Pearl1910: Lolz... 1 post, 3 different stories. Say No to rumours. FG already suspended fuel increment because of elections. It's now d headache of the new government, so till next year after d elections, there is no plan to increase fuel price. There is also a rumor that the federal government is broke if true then the govt may have no choice but to increase the price of fuel. The CBN cannot print dollars the way they are just printing Naira, according to Governor Obaseki fx is needed to bring in fuel, Nigeria economy has been on life support for quite sometime. Once our foreign creditors refuse to grant us more loans game over.... it does not make sense to be borrowing foreign loans to pay for fuel subsidies it is no longer sustainable. |

pope191: Boss na contract una they run, if the terms and conditions are not favourable, move to the next. Bolt have been sending me different mail to come back, but I find home with indriver. Once they start acting up #WeMoove With indriver model you can truly consider yourself as an independent contractor, there are no consequences for rejecting unfavorable bids from your pax. You can also quote the price you are willing to do the job Uber/bolt want us to he their employees without enjoying any form of employment benefits. This is just exploitation, this is simply the most crude and savage form of capitalism. |

Please if you are the guy i saw last week, at Ikeja City Mall and you are reading this msg, i will like to know the colour of your greed, why will you allow a rider to load 5 bags of rice in your car. Initially i saw the 2 trolley guys loading each rice, i assumed it was 3 bags, only for them to bring 2 additional bags, i was watching you with bewilderment when the 4th bag was loaded, as you started scratching your head and inspected your left and right back tyres.
5 bags of rice, i just said, it must be a mind boggling fantastic offline trip, i hope it is, but if it is not then you must either be a jpworld driver, or one of those on 35k weekly rental, because i doubt if it was your car or on HP deal, you would load 5 bags of rice into the booth. If the car was a Camry i would have suspected it was our good brother Mr.B , but it was a corolla.
You now got into the car, moved like for like 2 seconds, got down and appealed to your rider to come and sit in the front, did you tell your rider that he might be the "feather that breaks the proverbial camel's back. |

chillex8: Don't ever beg for rating. If you are blocked, take it as a man and move on. Ratings system on bolt is not transparent. My personal experience is that the more I drive on bolt the more I see a rise in my rating. Once I start using other apps, I notice a gradual drop in my rating. Bolt rating system in Nigeria is a disgrace. |

Pearl1910: Bolt has blocked them bad Riders , they are now using Uber that doesn't care for Drivers anymore.
That's how I carried one on Indriver on Monday night, she said her friend just introduced her to Indriver that it's Uber she uses but cos it was past twelve she needed an alternative. Got to her destination, she did transfer, I saw her debit but didnt take note of the amount. When she went inside I got my alert of 1k instead of 2,700. I called her back she no pick, I reported her to Indrive immediately, I was so pissed, I was determined to get this girl. I came back to d hotel and parked beside d gate. Infact I was ready to stay there till morning just to confront her. After about 20mins she came back out to look for taxis outside d hotel cos Indriver had blocked her. Immediately she saw me, she felt like disappearing or entering d ground I told her u sent me 1k and refused to pick my calls and she was blabbing that it was a mistake etc "why didn't u pick my calls" she said she was busy when she went inside. Okay "why didn't u call me back when u finished ur rounds?" She say make I forget that one she go complete my money, can I take her back. I asked her complete my money first, and that her return journey is 5k. She started begging that I reduce d fare, its too much, it's late, she can't get cab etc Finally, on our way she told me that's how other drivers will be threatening/insulting her, that she doesn't like threats that she has d mind to send d money later when she has but once threat and insult comes in or Bolt blocks her, she doesn't bother to send d money again. That she has 3lines Bolt has blocked all. That this Indriver she will register with another sim. I was like, If I knew this is d kind of person u r, I 4 no carry u...u for find ur way home by urself. I took her through where there is police, incase she carry drugs or weed, make they arrest am. But she lie give police say she get pant and menstrual pad inside d bag that he can't search her bag that's how she escaped.
So Bolt is weeding them out, am just surprised Uber has drastically changed for worse because of desperation to keep Riders. Big fat lie.... Let me tell you Uber will block any rider that owes a driver immediately. This I have personally experienced. |

2 stars.
Just ended a trip on indriver about 11pm.. I gave the lady promptly 5 stars... Something just told me to watch her phone closely, she dropped 2 stars and another page came up and she quickly clicked one of the boxes.
Me: sister I gave you 5 stars, why did you rate me 2 stars Rider: I am sorry sir, it was a mistake Me: Do you know what it takes to work this late at night, it also took me more than 20 minutes mins to arrive at your pickup point... Rider: sir I am sorry, I am sorry She quickly exited the car. In my mind you also made a mistake in ticking the boxes for the reason for the 2 stars.
Ps .I an rated 4.9 plus on uber , when fully active on bolt 4.95 |

I had made an emotional post that indriver caters for the segment that can not afford the cost of uber or bolt... I am now beginning to have a serious rethink.
After getting fed up of waiting for a trip on uber, I decided to accept a trip on indriver with their botom rock price that took me to ikeja.
When the trip ended, the lady said she had transferred the money, this is indrive not moving an inch until I see a credit alert on my phone or credit bal on my bank app.
The lady said oga, don't you trust me, she now gave me her phone, I saw the debt alert, but her account balance of close to N1m left me wondering why she did not just order uber or bolt.
So there are a lot of passengers out there who just want to pay next to nothing. |

childofgrace2k: You will see some discount being given to customers and u would wish Bolt can offer such to Drivers sometimes, like one trip, drivers should just be given 2k apart from the normal charge.
But they will rather give you the 2k commission by working for a whole day.
Kudos to the hardworking guys making enough money from this hustle with the few dashboard earnings being posted here atimes, but the question how do you guys do it, I mean the work is not as we used to hear those days like 2 to 3 years ago. Wow 4.98 star rating by riders or bolt. |

SHORT TIME I had set destination trip, when I got a request I was happy, I would be getting home early. The rider likely a Chinese called and seemed quite desperate Chinko : where are you Me; I am close by Chinko; Come fast fast As I drove to pu I was wondering why my intended passenger was so desperate. He got into the car Chinko,: let's move fast I started the trip saw that it was a short trip actually within the neighborhood. The Chinese dude was fidgeting with his seatbelt Chinko: we go pick up girl then you bring me back.. Me: no problem Chinko: u wait for me 20 to 30mins Me: I can't wait Chinko: how much... I pay Me: not about money i have to get back home on time. Me: do you want me to end the trip Chinko: no no no.. The journey continued we drove to opebi roundabout, like an eagle looking for a prey to devour, the first circle, he was not satisfied Chinko: we go around again drive more slowly This was not the destination trip I had hoped for a destination trip that moves you around in circles. Chinko: stop stop... reverse The ladies of easy virtues flocked the car Chinko: you Babe: what do u want Chinko: short time Babe: N5k Chinko: too much, I pay N4k... The lady quickly jumped into the car before her other competitors snatch the deal.... I was like N4k for 30mins from a foreigner, is it that cheap...... Chinko: drive fast, please wait for us I pay you.. I maintained my earlier resolve As I drove them back to drop off point Chinko: wait for us for 20 mins I give you N2000, he brought out the money... N2k just to sit and enjoy the cool night breeze while posting on nairaland I was tempted but I had to decline... Here is a lady about to have her body devoured and scavenged for 20 mins for N4k and I am turning down N2k just to wait for 20mins.... Truly I am yet to imbibe the hoodlum spirit. |

I have arranged 5 trips from a friend and rate myself 5 star still no show and bolt has been sending warning massage to me please what will I do to increase it Simple solution is to sign an undertaking of eternal slavery to bolt do 30 trips daily and watch your rating rise beyond belief.. How a company gets away with such fraudulent rating system is something we really need to discuss on this platform! |
