This only affects government employees or at most, persons in formal employment. What about other private business persons?

As they are used to kiosk and ramshackle structures, they will not want to allow their host state put up modernised structures n facilities! That is also why they don't want to invest in ranches and stop roaming around, they want everything free!

Our Lagos people! Are these people not disrespecting their hosts? See how those you love refuse decent development yet you will insult Igbos and call them 'developers' in a derogatory manner? Una well done!

Rumours are spread by fools and believed by idiots
The House of Reps has actually passed a motion requiring the Army to suspend its planned Positive Identification bůllshît! You mean the Reps are idiots that believed the so called rumour? Or the FG owned NTA, Channels TV and even the Army itself that provided such information on its verified Twitter account are the fools that spread the rumours as well?

Stop supporting inept, barbaric, undemocratic government agencies and rulers!

So Malami and Osinbajo would have acted before coming to the offices in 2011?

Are you that fractured that you can't reason again?
Despite all the red flags spotted by NBET, NDPHC and even the World Bank over the likelihood that there would be a default, Accugas and the World Bank, in February 2017, approached federal government again with a proposal to sign the PRG agreement.

In May 2017, NDPHC was cleared to sign the PRG by Abubakar Malami, the attorney-general of the federation.

Osinbajo, as chairman of the board of directors of NDPHC, then gave the anticipatory approval for the signing of the PRG, sending it for another endorsement by President Muhammadu Buhari who was on medical leave in the UK. Osinbajo was the acting president.
Since you have no comprehension capacity, let me spoon feed you!

The best that ever happened to Nigeria was the change of government in 2015. It's only the All-knowing that can tell what would have happened to Nigeria had the guy won in 2015.
Did you read through at all?

The handiwork of PDP under Jonathan .....
See dem..dull mofos! Before that default ailment starts clouding your vision, slow down and read! That agreement was roundly refused by Bello Adoke. It is Malami, Osinbajo and Buhari, despite all the red flags, that approved and signed the agreement that has pulled Nigeria into more debt. You need to first apologise for being too danned slow on the uptake!
PoliticsRe: NIN Applicants Stranded Over Non-Availability Of Resources At NIMC Ogun (Pix) by mushystuff: 7:38am On Oct 29, 2019
Exactly! I don't understand how one will have such a defective, mediocre mindset! They confidently blame those on the receiving end for the incompetence of the government!

chuksjuve:
Do you know what excellence service delivery meanS?

Why can't they also provide it at all times?

Do you think people are that jobless to be coming daily when in the end they won't still get it?

Why are you some bold at defending incompetence?

You have really lived through incompetence that it has become a way of life you.

But this thing has been on since eon, why una like fire brigade approach.
simonlee:
he's right.
when i did mine, i was the only one there. no queue or delay. most people are fond of fire brigade approach and its very bad
And have they efficiently produced and distributed those that had been applied for those eons ago? Is there any reason why a federal government agency should lack common power and efficient computers and other tools for performing their core functions?

This is the same problem with the Immigration service, people will go to apply for international passports and they'll be told that there are no booklets! Is that one also a fire brigade approach?

Nigerians are already battered and deprived, don't compound the problem by blaming poor citizens at the receiving end of deliberate government ineptitude and bad governance! Stop enabling mediocrity! Tueh!

I see. But what if the woman own eggs are viable, can her own egg and husband sperm be used?
You mean the eggs of the wife and her husband's sperm? Yes, that's usually the first option once they are determined to be viable but the woman is unable, for whatever reason, to safely carry a pregnancy to full term.

So, the sperm and the egg, which person body did they usually take them from? Is it a totally different person's body ?
Sometimes, in addition to a situation where the woman for whatever reason is unable to carry a pregnancy to full term, her eggs or her husband's sperm my be unviable in which case eggs or sperm from a donor may be used.

KingLennon:
What about the traditional surrogate mum? She deserves the kudos too nah
She's been handsomely paid ie if it was all done properly and legally. If that is the case she's also signed away all rights to the child and must also remain permanently silent over the transaction. That's perfectly normal more so when it's the egg n sperm of the biological parents that were actually implanted in the surrogate.

Adding the surrogate was it really necessary..... Congrats to her
If dem no add am Nigerians go carry rumour say how when nobody see her with belle! No shame in surrogacy so it's no big deal if it's mentioned. Besides the identity of the surrogate is not exposed.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu's daughter welcomes another baby via surrogacy by mushystuff: 7:07am On Oct 26, 2019
If it is not added, nosy Nigerians will start screaming and asking how since they never saw her pregnant. They will flood the entire space with pictures of her not looking pregnant and then needless rumours will start flying.

There is no shame in surrogacy and the identity of the surrogate is not revealed so it's all good.

ursullalinda:
Big congrats to her.... but must the surrogate be added to the news......I feel people's privacy should be respected

BusinessRe: BREAKING: Popular Market In Benin City Razed By Fire [Pics, VIDEO] by mushystuff: 4:54am On Oct 20, 2019
Being proactive is an alien concept to all levels of leadership in this country. One would think that after the fire disaster in Onitsha, quick, effective changes/adjustments will be made to fire service operations nationwide to ensure such disaster never occurs again or is more effectively managed but no, they remain stupidly reactionary!

Poor, struggling Nigerians continue to bear the brunt of a sick leadership pattern.

Instead they budget obscene sums to purchase imported generators and fuel (petrol, diesel et al) yet they'll claim they've fulfilled all promises o!

FamilyRe: Why Would A Married Woman Abort Her Own Child. by mushystuff: 9:27pm On Oct 07, 2019
I do not know the circumstances surrounding this particular incident but there are times when a woman though married, may have to abort a pregnancy. For instance, it could be a careless conception and any pregnancy would jeopardize her health; it could be that it's too soon after a birth and she's not ready for another pregnancy; it could be that she n her hubby are AS, they do an a test and determine that a fetus is SS so they elect to terminate than bring a sickly child into the world. Perhaps she senses that her husband is not ready to Father another child or there is a domestic situation where she'd rather not be vulnerable with a pregnancy or bring a child into such toxicity.

You never really know so it's not best to judge.

freeze001:
When you have a non-existent police agency, this is what happens; the Army now dabbles into core civilian police activities further weakening the Army and blurring the lines of engagement/functions for each security agency. Where is NIMC and our national IDs and numbers? Where is the database? On what basis is the Army getting involved in 'positive identification'? Is that some kind of random security screening or what? Are all Army officials and recruits 'positively identified' already?
Immigration should not be left out, this is their core mandate too so I wonder why the Army refuses to mind its critical business of protecting the country from external threats!
PoliticsRe: Online Hysteria Over Video Of Buhari’s UNGA Speech Unnecessary – Presidency by mushystuff: 7:41am On Sep 26, 2019
johnmattew:
the Nigerian youth have lost it.....the response to the video shows how low the average Nigerian IQ has gone.

the video shared is a combination of two videos of the same scene merged together..the aide was trying to show summary of an interactive session on how buhari was asked several questions and how buhari responded to questions.....the frequency change in audio and video phase change btw the end if the woman's question and beginning of buhari's response shows it was merged.

ask yourself this question: is it possible to ask someone a question in a live audience and the responded will write a long reply and read that reply within a mili secondhuh

the context of buhari's response shows that he was giving a speech to an audience, not replying the lady's question.id he was replying the lady he would have faced her and address her directly instead of addressing the audience..this shows there wasn't any video link btw the video of the lady asking questions and the video of buhari speechmaking

also check the background screen while buhari was making speech,it shows issues related to climate change..ask yourself this question,if climate change was. the nitty gritty how come the lady was asking questions about policies made on young Nigerians..which is an issue totally different from world climate
Please this rubbish defence you are still peddling is stale! The almighty presidency has certified the video as true and undoctored and this post has them trying to explain that the question of the youths path to a resilient future in Nigeria was exactly what his prepared speech about climate change was about! Very stupid explanation but there you have it!

You should criticize the president and his handlers for their consistent stupidity because clearly you can't believe this happened real time. Now it is clear it happened, stop being dull!
