PoliticsRe: Set Agenda For 2023 Than Yoruba Independence - Akogun Banji Ojo by MrMaestro: 2:24pm On Apr 12, 2021
Nukilia:
Thank you for the robust response! There is a blueprint on which the Yoruba nation would run. The criminal gangs benefiting from one Nigeria are scraed of their future in a Yoruba nation.
In the next 10 years after division, the Northern part of Nigeria would become a war torn zone, and their citizens would seek assylum in the Southern states.
Our hospitals in the South would be the best and it would provide treatment for the Northern leaders who fail to invest in the health sector...
I agree with this 100%

Guys. He's a troll purposefully trying to sow discord and CONFUSION. Stop taking him seriously and ignore him. He has made 4 threads in the last 2 weeks on why Yorubaland isn't yoruba. He's a land grabber, stop giving him oxygen.

The Igbos are pained because they have deluded themselves into thinking they are competitors in business with Yorubas. They have yet to realize that there isn't any single industry where Yorubas don't outclass them. There's a Yoruba Managing Director of a firm that owns the ENTIRE Gatwick London airport. So whether it be in the UK or US, this isn't surprising. Yorubas excel in finance and business. Just like we do in everything else.

Very thoughtful of you. However, the question of what it's economic benefit wud be stands to reason.
Wud those tourist who travelled to Mexico want to come to Nigeria just to get a live glimpse at it again ?.
Who wud want to come to a country where the security of lives and properties is absolutely @ it's ground state ?
Locally, how many Nigerians don even chop 'beleful' before dem fit comfortably go see artifacts?
If u argue from the point of view that it wud kind of inform us more of our heritage/ culture, I might listen to that.
It has almost Zero economic impact on us. We need milestone economic Achievements.
To take proper of zoo animals is a big challenge in this country let alone a non living thing.
Countries dey yarn of space exploration Una dey yarn abt precolonial archaic craft.
We want it because it is OURS. PERIOD. There's no greater explanation needed. This backward mentality is why white people have been able to take everything from black people because we don't value the least of our things as if it were gold. Why don't you go to the U.S. and try to steal a broken tattered letter in a museum written 200 years ago and see how quickly they give you life in prison. So just stfu. I've had it with idiotic Africans.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no greatness in diversity of people. Some of the most successful nations (China, Russia, Japan, South Korea, etc.) don't have major splits in groups of people. America does, and they're more divided than ever. Don't listen to that nonsense. Nigeria really needs to split or at the VERY least have a regional system.

Rosskiiku:
Great points I can relate to.

I think we may need an African 'Illuminati' or 'Bilderberg Group' - type of organisation which secretly formulates policy on behalf of the continent, infiltrates governments, and fulfils their agenda to transform Africa.

They will be behind stuff like nuclear ideas and (secret?) implementation, and continental economic and military direction.

In the present climate, I don't see African govts doing any of this in the open, eg going nuclear. It will all have to be very secretively done, and by the time the world discovers its full extent, it will be too late.
Yes those are great points. But honestly, satellite imagery prevents any country from doing any significant nuclear weapon research without it being detected. Powerful allies would need to be made to ensure it goes on uninterrupted. But yes I agree, Africa definitely needs a Bilderberg group.

Rosskiiku:
Fantastic post.

Probably the best post of the entire thread.

The thing about the Ghana action is that they can AFFORD to not sell their raw cocoa, having discovered oil and gas in commercial quantities.

Not many countries in Africa are in that situation, eg Ivory Coast, another big cocoa producer.

The truth is that the only known way to industrialise is to have a huge national income and thus, a huge budget.

To get such a huge income, you need to manufacture and export your manufactured goods to markets buoyant enough to purchase them in large quantities.

The problem African nations have is that the ENTIRE WORLD has imposed sky high tariffs on goods MANUFACTURED in Africa, as part of their eternal conspiracy to have the continent remain their source of raw materials for building their industries.

And this is not immediately resolved by saying 'Africans should trade with Africans', because the purchasing power on the continent is still relatively low to support manufactured, finished goods.

So it's a bit of a catch 22 situation. The good thing is that the intra-African economic free trade zone is up and running, and hopefully in time, greater continental trade will build indigenous African wealth to the point it can support heavy industries and their products.
I have to disagree, on some level. If it becomes a tariff war the rest of the world will without a doubt lose. Tariffs can't trump access to natural resources. We have the ultimate leverage. It may be difficult for smaller countries though. But I will say utilizing that leverage is playing a dangerous game if you aren't prepared to go to war. Because with the way these white people operate, political destabilization will be the carrot, and nukes will be the stick. This is why Africa needs nuclear weapons asap. Once they get that, it'll be the ultimate checkmate and they would have more leeway of controlling the world's operation by controlling access to it's natural resources. And it must be done. I agree with you on the intra African trade. Africa's development and industrialization is incumbent upon their ability to build factories and add value to their own natural resources for various products to sell to the rest of the world. It's how every other major country got to where they are now. It's inevitable, the world would need to get used to having little to no access to Africa's natural resources. Africa needs to build factories for its own youth. With the rate of population increase on the continent, more jobs need to be created.

I'm glad Ghana realizes this. Before you know it most of their youths will have factory jobs, crime would reduce, GDP would increase, and the country would capitalize on it's upward trajectory and invest in greater projects, research and development, etc.
PoliticsRe: Why It Is A Racist LIE That No Black Nations Are Developed. by MrMaestro:
I've come to the conclusion that there's a significant enough number of igbo people that have a LOT of self hatred. I don't understand why but it's becoming increasingly clear. Between Aconomist, Ezenri, and all the dumb IPOB members chanting for Trump all the way in eastern Nigeria like self hating slaves. As if he's ever once given them a single iota of a thought. It's really starting to become clear. Never have I seen a black tribe so willing to align themselves with white barbarians.

White people were never the smartest, strongest, or best. They were, and are, the most ruthless. Point blank period. Only an uncivilized man would venerate this. You can respect it, but veneration is something different altogether. If the United States didn't have 400 years of unadulterated free labor, it definitely wouldn't be the biggest economy in the world. The same can be said for Europe and their plundering of Africa. The only people that legitimately developed on their own merit was the East, middle east, and eastern europe.

Africans already civilized the world. Egypt was the first and greatest civilization in human history. That's just a fact. They created mathematics, science and research. They had their own writing systems, books, and the greatest infrastructural achievement in human history, built by a black man (Pyramids, unless the idiots here would claim Imhotep is white? Lol). Africa has the oldest university in the world in Timbuktu. We built the foundation of what the world uses today. We are in a pocket of a 100 yr period where we're recovering from European conquest. Don't let this short sliver of time make you forget that we were doing just fine, and ruled the world for 2,500 - 3,000 years. And were doing just fine after Egypt fell, with the Songhay Empire, Ghana Empire, Oyo Empire, etc.

There's nothing more to prove. People like Aconomist and Eze Nri would simply bow to white people in whatever they do. All I'm saying is when Blacks ruled the world there was never a world war, and huge lands of the earth rendered uninhabitable because of a pissing match (Hiroshima & Nagasaki). Talk about recklessness, they could've made humanity extinct like the barbaric children that they are. An Earth that has been proven to be a rare life nourishing planet not only in our solar system but rare in the universe overall.

But whatever, I've made my point. The only thing I'll say is this. African leaders need to get their shit together and take back control of this planet like we are supposed to. We have the natural resources, there's no reason why every major global decision shouldn't be going through us. If every country did what Ghana is doing now (refuse to export their natural resources, make products themselves), the world would bend to their knees. No silicon for your devices, No more plutonium for your wars. You can guarantee that white people would do that if it were the other way around. I'm not saying it should happen overnight, but I'll know Africa is serious when their Year 2050 plan for Africa includes a goal of less than 10% natural resource export. Adding value to all their resources before exporting anything. Most of the rest of the world is already set up to be consumers anyway

To make matters worse their governors aren't even in support of establishing or recognizing any local security outfit which makes me wonder if indeed the igbos are truly united
They clearly are not. 25 people murdered just like that. No security outfit, no nothing. That's why I never listen to them when they harp on our leaders. All of them aren't perfect, but most usually have an underlying Yoruba nationalistic energy that won't allow people to be massively murdered like the south east/ north had. Yoruba pride (not arrogance), is a gift that many other african cultures wish they had. Not empty pride either, pride that springs into action when necessary. It's one of the reasons I think we'd be more effective as our own nation. But that's neither here nor there.
PoliticsRe: Onitsha: A City With No Government by MrMaestro: 3:04pm On Apr 01, 2021
I've long come to the conclusion that the brain drain of Nigeria is doing more damage to the country than most people realize. There are millions of brilliant nigerians in the UK, US, and UAE. Unfortunately those nigerians have decided to help those countries, instead of building up their own. As a result, we have fallen far behind where we should be.

The reason why Dubai, China, Thailand etc. have been able to develop faster than Nigeria is because their best and brightest stayed to fix the country. Unfortunately Nigerians abroad just talk, and don't do anything. As many threads Aconomist opens on this, it's important to realize he's just doing the same.

The igbo people should take lessons from how the yorubas are organizing their state security outfits.
They won't listen. They'd rather the north be able to discredit it as illegal because it has no legal backing, and tag it as a "terrorist organization". And bring in the Army to destroy them. It's as if they refuse to think ahead. But when Yorubas bring that valid criticism up, they start to curse. Just leave them be.

How much do the igbos abroad alone pump into Lagos yearly. Either through mma or apapa

In December my Sequoia cost 1.7 just to clear. I don't think that money went to Anambra my state

It's all you people that don't own shit always have the biggest mouth
You don't understand, we don't need or want your investments. Lagos recieves more foreign direct Investments than any group could dare muster up. Period. Your bodies alone is putting too much strain on the govt and urban planning. That's just a fact. Your money may be needed in Anambra or Onitsha but it is NOT needed in Lagos! So if that's your reasoning, please take your money and people to develop Anambra. It'll make nigeria better overall.

But we all know if you all were the true developers as you claim, you would've done that already. You all need Yorubas. And are now moving to Ogun, Osun, Oyo, etc. Yet spew hate on Yorubas all up and down. I honestly dont understand you all.

6 pages later and this Aconomist has blatantly ignored what he's doing to improve development and infrastructure in Nigeria. The sad thing is, he doesn't realize that HE'S the EXACT reason why Nigeria is like this. Idiots who think they're smarter than they are, who don't have the balls, fortitude, and desire to build their own. And would spend the rest of their lives working for white society. He would rather live in the U.S. because he's too fucking lazy to actually contribute to Nigerian society. There's a special place in hell for those who know how a country can be improved, have the ability to do so, REFUSES to do so, and at the same time SHITS on the people there for not getting it done. He exudes what many FAILED black people do, blame every one else instead of shutting the Bleep up and DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Aconomist, do us all a favor and just leave. You're useless in the United States, many other white people can take your place in a heartbeat. And you've chosen to be USELESS to your kinsmen in Nigeria. So you're an overall USELESS person who will come and go without making any significant mark on this world. Your complaints are for your own ego, because if you truly cared, you would be DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Go stroke your ego somewhere else.

Those speaking against igboho are loyal to the APC government in power while others speaking for him are against.

If power changes today to the opposition those of them speaking against igboho will be singing song of disintegration while those in support of him today declaring oduduwa will be singing one Nigeria. It happened in Jonathan era with the likes of mbaka and some of the present freedom fighters.

This country is made up of funny people that are not ready to move forward. They should just allow us that has something doing for ourselves to concentrate with making our money because that is all that matters
