In Nigeria, employers run after paper certificate.

Abroad, they put you to test to see if you know your craft.

This explains why most engineers, doctors and other professionals are cab drivers abroad, apart from the issue of not having legit papers.

Can you imagine the lawyer in charge of the contract , intentionally creating loopholes for the company to exploit, which they would later share the proceed.

They ought to be criminally charged and prosecuted in Nigeria.
