What is so wrong with someone having sex with inmate? When the person wasn't forced into the act, it was clearly based on agreement.
So because someone is in prison, he shouldn't have his life again. inmates just like minors cannot give consent |

Being part of the protest that yielded Nothing, he suppose spend extra 8 months in prison to learn bitter lessons on why Lugard called it Nigeria.
[b]People must always learn to face their business in a strange environment and only push their rights within as far as they are paying for tax.

If the borders don't make sense then call for a referendum so borders can be designed on tribe affiliations. IPOB also think the borders dont make sense. Without nationalism, I am much closer to the Yorubas of Benin republic than to my fellow Nigerians of fulani extraction in Kano. |

Rossiminku: Biggest middle class in Africa and biggest economy in Africa, with an annual GDP of 1.16 TRILLION dollars per annum, calculated by PPP (Purchasing Power Parity).
Twitter, by comparison, earned 1.2 billion dollars last year.
That is chicken change for top Nigerian business conglomerates, not to mention the Nigerian govt.
Twitter is shiit compared to Nigeria. you should compare Government earnings with Twitter's 1.2 billion USD and not Nigeria's GDP 1.2 billion USD is not chicken change for Nigerian Business. Nigerian Breweries had a profit after Tax of 18 million USD in 2020 |

Hate Speech Monger - Nnamdi Kanu https://247newsaroundtheworld.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/why-i-dont-heavily-criticise-boko-haram-nnamdi-kanu.jpg
This man posts all sorts of vitriolic, abusive, threatening messages against Nigeria and the Nigerian government, including highly tribalistic smears, and blood-curdling commands to his followers, to kill and maim innocent Nigerians, including law enforcement agents.
BUT NOT FOR ONE DAY have I heard that Twitter cautioned him, or warned him against such dangerous use of the platform.
And then the Nigerian president uses the same twitter to warn troublemakers of repercussions, and HE gets his posts deleted by twitter.
I mean, WHAT CLEARER CASE OF BIAS IS THERE THAN THAT?
If I were Buhari, I would do the EXACT SAME THING, and ban them from operating in the Nigerian space.
Oh sure, some people can use VPN, but research shows that most peeps won't bother if they have to go to that extent.
So WELL DONE Mr President. could you send link to some of Nnamdi kanu's violence/threatening posts so they could be reported and deleted. |

CilicMarin: The corporate entity, Nigeria is bigger than Twitter platform. If Jack doesn't want to play by the rules, we also don't need him. Providing avenue for Terrorists to destroy Nigeria is a red line..and they have crossed it..
Twitter as a form of social media, should not be an agent for destabilization but a tool for deepening democracy and promoting good governance in Nigeria and Africa as a whole..
Twitter must respect the sovereign integrity of nations wherein they operate.
If a government had designated a group as a terrorist group, Twitter has no justification to allow such groups to propagate their rhetoric via their platform.
If Twitter has the right to remove/block anybody out of their platform for breaking their 'rules' , countries too have the same right to ban or suspend Twitter operations in their countries as well for aiding or abetting Terrorists.
#I Support Nigeria Imagine Abacha designates Nadeco as a terrorist group and all media house (online and offline) deny them an outlet. I think twitter should simply delete the tweets of the IPOB guys considered violent/hateful etc. rather than act on a government designation. Your party could easily become opposition. Remember how Jonathan was insulted and threatened by you lots... heaven didnt fall |

omohayek: The very notion of a "Yoruba Oba in the North" is an oxymoron, as ridiculous as the "Eze Ndigbo" nonsense we were seeing all over the SW a few years ago. An Oba is by definition a ruler of a land and a people, and last I checked there were no Yoruba kingdoms north of Ilorin. These buffoons don't speak for anyone other than themselves. They are leaders of Yoruba in their foreign settlements. Similar to the Eze Ndigbo, the Sarkin Hausawa and the Sarkin (Seriki) Fulani titles in their foreign settlements. |

shadrach77: What's the context? It is a popular philosophical question. How is God omnipotent if he cannot sin or do evil? The problem is that for Abrahamic religions, the definition of good is simply what God wants or God's nature so "God cannot do evil" becomes a nullity or a recursive definition as "God cannot do evil" translates to "God cannot do what God does not want to do" https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/omnipotence/ |
