I’d be short. Me sef no get time to type plenty.

I’ve been so disappointed in myself lately.

I’m in my early 30s. But I’ve come to find out that I usually back out from any sweet girl I approach and make as a friend.

The funniest thing is that I would be very committed till she falls for me. But when she starts I’d feel no vibes anymore. Even when nothing intimate has happened between us. Please who experiences this same thing.

I think I need a therapist. Or is it normal? Please help a brother. I know I’d be criticized but let me condemn myself first before you do. Please I need help.

In the unlikely event of an accident, you simply document it by taking pictures/making a video and notifying ur insurer so that your claim can be settled. Most people here opt for one off yearly payments and the rate is determined by the market value of the car. Policies vary from one insurer to the other - it’s usually between 4% to 5% of the vehicle’s value.
Wow! 5% is not bad at all. You mean paying this yearly? Only 5% per year? It’s good na.

I just saw this comment. Please can you educate me on this insurance thing please? I know you have to be paying a monthly stuff. So what happens months after purchasing and things go wrong on the GS350?

We are actually on the same page, Lagos is not Edo and Edo is not Lagos state.

Lagos is Africa's 5th largest economy, not Edo state

Lagos is Nigerians largest economy, not Edo state

Lagos is Nigeria's industrial capital, not Edo state

Lagos state is the entertainment capital of Nigeria and AFRICA, not Edo state

Lagos state is the corporate capital of Nigeria

Lagos state is home to the largest single refinery in the world, not Edo state

Lagos state is home to the largest fertilizer factory in the world, not Edo state

Lagos state is home to the largest gas plant in Africa, not Edo state

Lagos state is home to the Largest petrochemical plant in Africa, not Edo state

Lagos state's IGR is 33 times larger than Edo state's IGR.

The list goes on...

Again, we are on the same page, Lagos state is not Edo state and Edo state can never be Lagos state or even be like Lagos state.

Edo state can not produce credible, competent and productive leaders like Lagos state so I don't see Edo state getting anywhere close to Lagos state, not anytime soon.
You’re a big fool sha. Who monopolised Lagos economy if not the so called greedy, self centered and sleeping government called Nigerian government.

You’re beating chest with Lagos. You can see how dump you are. Where we have sea ports across the southern part of Nigeria but still wish to flood Lagos with hold up because of parked container trucks when they could have allowed all the states having seaports to function to full capacity.

Of all the oil companies which suppose to have their national headquarters in their respective states are moved to Lagos and you’re there opening your big mouth. Can you imagine how you reason. You think any country will grow when development is centered in one state? You need to think again before posting trash. By the way I was born in Lagos so you’re not talking to s novice.

We have refineries in Warri, two in portharcourt. Let’s leave the one in the north. How many are working in full capacity? Now all of a sudden it’s dangote’s refinery that Nigerians are waiting for. Same in Lagos. What an avalanche of foolishness. That’s why the country cannot develop because federal government are biased in their development. You have no idea what politics in this country looks like.

Imagine all states or regions are equally developed will you open that gutter to talk nonsense? Don’t talk like a day old child.

hi Everyone. This topic speaks it all. I just checked for the GRE past questions on est site. My dear, since I start to dey solve maths, I’ve not come across those kind of mathematics before.

My question is:

1. Where are they setting this questions from?

2. When I enroll for this GRE would there be any tutorial lessons or preparatory class to perfect yourself or you’d go study by yourself

Since I’ve not written it before I would need someone who has written it to tell me his/her first hand experience. I don’t want the unexpected to happen.

Although I strongly believe that if I have the adequate preparatory class for it I’d pass very well.

Please I need help.

Thanks for this advise sir, I called one of there senior brother yesterday and told him he should tell his junior brothers and sisters to stop gossip about me been Yahoo-boy. I told him anytime I hear anything like that again I m going to arrest the person and if there is no proof that I m Yahoo-boy after the arrest he/she is going to pay me a certain amount of money for tarnish my image and I also make him understand that I m aware that the landlady have the same believe that is why I m not passing the message through her. Since that yesterday everyone have stay there lane.
That’s good. That’s the only language I think they’d always understand. Why won’t they keep quiet? Because you’ve involved police and also moved further to taking legal action.

My brother go and enjoy your peace. Nigerians love it when you confront them with full confidence. You’d see how they’d start giving you your way. That’s what saved me too. Good thing you did what I did.
BusinessRe: How Can I Handle This? They Sees Me As Yahoo Boy But I Am Not by mrbenjame: 3:08pm On Sep 06, 2020
My brother. We live in a society where everyone is perceived as a criminal. This thing is exactly what I faced in my former compound before I got a better job and moved to my company quarters ( where I am presently)

They always tagged me a yahoo guy. Because I’m always wearing good clothes and use an iPhone. I also have my laptop to make things worse. This same compound people knew I’ve been using iPhone for about 4 years in that compound but at this time the iPhone thing became too obvious.

I was teaching in a good secondary school with a nice pay. I put on my gen as soon as am back from work and turn it off at 12 midnight. They come to charge their phones but still talk at my back.

One day I confronted a married lady in the compound that uttered the statement calling me a yahoo guy. I told her the next time anybody calls me that again I’d arrest the person and we’ll see in court then you’d explain how I’m a yahoo guy. Na so the yard quiet.

I started asking them whether they wanted me wearing rags or live like a poor dude when small change dey reach my side from work?

My brother it’s well. I’ve been there.

What do you mean? Can’t be compared how? Why won’t they opt for the university if you people were not feeling you are better than them. It’s because of the same discrimination that makes them opt for the university. I bet you if the dichotomy stops I tell you the table will turn around. You’ll see how many people will opt for the university. Nobody will look at the university two times. Let’s be honest to ourselves. I attended both. So I’ve seen what both looks like. You can’t stand a polytechnic graduate in his field.

Hello all. I would be conducting a 3 month step by step forex class for all participants.

The class will cover a lot of topics and I’d mention a few:

- Introduction to forex
- Benefits of forex
- Currency trading in pairs
- Market participants (Very vital)
- Trading sections (here you’d be taught on how to master these sections)
- Forex DOs and DON’Ts
- Forex terminologies (Very important)
- Market orders (Practical class)
- Trading platforms (Practically inclined)
- Chart patterns
- Candle stick patterns
- Forex Trading tools
- Risk management
- psychological management etc.

Within these period you’d be taught from the scratch which I guess is the best for every starter.

After each successful class you’d be given assignments and periodic test to assess your Progress.

You’d also be guided step by step on how to execute trades comfortably from your own end.

You’d also be taught when and when not to trade which is very important in forex Trading.

You’d also be taught how to interprete the charts and know what it means (this is usually tasking but you have nothing to worry about because I’d teach you the hidden secrets).

You’d also be notified the websites and Apps that would aid your trading.

These services will be rendered with an affordable fee of just 3,000 naira.

It’s a one time payment and it will cover the three months class.

If you’re interested please indicate as we start with atleast 50 persons. With 3k you can learn and trade on your own. If you have any questions you can ask. You can reach me on:
0 8 1 6 5 3 0 0 8 9 9

I honestly have no qualms doing barbing job if the pay is superb. The other ones like plumbing, carpenter and bricklayer I won't lie, I can't do them because I'm too soft for them(I don't know if you understand what I mean by this).

BTW, you still haven't answered the question which is the purpose of the thread.
Like I’m the one strong to do them. Let me tell you. As a gateman your duty is to get the Bleep up your chair, open the gate and get your fucking ass seated back on the chair.i don’t know how difficult that sounds to you snd I don’t understand by what you think is strong in that.

I didn't demean folks doings those jobs.
Sure, i've seen folks making cool bucks from jobs like barbing, plumber and carpenter etc I have a friend who makes nothing less than 17k weekly from barbing. That's over 60k monthly, most Nigerians working in white collar jobs don't earn that much.

It seems you don't understand what is called preference at all, if you didn't you won't be angry with my choice. There are some white collar jobs I can never do as well.

Just focus on answering and give reason why you gave that answer not questioning my own answer.
I think it is easier said than done. I bet you, you didn’t want to choose that. Trust me.

Personally, I can't. Even if I'm offered 50m monthly I won't do either of them.

What about you?
When has being a gateman turned to a beggars job? Op I see you as a child who knows nothing about jobs. People do jobs like this abroad and gain handsome rewards for it. It’s only in developing or under developed countries you find such jobs as demeaning jobs. In first world country a gateman earns more salary than a bank manager in Nigeria. Yet he’d be proud to do his job. And don’t forget whites do these jobs a lot in their own country and get good pay. It’s only in Nigeria people neglect jobs like there’s a stigma attached to it. Just because they’re ashamed they’d be laughed at or mocked.

Let me school you........

A barber, cleaner, caregiver/baby sitter, plumber, carpenter or even the gateman you’re chastising or stigmatizing have equal life standard with people working in offices. They can drive any car of their dreams, live in a good home and also make life comfortable for their kids because the system There works for everyone. It’s not enough reason for you to come here to open your wide mouth to talk nonsense. Africans and pride. Nonsense! Humility made the whites our superiors but we that are headquarters of pride are rottening away like beggars and slaves to the whites. Change your perspective. There’s no dignity in what you’re talking about. You’re simply not humble. Period! Go and kiss your 150k job with satisfaction. Hypocrite!
