Well there are many different exercises I can do with one weight kettlebells to confuse the muscles. Plateaus happen when you are doing the same routine over and over again. Having said that, I have different sized kettlebells and looking to include another one this easter . Easy Na2day the girl only asked for help. I would gladly give my husband or boyfriend my email account password(s) but not my atm password(s).   Equally, I wouldn't expect my husband or boyfriend to give me his atm password but would expect him to give me his email account password(s).  In my line of work I have seen too many instances of couples splitting up and one party discovers  that the other party has cleaned out the bank account(s) prior to announcing the split.  Thus, I do not believe in having only a joint account as a couple.  Sure, we can both open an account together to pool money for bills, entertainment etc but I think that each should maintain their own personal accounts.  Heck, we could just keep two seperate accounts and just decide ahead of time who will be responsible for which bill(s) and simple pay them from our individual accounts.   Not everyone may share this ideology but again, in my line of work I've seen the financial and other horrific devastation that can occur when couples stop being nice and things turn ugly.   Not a pretty picture.

i strongly recommend different accounts too. i was watching Clark Howard the other day and a woman had the guts to report her hubby that he does not allow her spend money like she use to and that she likes to shop alot and it is causing a strain on their relationship. meanwhile they have a mortgage to pay, car, light, water and other bills. i guess she expected him to pay for those bills while she shop with her money

mine is simple, 4 bowls of eba with any kind of soup or 2 bowls of heavy pounded yam with any kind of soup; oh the huffing and puffing that takes place due to this work out, lots of sweat too. u shld try it

100 fricking pounds? I got me 2 kettlebells for 50pounds and they will last me a lifetime .

Anyhow I will show you a few clips from youtube. I got a few follow-along DVDs and I work out to it. Im more toned now than when I went to the gym and the best thing is that I look forward to working out.

Thats what a typical workout looks like

if u only have the same weight for your kettlebells, then u will hit your plateau easily as ur muscles will soon memorize the weight and number of reps u do. i recommend u get various weights, rather than just doing long reps, various weights can give u that muscles confusion and delays your plateau time. makes u burn body fat faster and tone your muscles quicker

u just written garbage! without a specific goal, u are just beating about the bush. if u are fat why are u scared to say it? na u ask for help con dey shy again, shior! u want to lose your lover handles, tell the truth and shame the devil! my recommendation is simple, first decide how many days u want to work out in a week, and see how u fit that into your schedule. then decide how long will your workout session be per day. then pick out a place on your body u will focus on that day. example. day 1, u can focus on your abs and kill that love handle too, so most of your exercise will be focus on giving u that. of course u will do different types to fit the bill, there are tons of crunches u could do, with or without weights. mix it lightly with other exercises including stretches. day 2 u can focus on your arms and legs, also mix it lightly with other exercises and stretches. day 3 u can focus on your chest and hips etc.

Note: I highly recommend at least 2 days were u focus on using and developing your brain bcuz most of your post on NL makes me wonder alot. na friendly advice ooo!
