I don't buy your argument about population. When a people fail, they boast with population like Nigeria. Trade is about economic might not population. US and China have the economic might and they call the shots.

Economic might derives largely from population. That is my point. China was able to capitalize on a market of 1+billion people. The US is able to capitalize from it's market of 300m+ people, as well as their companies going global (Apple, Microsoft, Google, etc.) But the US mainly got it's start from slavery, and putting millions of enslaved Africans to work for free for 200+ years. Any country that can have millions of people working for free for HUNDREDS of years will surely be among the top economic countries in the world, when every other country had to pay their workers. The reason Nigeria is the biggest economy isn't because of anything else but our population. The same should be happening to africa if we had better integration. But with the African free trade agreement hopefully things will change.

So again, I say population is the most important factor in being able to have big businesses that drive an economy. After all, businesses grow from selling products and services. If you have 10 customer but a competitor has 100 customers, the other person is likely to win.

Africans should be globalists, in a globalist system, the majority rules. Africas population is 1.35 billion people now. India is 1.35 billion as well, and China is 1.39 billion. But Africa is projected to pass 2 billion by 2040. The US wants to hold onto power and influence as it becomes a smaller and smaller percentage of the global human race. Same as how they did in South Africa owning over 80% of the wealth being less than 15% of the population. Africans cannot allow that to happen.

If it leads to voting, she will still win. The us will have to overturn at least 30 votes to make it a tie. And of the 104 votes for her, 57 are from the AU. That means the US will have to convert 30 out of 47 possible non african votes if Africans stand firm. It's impossible considering the EU in it's entirety supported her. And over half of them are not supporters of this US govt and won't do whatever the US says. It's game over.
