bluecircle470:Do you even know how to read or you lack comprehension skills? I said right there that rather than place a complete embargo, they should explore means of reviewing and agreeing on payment sums and modalities. That way it is not only when the overburdened FG can get to some areas that it'll be fixed. Are you that wretched? Is the FG prepared to fix all bad roads quickly? |
duwdu:This is a slightly ignorant and myopic statement. Do you think those roads linking states are only on the outskirts? Some of them are major roads in busy towns that lead to other states so everyone in that city or town is affected when the roads are bad! Secondly, there are large multitudes of Nigerians who depend on daily movement/transport whether from farms to markets or to deliver goods or even our petroleum products that tankers must haul across state lines! Why do you think there's always news of tankers falling over and causing explosions? When this critical infrastructure is bad, it affects the residents and citizens generally. |
And for some reason the NA declared this same organisation (Action Against Hunger) persona non grata for supposedly aiding BH! What's the link? How come the NA and other security agencies made no move to rescue these persons that were kidnapped 2 months ago? Is this how they are winning the war against terrorism? |
Simplyleo:I hope you are aware that it is the President's media team that posted that video? You mean they found time to do this yeye cut and paste you want to claim now? Or they aren't loyal anymore? Abi they are as dumb as their principal hence the inability to properly screen what they share to the public? Let me ask though, if the full video comes thru and u see Buhari actually read a speech on climate change in response to the future of youths in Nigeria what would your response be? |
MASTERCHIEF0847:Na wa! |
Hehehe..next level directive. Seriously though, this is all shades of wrong because FG is clearly too ethnocentric to want to pay equal attention to all regions. It is mostly Southern governors that are forced to intervene on federal roads. Northern governors don't have to because the president is their brother! Now if the state governors are asked to steer clear or repair those roads at their expense, what then is the FG doing? If they were doing their jobs will governors have to? Why not look at how to agree on payment modalities and review claims made by the state governments? These idiots in power are fond of either forcing stuff down the throats of Nigerians or absolutely throwing out the baby with the bathwater! They never apply critical thoughts to their policies and decisions! Ngwa restructure and decentralize power/funds una no gree, dem go turn am to division of Nigeria. Oya be centrally efficient na, impossible! God forbid nonsense! |
Dirty liars everywhere. In a communiqué signed by the group's Publicity Secretary, Anthony Sani, and made available to newsmen at the end of its meeting, yesterday evening, the group noted that...https://m.thenigerianvoice.com/news/44873/presidential-primary-acf-condemns-jonathans-emerge.html |
fk002:Excuse you! Igbos are in the same class or league as those so called countrymen! They knew Bubu to be a disaster already from day 1 and never supported him so now they will mock you dull countrymen for your blind stupidity in 2015 and 2019. They can never be on the same page with those too slow on the uptake! |
Lamanii22:There are some mistakes or wrongs one is not permitted to make ever! Supporting and voting Buhari for 1st and 2nd term is one. |
jayfolarin:He was VP. Once a president is incapable of carrying out his duties or dies, the VP constitutionally replaces him. The fighter then was Dora Akunyili of blessed memory. However, that doesn't still excuse the stupidity of not checking and fighting for a better alternative to a current situation rather than fighting for a change you had no idea what it entailed. All we should read from people like you unequivocal apologies and remorse or absolute silence! |
Pavarottii:I can't wait to see what his response will be. |
jaxxy:You mean Jonathan was worse than Buhari's first outing as head of state? Same Buhari that is suddenly worse now? A leopard doesn't change or drop its spots that easily if ever! |
Tomide007:Buhari was worse because like the Abacha Sowore tried to excuse, Buhari had criminally seized power and toppled a civilian government. His history of dictatorship is out in the open and had always been but Sowore preferred to be sensational. Now here we are today! By the time he survives this situation he's currently in and has the opportunity to speak again freely, he will certainly review and revise his 2014 position. If he has any honour and decency, he should even apologize for his role in bringing Buhari to office in 2015 and 2019. |
Good for her, thisbis such great, early exposure at her young age. She will go places as nwa afo wey she be. |
The day people like you stop eulogizing and condoning mediocrity is the day Nigeria will take a turn for the better. Unfortunately people like you are in the majority and there doesn't seem to be any end in sight to your low-budget perception of things! If you had bothered to read through carefully you'd have seen that she gave constructive criticism and suggestions while correcting some anomalous thoughts and excuses y'all like to give like how the VP and not the President is responsible for the economy! Which one is to pray for it to succeed? Are we now a country of the dumb that can only pray and don't have any intelligence? Is the president and his team immune from criticism? You don't pray and go to sleep! You also take action and this is what she has done. She will not be the one to do what ought to be done by the FG! PS: Afrikaans is a language peculiar to the Afrikaan pepole in SA! There is no link to them in this post. Aonkuuse: |
kennosklint: Very polite! With all due respect thunder should locate her and do the needful. ![]() |
freeze001:Just the way the FG has closed borders because of rice in the name of boosting domestic production na. They should close down the supply of that poison they call meat. See them complaining of how they don't enjoy infrastructure yet they keep roaming and won't stay in a place. They should quickly set up their ruga in core northern states and rest in peace please! |
Noel1:Are you serious? D tin hold you o! ![]() |
NGpatriot:Your insinuation is neither here nor there. I've simply pointed out that he has no power to demand or mandate an increase in tithes paid by members of his church simply because it is Bublical principle. What he does with those paid is not the subject of discussion as far as my post is concerned. |
Is it not this same poverty they said they will lift Ine hundred million Nigerians out of in the same 10 years or are there now 2 types of poverty? So they have now scaled down to 10 million in 10 years? Just between June, August and now Osinbajo the lying midget has reiterated scaled down his master's empty promise. Oya na, ngwanu! https://www.legit.ng/1254982-next-level-osinbajo-reiterates-fgs-commitment-lift-100m-nigerians-poverty.html https://dailypost.ng/2019/06/12/well-lift-100m-nigerians-poverty-buhari/ |
NGpatriot:Refers to the tithe he pays not that he has asked followers to pay. He cannot change Biblical injunctions or provisions. He can choose to do more himself which he has done. |
helinues:So you have MDs and board of directors in the FG and not the government? Or in the government and not the FG? First this doesn't make sense but trying to make sense of it, who appointed those MDs and board members? The FG or the government? |
helinues:Are you serious? You say just 8 months? So no one should be concerned until it's been abandoned for 2 years or more? How do you mean the idea is not from the FG? But same FG commissioned it, putting a seal of approval on the activities of so called looters also appointed and endorsed by the FG? What do you really mean? Who or what are you trying to exonerate? |
Myde4naija:Is it that you cannot read? The poster said 50 naira or at least where GEJ left it. That in no way insinuates anything other than that figure of 97 naira so what memory lapse or shortage are you referring to? |
These governors are dumb! They may not have proscribed IPOB but they gave their wholehearted approval and buy in. If they are serious they ought to first approach the FG and work towards getting that illegal proscription order lifted before asking IPOB to convene a meeting. Since they are not muslim/fulani highway robbers, kidnappers and terrorists like the herdsmen and BH that the FG and northern state governors will rather hobnob and negotiate with, it's certain the FG will want to use them for target practice just to humiliate them. |
Rwanda, DRC and Malawi already withdrew much earlier so they are not 'joining' Nigeria that only just woke up! |
tsdarkside:Ah! Be like say na your name o! |
Congratulations to her! She has proved her mettle in the worst of conditions and even more exciting, bubu and crew with the EFCC mugu have nothing on her, not even their favourite media trial bůllshît! |
unitysheart:Until their proscription, IMN was a lawful organisation. Have these leaders been engaged in any 'terrorist' activities since the order of court was obtained for their proscription? |
I'm certain IMN has appealed the proscription and if that's the case, the legal process should be allowed to run its full course. The police shouldn't start profiling and arresting people just because. |
