Agbalowomeri: I hope guys know that all banks will report negative growth next year because of the bloated Forex earnings this year Not necessarily. I think the fx gains did not reflect much in the profit of some few banks like Access bank. Although I admit the fx gain had a huge impact on these banks as they (particularly Access bank) would almost have recorded a loss if not for the fx gain. So if these banks do well next year, or if there is another round of fx gain then you expect them not to have much issues. |

megawealth01: SEPLAT is a blood money... Wetin I bought then 300+ You never see anything. I hear from voice of rumour say them dey consider either bonus or rights. Rumour also say dey also plan separate oil from gas division, something like unbundling. If and When all these go happen I no know. But the recent rise in price is down to the ANOH gas project which is almost set for commissioning. |

phadriz: A company that can get loan approval of $800m without latest AFS, got court case withdrawal through govt will definitely buy it way to get kangaroo judgement to muscle out minority shareholders. Thats the fear. They can do anyhow and ask you to "go to court" and you know what that means. But if the reverse turns to be the case, then the shareholders go hammer. |

yMcy56: The only thing I see as major barrier now is the Court Case, once it's out of the way, share price will rise on optimism and investors sentiments.......
Concerning results, there was improvement in the 2021 fye released the last time.........from -ve to +ve. If 2022 should be more better and Court Case is out of the way, Oando will move up and break the previous high barrier of 16......my opinion....and based on some analysts opinion too.
This is one stock many investors are keeping eyes on.... Oando's potentials are not in doubt. Its just the managers that people fear. The stock would rise unbelievably if only Wale has enough units and wants it up there. |

Ever seen a fake full bid? Then monitor Seplat. Directors already own overwhelming majority shares directly and indirectly, someone(maybe the same directors) keep clearing everything that comes up on offer side but won't allow the stock to appreciate in price. |

Krisuba: We know gain is very good but loss can make one take his life. Imagine losing 75 % on a stock you invested 10million in two days!! Lol. I refered to units limit. That is 100k units for price movement. I am ok with the daily 10% movement limit. |

yMcy56: Oga, did you consider the downside part as well? Abeg it's ok like that oo. Think it was even +/-5% before it was reviewed to +/-10% I mean the 100k units limit for price appreciation, not the daily 10% price movement. |

yMcy56: UBN NOTICE OF DELISTING Finally, Union Bank is leaving NGX after more than a year with confusion ...
https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/NOTICE_OF_DELISTING_OF_UBN_SHARES.pdf See a typical Nigerian company delistment and compare this to that of GSK. Union bank delistment started almost three years ago, and they are still planning for approval, before taking to management. They have not yet started talking about court ordered meeting. |

Coolcash1: It is abysmal compared to its share price. Very disappointing! Though I am not bothered because I am not a dividend person but cap appreciation.
Ire o. you must be looking at the current shareprice. You should also consider where it is coming from. Go find the share price as at January 2023 and see for your self. |

BabsO2: Seplat Using N996.75 exchange rate for Naira Dividend payment
I hope all banks used the same rate, N765 that ETI used for it's Q2 translations. And not various rates as that can cause confusion. Thats interim dividend per share of 29.90 in Naira. Thats not too bad considering the fact that we get it 4times a year, and also a special dividend yearly. |

Btw, the same JAPAUL that some people called us monkey hunter is the toast in market since yesterday and resumed today with full bid @1.67. It is well.
For those in the bus, just know when to be alighting when it's getting to your bus-stop...... JAPAUL will likely touch 2/2.20 from the look of things, and based on the newsletter.........don't take my words for it. Thou shall not forget to pay thy tithe accordingly. Pastor has informed me that tithe shall be assessed at the rate of 2.50 being the private placement price or any higher price, provided that no lower amount shall be paid as tithe. |
