GEJ was very tribalist in his appointment. He seriously marginalised the Yorubas. Obasanjo on the other hand had more Ibos (especially) and Northerners in his appointments than the Yorubas.

Now let me tell all of you what I figured. The man knew the girl would not co-operate when he started showing his intentions in the car and the girl was brushing his hands off. So when they got to the office, he played the admission card by telling her that he help her secure admission if she agreed to sex. ( The lecturer knew this fact all along) but he used the other officer to say it. When they went back to his office. he then told the girl that she could still get a diploma. She didn' t like that because that was not what the man promised before sex. She was angry and stormed out of the office. She felt used and scammed and that was why she locked herself up for many days (most likely) crying and sulking in anger and disappointment. The story of rape and stomach ache is just to punish the lecturer. My analysis is not to say what the lecturer did was right. I am a mother.

Amnesty is the real aim of Buhari/northern elites. The Niger delta militants had a reason for their actions which the whole world understood. They were not faceless. What exactly is making Boko Haram angry? We need to know. They cannot claim unemployment because a lot more educated youths are in south that are also unemployed.
