Seun should change that anti-spam stuff. It got people banned so easily. |
mactao:Very good. Although Jesus (p.b.u.h) has said that he and the Father are one in John (10:30), right? But please help me reconcile the two for he also said the father is greater than him in John (14:28). Explain these two verses to me, please. Thanks. |
davidylan:O! Hear this misguided guy. You people say it suffered revising, editing and omissions and thus there is hardly an authentic one but the ones which their meaning were thought out by "scholars". Mst. You are wholly brainwashed. Pity. |
Was he not born by a woman? |
The woman is a clown. I wonder where was the sense of Republic to have mistakenly chosen her as their candidate's running mate during the last election. ![]() |
Please help me out; what's the significance of the Cross then? |
You guys are reservoirs of information. I like it. As a matter of fact and serious, I never decline the fact that Western countries are the orchestrators and master-minders of all the upheavals and unrest occurring in Iran. They only know how to their game discreetly, thats all. |
Assalamu alaikum, Narrated By 'Abdullah bin 'Amr. Allah's Apostle said. "It is one of the greatest sins that a man should curse his parents." It was asked (by the people), "O Allah's Apostle! How does a man curse his parents?" The Prophet said, "'The man abuses the father of another man and the latter abuses the father of the former and abuses his mother." Bukhari - Volume 8 - Book 73 - Hadith 4 |
dadde:My name is not mushin but Muhsin. Take note. ![]() What my question get to do with what you write above? I simply stated that Jesus (p.b.u.h) is not a begotten son of the God. Jesus is a son of Mary (r.a). He himself claims he's a son of man, literally. Where its said he's a son of God does not mean an ordinary son, literally. That has a metaphorical meaning. And if you dare saying he's, what is then the relationship between God and Mary? I certain think you can't say marriage, could you? And my saying above have proofs within your bible; if you are in need of them. |

@JJYOU I hadn't noticed this rubbish. That's below you, for I have (and I believe every other Muslim on this childboard have) quite a regard for you. You don't imitate, at least many at times, constant nonsenses done by your people. Pls don't do it again. ![]() |
Here is a little tip, bud, for a true religion. (Sorry, I get a little time )THE MESSAGE OF ISLAM Since the total submission of one's will to Allah represents the essence of worship, the basic message of Allah's divine religion, Islam is the worship of Allah alone and the avoidance of worship directed to any person, place or thing other than Allah.Since everything other than Allah, the Creator of all things, is Allah's creation; it may be said that Islam, in essence calls man away from the worship of creation and invites him to worship only its Creator. He is the only one deserving man's worship as it is only by His will that prayers are answered. If man prays to a tree and his prayers are answered, it was not the tree which answered his prayers but Allah who allowed the circumstances prayed for to take place. One might say, "That is obvious," however, to tree-worshippers it might not be. Similarly, prayers to Jesus, Buddha, or Krishna, to Saint Christopher, or Saint Jude or even to Muhammad, are not answered by them but are answered by Allah. Jesus did nottell his followers to worship him but to worship Allah. As the Qur'aan states: "And behold Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary Did you say to men, Worship me and my mother as gods besides Allah He will say-"Glory to you I could never say what I had no right (to say')" (Soorah Al-Maa'idah- 5:116) Nor did he worship himself when he worshipped but rather he worshipped Allah. This basic principle is enshrined in the opening chapter of the Qur'aan, known as Soorah Al-Faatihah, verse 4: "You alone do we worship and from you alone do we seek help". In the Bible: "One came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he (Jesus) said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God. (Matthew 19: 16-17,in King James Version) You may know and believe Me and understand that I am He. Before Me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after Me. I, I am the Lord, and besides Me there is no Savior. (Isaiah 43: 10-11) Till I come back, by God's grace. Thanks. |
Good! |
The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said: He who dies knowing La illaha Ill Allah' (there is no true God except Allah) Jannah becomes his due reward. (Bukhari) |
bindex:Oh. . .too bad for ya, bud. Why are you guys Muslims? This should not be a topic about atheism or Christianity, You can simply state why you disbelief Christianity and why you are not an atheist but the main topic should be your reasons for being a Muslim. Thank you.I wish I got enough time at my disposal to talk categorically on this very important thread as did a brother Olabs. But any way, let me have a try. Hope it'll clear some airs outside there. Thanks for your understanding. Sincerely speaking, Christianity is wholly false. And pack that Atheism stuff aside, for I know NO same humanbeing can claim himself an atheist. Alhamdulillah. I disbelief in Christianity and belief in Islam when I, ESPECIALLY, look at that Trinity obscurity and dogmatism. It's boldly and numerously said therein the Bible that the Lord?God is one, but they claim that he's three. I wonder it's in algebraic or in ordinary mathematics that 1+1+1=1. This rationally, intelligently and reasonably sound completely absurd and even thoughtless. Contrary to this it's said: Old Testament: 1-Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord. (Deuteronomy 6: 4) 2-Has not the One God made and sustained for us the spirit of life?(Malachi 2: 15) 3-I am the first and I am the last; besides Me there is no god. Who is like Me? (Isaiah 44: 6) 4-And many other verses. New Testament: 1-One came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he (Jesus) said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God.(Matthew 19: 16-17, in Kings James Version) 2-Now this is life eternal, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.(John 17: 3) 3-Hear O Israel: The Lord our God is One Lord. (Mark 12: 29) 4-And many other verses You see? Why then would they say there are three God,i.e. god the father, god the son and god the holy spirit? Qur'an, on this issue, states (in corroboration of these quoted verses ): 1-Say: He is Allah, the One; Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begets not, nor is He begotten; and there is none like unto Him. (112: 1-4) 2-There is no god but I; so worship Me. (21: 25) 3-Can there be another god besides Allah (God)? High is Allah above what they associate with Him.(27: 63) Indeed, this message concerning the Oneness of God (i.e., Tawheed in Arabic) is the essential theme of the Qur’an. Why should I take Qur'an, then? After Trinity, another issue in relation to it is the calling of all the Prophet to worship none but Allah. For example, when Moses (p.b.u.h) was asked about the first commandment in your Bible. He said in Mark 12:28-29 and said the Lord is One. Noah (p.b.u.h) said in Qur'an 33:23 that God is One. Prophet Hood (p.b.u.h) in Qur'an 7:59 said the same. Salih (p.b.u.h) in Qur'an 7:65 also said the same. Shu'aib (p.b.u.h) in the same vein uttered the same in Qur'an 7:73. And all others said. Therefore, Muhammad (p.b.u.h)'s message is BUT true. Allah says unto him: "And We sent no messenger before you but commended him to inform his people that there is no true God except I; therefore worship Me alone. (Qur'an 21:25). Moreover, I don't at all believe that Jesus was the son of God. This may come up next time. Now there are loads to do on the net. Thanks for your understanding. May the Lord of Muhammad (p.b.u.h), the Lord of Jesus (p.b.u.h), our Lord--Allah, the Exalted, guide us all, ameen. Muhsin |

Assalamu alaikum, Sheikh Bn Baz (r.a) ws asked: Q: Is it proper to express the intention of Salat or Wudhu verbally? A: There is no proof of verbal expression of intention in the purified Shari'ah. It's bid'ah or innovated ritual that neither the Prophet (p.b.u.h) nor his Companions did. The heart is the place of intention. There is absolutely no need for expressing it verbally because Allah, the Exalted, knows the secret and what is more latent than that. He says: "Do you tell Allah about your Deen when He know what is in the heavens and the earth." (Qur'an,49:17) Allah knows best. |
Good input, Abuzola. I certainly know even sleek29 won't recklessly call Jesus (p.b.u.h) a begotten son of God. If he/she dares who was then the mother? We all know that Virgin Mary (p.b.u.h) was the mother of Jesus (p.b.u.h), but does that qualify her to be called God's wife? No sane Christian would risk saying this, I suppose. Well. . .as you, Abuzola, suggested, lets see his/her reaction if debating about the sonship of Jesus is what he's up to. ![]() |

@Nezan, Where are you, bud? Here if another proof that your Bible is just a concoction of words--not actually fully a revealation, for its distorted under the facade of revising, editing and the likes. Read. . . In the Preface to The Holy Bible (Revised Standard Version), the Committee charge with revising it express that the Bible underwent alterations, additions and omissions. P.1v: "Sometimes it is evident that the test has suffered in transmission but none of the versions provide a satisfactory restoration. Here we can only follow the best judgment of competent scholars as to the most probable reconstruction of the original text." Read, especially the red portions, and think fairly, justly, reflectively and judge. Sorry, man. ![]() |
noetic2:These are numerous. Any way, according to some learned scholars, they provided four broad benefits for the individual and the society. 1- The Door to Eternal Paradise God has said in the Qur'an: "And give good news (O Muhammad) to those who believe and do good deeds, that they will have gardens (Paradise) in which rivers flow. . ." (Qur'an, 2:25) 2- Salvation from Hellfire God has said in the Qur'an: "Those who have disbelieved and died in disbelief, the earth full of gold would not be accepted from any of them if one offered it as a ransom. They will have a painful punishment, and they have no helpers." (Qur'an, 2:91) 3-Real Happiness and Inner Peace Real Happiness and peace can be found in submitting to the commands of the Creatot and the Sustainer of this world. God has said in the Qur'an: "Truly, in remembering God do hearts find rest."(Qur'an, 13:28) 4-Forgiveness for All Previous Sins When someone converts to Islam, God forgives all of his previous sins and evil deeds. A man called Amr came to the Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) and said: "Give me your right hand so that I may give you pledge of loyalty." The Prophet (p.b.u.h) stretched out his right hand. Amr withdrew his hand. The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said: {What has happened to you, O Amr?} He replied: "I intend to lay down a condition." The Prophet (p.b.u.h) asked: {What condition do you intend to put forward?} Amr said: "That God forgive my sins." The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said: {Didn't you know that converting to Islam erases all previous sins?} Narrated in Saheeh Muslim, #121, and Mosnad Ahmad #17357. There is just a portion out of many benefits one have as being a Muslim. I'm afraid to talk talk as you, or any other reader might find it difficult to go through and understand it, which is the premise of the words. |

Assalamu alaikum, The best you can give in your life as a Muslim to Allah (S.W.T) is devotion; to your parents is obedience; to your spouse is faithfullness; to your leaders, cooperation; to your seniors is respect; to your juniors, good example; to your friends, sincerity; to your colleagues, regard; to your opponents, tolerance; to strangers, hospitality; to enemy, forgiveness; to the needy, charity; to ever other person is kindness. May Allah (S.W.T) guide us, amin. Barka da Jumu'ah. |
