Good evening all,

Please I will like to know the exact documents needed to use landed properties for ties. Is it the land purchase receipt or valuation report?
I do not have landed properties but my late father as quite a number of properties. How can I use this for my application since there is no will written by him

Please kindly advise me gurus

Hello

Does your change of name address the error or just focused on your maiden name

If it does then you don't need an affidavit if not please get an affidavit

Cheers

No, the change of name didn't address the error on my waec certificate.

Thank you so much, I will get the affidavit

Good evening everyone, please on my waec certificate my first name was written as oluwa modupe instead of MODUPEOLUWA with my maiden name which is on my degree certificate
I'm married now and I have done change of name with the correct one plus my new surname and that's what is on my passport. Can I apply to school with this waec certificate or I need affidavit for the discrepancy?

Hello all

@duchess90

Thank you for your explanations concerning self employed applicants
In my case I finished NYSC 2007 and I worked from 2007 to 2014 after which I started my own business

But what I did with CAC was just businesses name registration and it's showing active on their website.
My business is visible online

Can I just submit the business name registration certificate from CAC and introduction letter?
As well as work reference letter from my former employer
Plus CV

Please advise I don't have memorandum of association and the likes

Good evening everyone,

Please can I use my LATE father's landed properties as home ties? There's no will but I think the surname and my birth certificate should be enough proof. Or can I just use a shop my father bought in my name which I'm currently using for my business as home ties?

P.s: I'm self sponsored plus my husband is co- sponsoring me.

Thank you in advance

Hello everyone,

Please if I'm using my husband as a sponsor, will it have any effect when I want to file for SOWP and visas for my kids and him when I get to Canada?
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by modupsie(f): 7:23am On May 10, 2021
Frankrobbn1:

Welcome to thread, I hope you will find your stay here very exciting and rewarding and ultimately share your success story.

Given that you have a third class degree, you should opt for a PGD program that is directly relevant with your current employment status (business). Having said that, a Post Graduate Certificate program in Global Business Management would be your best choice to demonstrate career advancement.

My simple and honest opinion is that you should apply alone and leave your family (spouse and kids) behind. However, if you've a toddler let's say 1 to 2 year old baby, you can apply for a visitors visa for her to accompany you to Canada whilst the rest stay behind. Upon the successful assessment of your application and your arrival in Canada, you can file for a SOWP and Visitor's/open study permit for them to join you in Canada.

To summarize this piece of advice, you should either be Self-sponsored or your husband be the sponsor of your application.

I hope this information is detailed and sufficient to your enquiry.

It will end in praise

Thank you so much for the reply @frankrobbn1
God bless you abundantly.

My last child will be 4 by October, so I'm not sure I can get a visitor's visa for her.

I will check out schools for global business management. Can I also do a course in marketing?
Thank you again

Good morning everyone, I'm new here and I have been reading through the thread. I'm honestly overwhelmed with the amount of information here.

Please I graduated with a third class (2.4 CGPA) in accounting and I want to go for a graduate diploma course in Canada.
I worked for about 7yrs and later resigned to register a business which I have been running for about 6yrs
I'm married with 3kids and I will like to travel with my husband and kids.

My Dad has landed properties and stocks. I'm thinking of selling some of the stocks to raise funds

Please what are my chances of getting a student visa? Should I sponsor myself or get a sponsor?

Should I apply alone first and later apply for my husband and kids or can we all apply at once.

Please @frankrobbn1 and other gurus kindly help me know my chances.

I will really want to boost my qualification as I'm not happy with my third class certificate. I'm also thinking of writing a professional exam CIMA

Thank you as I anticipate replies

Wow ! I guess it's the teething o. I never thought about that and we never see any tooth up till now cheesy o
It's drying out now on its own. A pharmacist prescribed supirocin ointment
Thanks for the enlightenment about the Pus
She says thanks Mama kiss
zaynie:

My son has these whenever he is teething.
It could also be an allergic reaction.
Let the pus drain on its own. Sometimes pus is a good thing cos its a result of the body fighting off infections (pus contains the dead cells of the pathogen alongside dead white and red blood cells and other by the ways)..
When it drains, avoid it touching other part of her body in order to minimise spread.
Also see a doctor it it continues to multiply.

Kisses to her kiss

Thanks Sis but I'm scared of silver bird o. I have never used it before
author=olubankemi post=67929447]

Get silverbird, add a little quantity of it to her cream or shear butter and mix, apply to the affected part. You may also always add silverbird to her body cream, by so doing you won't withness any of these irritations.

Worked for my daughter, after all consultions, treatments, medications, nothing worked. A nurse at their vaccination clinic saw her skin and advised i mix silverbird with her cream and apply, since then i have never had to waste money on creams/consultations and medications.

Ensure you are getting the original silverbird, so many fake ones out there. To ensure i am getting the original one i always buy at medplus/heathplus. So you can try to get one at any of those health stores.[/quote]

Thanks a lot Sis,
I didn't burst it, I got Supirocin ointment for her as prescribed and it's drying out
Onegai:
modupsie and every mum experiencing this,

Please don't burst it. Please check a few pages back for my post about which dermatologists to go. This skin issue IS GOING ROUND NOWADAYS AND IT IS ATOPIC DERMATITIS. This will be cleared up with antibiotics but needs a Dermatologist or a Paediatrician (who has experience in dermatology). Ask your doctor to give you a contact for one (a good doctor KNOWS his/her peers, if your doctor is unable to send you to a specialist of another branch of medicine, that may be a sign you're not dealing with a doctor (a medical lab scientist was caught running a clinic, Nigerians will do anything for money). I've seen a lot of bad advice passed around here very confidently and it is one reason I stopped posting. Please.

Yes ma, I did
And a pharmacist also prescribed supirocin ointment And it's drying out now
ifyalways:

Did you complete the dose of the Augemtine?
cry
IF yes, wait it out. Pus itself is not a bad thing. It's somehow the body's own way of fighting and getting rid of toxins.

I'll suggest you use mild antiseptic or antibacterial soap and warm water to bath her .& dont use bathing sponge on her for now,it can spread boil infection to other part of the body.

Thanks a lot , I will do that

Good morning Mamas, happy weekend
My first question here. I have been on peeping mode

Please my DD had 3 boils on her head 2weeks ago and I took her to see the doctor who prescribed Augmentin and Vitamin c which dried everything up. But yesterday I noticed another one on her head plus some other rash like with pus (not boil) and it's moving to her neck area .
Picture attached to see what it looks like.
It's strange to me because I have never experienced skin Issues with my other kids

Has anyone experienced this? Please what can I use?

Kindly help me please.
