I would have loved to answer this and share my experience and journey into and out of the Christian faith. In fact I was going to share my former acct/moniker with you from when I was a completely devout Christian. When I was preaching and evangelising even here on NL. Until I couldn't help but find the contradictions in the Bible which could not be explained away except if I wanted to blindly defend the Bible. How can God's word contradict itself? Then I met various factions of Christian doctrines with each one truly laying claim on God's word even when they were directly opposing each other. There are the Hyper Grace Christians, there are the SU Christians and there are those in the neutral grounds. I started to question my theology.lol
But I had a rethink about sharing it cos it could affect the faith of some others. That a devout Christian can actually still fall away.

bixton: Christianity is 2 fold. There is a "We" as collective and "I" as individual. God is most important about the I as an individual.
If you have been reading/studying the Bible as a Biblical theory then I don't see how I can explain spiritual things to you.
Some things are best left to be experienced by an individual than to be explained. If you study the Scriptures rightly with a good desire you'll get to that level. Christianity is not about having a head knowledge of what is read but an application of what you have understood.

This clearly showed you that God wasn't the one who rejected Israel. In salvation, God doesn't reject anyone. Israel wasn't rejected in receiving salvation.
They rejected it. But not all of them
7 What then? What the people of Israel sought so earnestly they did not obtain. The elect among them did, but the others were hardened
So it should be clear to you now that it's not God who rejected Israel from receiving salvation, Israel did reject it themselves just as anybody can. It's their choice not God's choice.
Now observe patiently
Vs 11 11 Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious
The bold is not in Greek text, it was inserted by translator and I believe this affected your view.
The word "has come" is better put as "is preached".
So Israel rejected, the Apostles take it to the Gentiles.
Why? He told you, "to make them envious" . Envious why? To provoke their acceptance.
Vs 15. For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead
Now, this should be clear to you.
The word "their" will be referring to who? God or Israel? Of course Israel. You have seen from Chapter 9 till now that Paul emphasized who is doing the rejection. Not God but Israel.

Even at that, it's the rejection by Israel that made gospel preached to the Gentiles EARLY. Israel is to be saved first, not last. But their rejection here means the preacher will go to the next city. It's not God issues here. It's Israel issues.

Some believe once confession is made and they're converted, God doesn't necessary require any acts of righteousness. I meant their rejection of Christ made God also reject them and choose the Gentiles.
