PoliticsRe: Recruitment Scandal: Activists Tackle SSS, Demand Probe by Montaque(m): 7:46am On May 02, 2017
My friends from the other side will say that this was done by the cabal and not by pmb.
But the question is, "was it done under his watch?"
Buhari's action is a far cry from his reputation, let's not be deceived any longer.

PoliticsRe: Why Kanu Must Provide Jewish Leader by Montaque(m): 7:49am On Apr 28, 2017
In most bail condition, only one or two are relevant and of importance, others are irrelevant and thus, unjust.

A seized international passport, not releasing a press/public statement and a senator surety will do.

His immediate family is more than 10, a jewish leader demands a foreign surety (very uncommon).

The conditions were fashioned in that other room in the presidential villa, where Pmb now works from
PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu Rejects Bail, Ready To Die With Co-Detainees by Montaque(m): 8:50pm On Apr 25, 2017
victorvezx:
Hahaha, the judge said as part of his bail condition, he won't be allowed to file an appeal to even challenge the bail condition. That means Kanu has 2 choices, either meet his bail condition and enjoy his bail or remain in prison, because the Judge will never answer any appeal on the bail of his other friends. Let's see if he really cares for them and is brave. Hahahaha. And remember, he wanted bail because his lawyers told the Judge that Kanu is sick and needs better treatment than what the prison are giving him, if he decide to show mumu bravery and stay with his other friends in jail, the Judge may read it that he has being lying all this while and his not truly sick
This ur report is somehow.
How can a judge, in his judgment, bar a litigant from exercising his rights of appeal before a higher court?
PoliticsRe: Lekan Adetayo: Punch Reporter Who Was Expelled From Aso Rock Speaks by Montaque(m): 8:05am On Apr 25, 2017
"He told me that the President was free to rule the country
from wherever he liked. He said the stories were meant to
portray the President as incapacitated and that it had to do
with the politics of 2019."

This Born to Rule mentality is what am not comfortable with. Africa has a lot to know about responsible leadership
PoliticsRe: The Unprecedented Level Of Patience Shown To Buhari- Nigerian Economist by Montaque(m): 7:18pm On Apr 24, 2017
Adminisher:
70% of Nigerians know they have NOT made a mistake.
Nigerians know the problem of Nigeria is CORRUPTION.
Buhari is the only member of the elite class who has called it out and is tackling it . Before now it was the lot of social crusaders and activists.
Now you are having 'adult governance' where corporate citizens like MTN and Shell are compelled to face the law.

Who els could have shown the guts to take hard decisions like this?... Atiku?, El Rufai?, Jonathan?
None.
It shows you haven't learnt anything since 2015. Our problem isn't corruption.

Yes, we don't have an alternative, if we had agreed to have one other port, we wud have shut down apapa to do repairs, just like we did with abuja airport using kaduna as alternative.
So let's suffer it till we get objective about national development

PropertiesRe: Ambode To Introduce Compulsory Insurance Policy For All Buildings In Lagos by Montaque(m): 7:38am On Apr 14, 2017
This is the best policy I ve seen Ambode on in recent times.
We need to put our insurance company into business, not take them out.
I hope the FG can also deal with quacks in the vehicle insurance policy so that we deal with recognised private insurance companies.

I hope this policy will apply to all properties in Lagos cos some land owners got their title from the FG. Except the LASG can use regularisation to cut their slack and implement this policy

Pdp stalwart ! We all know Femi Falana And Professor Yemi Osinbajo as authorities in law. But who are you ?
I know u don't know all the authorities in law. You just know two.
PoliticsRe: We Can Re-present Magu For Confirmation - Osinbajo by Montaque(m): 10:37am On Apr 12, 2017
Wow
I have every reason to believe that the VP is the force behind all the judicial impunity of PMB's administration.

The constitution is the number font erigo, point taken. It also sets up the organs of government with powers to function, such function must to be in line, and NOT IN CONFLICT WITH THE CONSTITUTION. This is the basis for judging all that the VP is saying here.

The question now is; "is the EFCC Act made under and in compliance of the constitution?" The answer is in the affirmative.

The constitution needs not be exhaustive as to how to appoint all the heads of government parastatals. That's why the NA made laws for all agencies of the FG, and the VP just picked out one to castigate because he and his boss couldn't have their way with Magu.

Osinbajo should not be the executive and the judiciary at the same time. I wonder how he wants to keep interpreting our constitution like he wants.

As for Falana, I don't know what to say. He plays his pipe for the highest bidder.

deomello:
No, you did not read or comprehend anything.
Its still an ongoing debate. I recommend you to the Court of Appeal decision in Senate vs. Tony Momoh.
That will determine whether Mr. Sagay can be summoned at all, and on what ground, when you determine what Mr. Momoh said then, in his right and on the national issue at hand then and what Mr. Sagay said now. Everybody is quoting constitution, whereas the portion has been interpreted and expanded.

olodo do you think the senate alone can impeach a president? not even both houses of the national assembly has that power. they need 2 3rd of all the states houses of asembly to carry out impeachment. that simply makes it IMPOSSIBLE!
U are wrong by saying the NA nEeds the states houses of assembly to impeach the president.

Christianity EtcRe: Buhari Will Resign, Governors Will Gang Up Against Him – Primate Ayodele by Montaque(m): 8:20pm On Mar 19, 2017
Buhari already said he will be going back to London soon. El rufai is not happy with him. NA is at loggerhead with the executive. Bh is still bombing. After the ife crisis, The west are now seeing the north for who they are. Dickson's reconciliation committee isn't succeeding. We have endured the recession.

These are basis to hazard a guess.

Stop crying
The issue here is not Keyamo and SAN honours in his life. It is about Lady Otobo and Apostle Suleiman.
Your media team at Omega fire is being Childish with all this threat games. That Fulani, El rufai and Northern conspiracy you guys are selling to the public is not working. Can you produce a video clip of El rufai and Fulani planning with the lady?
Learn from TB Joshua and get equipments to package your rebuttals well. You saw how TB Joshua addressed the killings in his temple with a video clip of some controlled acoustic tech demolition and shifted the blame to some terrorist attack.
Am not a member of his church and I treat issues like this with less commitment cos it will go either way when the truth finally comes out.
My post was borne out of love for the legal profession. Its only a lawyer that will know the effect of briefs like this on ur honour among ur fellows.

Any Igbo person that supports buhari/ Apc has the legal right to do that.

GEJ LOST, lets move on, what exact thing did GEJ do for south east, will his people stand firmly for Igbos as we did for him.
and lastly Ipobs should stop being pdp sympathisers.
You have gotten your likes. Well done.
But the guy u quoted never mentioned GEJ. How come you drew the former president of nigeria into ur post? He mentioned NK and you are all over the place wit gEJ. Please stick to the issue next time.
