That is my view as well but recently i was invited to a church where the pastor was going high on it claiming that one can not argue against the bible.

Is the pastor the founder of the church ? If so, then you will understand that he is after his belly. In Old Testament times, the chief priests were too busy in the temple with their priestly duties and they were not known to farm, so all the first fruits offerings were generally meant for the chief priest. Do you have a chief priest now ? Is that the system we are operating now ? A lot of church leaders will not tell their congregation this truth which will enable them have a more informed opinion about first fruits and decide whether to be part of it or no,put especially as it's not a prerequisite for making heaven and refusal to pay is not a sin

These ones are agitating for a "reversal" of the supreme court's ruling.

The "review" as undertaken by the Supreme Court, might not necessarily lead to a "reversal" of the judgement.

This "review" in itself sets a very dangerous precedent of having a trial after the trial. If the court then decides to reverse its own judgement, it will be dangerous.

It means that the judiciary has basically hijacked the electoral process and all that politicians need to do after losing an election is to sponsor an agitation, apply for a judicial review and get into office through the backdoor.

The elections have held, the courts have reviewed the results and made their ruling. No matter how imperfect the ruling may be, I think we all should accept the results and move on.

We keep complaining that our judicial system is not good yet we keep supporting politicians to further ridicule the system.

To err is human, but to admit to an error is divine ........

Nothing wrong if the supreme court justices admit they mada a mistake and reverse themselves

Here is a valuable advice for All NAIRALANDERS, before you step into that shower cubicle, bath tub etc to have you bath, make sure you switch off the water heater first. TURN OFF THE WATER HEATER SWITCH FIRST. This is a major cause of electric shocks and death from electric shocks in the bathroom
One time my wife was having her bath and was trying to hang her sponge, the thing accidentally made contact with the shower rose and she had an electric shock, I didnt even call the electrician, I quickly switched off power from the DB, got my insulated plier and screw driver, and cut off and insulated all wiring to the water heater. It remained that way for a long time till it was reconnected after adding more improvised safety features

These idiots in this video clip are the morons giving the Nigerian army a bad name. I'm totally appalled and disgusted by this. I come from a military family and narrowly avoided going to NMS and NDA (well I stubbornly refused), however, my military family folk are people with beautiful spirits, though tough and rugged. I also have military officers as friends across the 3 services and it pains me to imagine how some persons will now begin to think all officers and men of the military are like these fools.

Hope they get traced and punished for this. Also , though the victims comments were basically harmless, he lacked discretion, people should learn to do "risk assessment" before embarking on any mission, transaction, task or assignment
