizing your observations? Not true that it is only men. A lot of misguided and foolish women out there too. I say we leave such people to destroy themselves. Unfortunately there are often children involved and they have my sympathy. |
This is how these silly girls wind up pregnant and uncertain as to who the father is. That video is a snapshot of how a society is ruined from the inside out - how can you expect children to learn morality when their mothers are whores? |
Is this his excuse for having relations with men? |
Do these states not have state governors? Why are their state governors not doing anything? Are there no state roads that they ply - is everything 'Federal'? This is why democracy is often a waste of time - the majority of people are proudly ignorant of the system of government. These same people will rush to the mosque every day but won't enlighten or educate themselves as to the state of affairs. |
debolly:Why would a 'true African man' (or any man with self-esteem) tolerate such traits when he could just as easily find a respectful woman? |
worlexy:It says 'every man' so unless you are talking about homosexuals how can you be so sure that this theory applies for heterosexual men? |

even okada nko? There are more keke napep and okadas in your misersble country than in all those countries you mentioned put together!
. Ask Taylor Swift why her relationship don't last. ..Alot of them are like that, being foreign doesn't translate to personal hygiene, that shows you never dated a foreigner cause if you have, you'll know better. *ayama**
