First I want to share your pain with you, do not relent with your prayers about your family. Your husband is just a greedy man who has allowed money to blindfold him or he is under a spell. Take time out to seek the face of God on the issue and don't do it alone, meet powerful men of God who are filled with the spirit of God to pray and deliver your family. I wish you all the best and remember pray without ceasing.

It was wrong for your wife to have reacted to u like that, something is wrong somewhere. She is itching over something and the faster u guys discuss it as husband and wife the better. I am a woman though not yet married, I can't even respond to my fiance that way. At 11pm dinner is not served, it is totally unacceptable. Talk about it with her let us know. Let us also know whether her act is habitually or not.

@ modath thanks so much, in as much as am not trying to make excuses or slimming to fit in with those small sizes. I know health wise it is not too good to be overweight.

I have been booked for line audit at least twice a week, in there, people trek more than 8KM because as you use 4KM to trek in, you are using another 4Km to trek out. I hope with that it will help me a great deal.

These days I try to have 3 square meals in smaller proportion and I feel better than when I used to have 2 meals.

Daily log

Breakfast fried potato and sardine sauce with a cup of tea(nescafe and powdered milk)

Dinner: rice and stew with chicken
as I am sending this Onion cracker biscuit with juice.

@Romeo what I am trying to say is that food is being provided for us at the MESS and once u are here you can't plan what you eat. I can even afford to buy fruit but I close late and vehicles are not allowed to move after 6p.m out of the prospect area except those on patrol. The town is a bit far from the Base Camp.I am still handicapped cos I don't want to starve because I want to loose weight.

@Edjamen I am 5ft 5'' tall, people still feel my size is alright but coming from the size 8 to struggling between size 10 and 12. I still feel bothered. When I am at work I can't plan my day and can't plan what I eat like I said. I wake as early as 5a.m jump to muster point and get back to the office to tidy some things. I don't have time for myself since am reporting to higher authorities.

The worst is the food being saved it is all starchy. I do trek but not long distance since the pains won't allow me.The dizziness comes when I have to trek long distance especially in the morning without breakfast which always come with a heavy sweating.

I have never taken out time to read other post like this before but I must tell you this captivated me because it took me three days to finally read through due to my tight schedule at work. I was touched and I shed a tear for this guy. The only thing I can tell u is that God will not desert you.

@aisha, chejik, safex, congo and others I fail to mention who has contributed immensely I say God will bless and replenish your pocket.

please I would also like others to look out for something for Menek instead of leaving it only on chejik. I wouldn't mind contributing my widow's might. I may not be rich and comfortable but my family says I think more of people than myself and that I am too emotional towards people. Always wanting to help, but what can I do knowing I came with nothing and I will return with nothing. So what is the essence of accumulating wealth when you can help the poor and needy. I still do have a vision for the abandon and i know God will help me.

Primate Ayodele again I am not the type that judges men of God but I would want to give this man my advice it is always better to remain quiet than speak heresies. This man said Soludo will win Anambra election and he never did, Goodluck will never become president and he is now the president and so many like that. Now he says we should stop praying for Nigeria, the bible says we should pray without ceasing.So I chose to not speak evil of this man cos I don't want to judge him and I leave him and his God. Period.

I am mylove4him, Presently I weigh 68kg but I really want to come down to 55kg but the snag is that where I work food is being provided for us and it is mostly starchy food like bread and egg, noodles, yam or unripe plantain (boiled) for breakfast. Lunch: garri, semo with soup. Dinner: rice and beans. I work everyday except when I am 2 weeks leave after every 35 days, I wish I can live on fruit but hardly go out to make purchases. If I eat unripe plantain it fills my tummy with gas, if I eat dangote noodles served for breakfast I will belch until the food finishes digesting. Presently I skip lunch cos I feel 2 meals are OK 4 me.

I can't jog 4 now since am still nursing injury on my joint which has prevented me from even wearing high hills. If I do strenous work I feel dizzy and am easily tired.
Is there is any drugs I can take to help me without exercise.

Break up comes with so much pains I chose to forgive him and move on cos it was really painful but today when I look back am happy for that break up. You why? it gave me the opportunity to meet a man that appreciate.

I went to visit my fiance's place in our early days of courtship, he ask me to make mixture (rice and beans) as in jollof style and I couldn't tell him I couldn't do it. The mixture came out rice on the bottom and beans on top and without the sauce mixing well.Guess what? his friend came around and wanted to eat only for my fiance bringing that same food to serve him. I felt like the earth should swallow me, maybe he noticed the embarrassment and he quickly told his friend to manage it that he was the one that cook the food. Thank God that single act didn't pursue me cos we are still together after four years even though I have not tried cooking it again.

thanks everyone for the advice, am really happy that despite the provocation we had this few days due to mobilization I didn't raise my voice on anybody. I saw myself working out of the scene and keeping quiet when provoked. I will really do more, so help me God.

Human beings have weakness but this my own is killing me. It is anger and I have tried severally to work on it but sometimes its bounces back on me. I am a mature single lady in my late twenties and to some extent people tell me I took after my mother in my character. I know temperament has a role to play in our life but environment should be able to shape us. I am easily angered and when I do I can shout at anybody be it my subordinates in office or my friends around me. This anger usually arise from the aspect that when I expect people to measure up and they don't, it gets me angry and pissed off that I would think they don't have common sense.When a boss is not measuring up and does not act when he or she is supposed to and things go wrong I get angry and irritated. Some people say I am impatient and I think to some extent they are right.

Sometimes I want things to go my way because I might think my way is the best and if u don't listen and it backfires u are in trouble because I might nag, shout and be angry.If someone didn't measure up I tend to be angry that they didn't use their common sense and people have tried to counsel me that human beings are not the same that I should take an individual as they come, but I must tell u with me is difficult because there is a minimum standard u should expect of human beings. Am I wrong to conclude that way?

I am a ChlorSan, people that know about temperament will tell that this two temperament combine is not easy.People also say I am bossy and controlling in which is not a good trait for a wife. I really need help from Nairalanders cos I don't want this problem to pose as a problem for me in my career and my home when I eventually get married.At my work place some people already noticed that I am easily provoked.I have read books on temperament and how to control anger but I must tell u it is not easy for me at all. Move on as for me am not that patient to wait on the man tl love me back cos he will neva leave her for. He is using u to fill the girl's absence, use your head and not ur heart. BE WISE.

I will give a candid advice, human beings change when they get married and most likely for the worst.A woman that is not accommodating can't make a good wife, how can Miss A tell u to send ur cousins away after marriage. My opinion: some children from broken homes don't make good spouse and she might be one of them.Women that are stubborn and arrogant to their husbands don't make good wife because this behaviour arises from pride. I can feel from your write up that she is proud, if not how will she want u to serve her. Arrant nonsense, money is not everything but happiness and rest of mind.

Miss B: u can make her be what u want her to be so far she is willing.Getting a lesson teacher shows she is ready to listen and learn from u. One of the popular nigerian lawyer wanted his wife to be a lawyer and 2day she is.All of us didn't start speaking good english one day, we all learnt. So my dear if I were u I would sit down and think about it deeply what I want in a wife. write down the things u can tolerate from a woman and what u can't, also in a tabulation form write down the positive and negative sides of each and compare. the one with the lowest "buts" should be given a chance. Women are supposed to be submissive, caring and accomodating.

I am glad to be back after taking time out to familiarise with my new place of work. Though quite challenging compared to where I came from. It is fun and am learning quite fast. Thanks to everyone who believed in me.

I believe this man, all his predictions come to past. He predicted Poland crash and it happened, he predicted the fire that gutted that story building in india and it happened and he also predicted Coup in a French speaking country(Niger) and it happened.

@diehard and brainwave thank u very much for congratulating me on my new job. I really appreciate everyone of u. I went to drop my acceptance letter n am travelling to the place (Ughelli) on Tuesday to resume as HSE Advisor. I won't have to bother about accommodation and feeding because it is being taken cared of.

@Pamela the reason u are told to do general HSE might be because u don't ve an Engineering background. Though as for me I did one in a private firm b4 going to NISP and I have an Engineering background.

Just think of the fact that he did not try getting ur brother to understand that he loves u should tell u a lot about it. If it was true love n not lust he would kept in touch n even try harder to let ur bro understands. So the earlier u know that he has moved on the better 4 u to think less of him. try to see every good thing about ur new relationship n u will be happy that u did not end up with him.
