Bill Gate is a workaholic and his kids seem to be doing fine. obama is a workaholic and his family is doing fine even when they had some rocky moments b4. my mom is a workaholic even in her retirement, and i came out alright, so ur point is very flawed. ppl whose kids are neglected will never have been good parents work or no work period. how do u explain the stay at home mom whose kids are wayward? if a girl walks out on me bcuz i work too hard, i will gladly kiss her goodbye. it happened to my kid bro and i told him not to even try to call her, let her bounce and he is a better person now that she is gone. she herself has seen her mistake and comes around and i strongly hope my brother dont take her back.

This is a dumb backside post.  Black folks will put any bullshit down but how can you verify if it's true.  Every African I meet in Dallas claims to have been a doctor or an attorney back in Nigeria; Now they over here working at McDonalds or cleaning backside as a CNA for minimum wages.  Don't get me wrong, there are many educated Africans but the ones who lie about what they did back home just to impress someone kills me.  Who gives a damn what kind of degree you have.  You can have a B.S. a masters and a Ph.D in this country and still be on damn welfare.  

By the way, I am working on my Ph.D in Educational leadership.  I have two masters and a  B.S. degree.  My husband, who is Nigerian, was in the Nigerian Air Force (I stayed on Sam Efran base for two weeks with him in Ikeja) and he has a degree from Amadu Bello in Zaria and he has the piece of paper to prove it.  He had to come over here and start all over again because they do not recognize most degree from Africa here in America.  He worked his way through two years of nursing school (while cleaning butts for pennies) and now he is a Registered Nurse.  (Don't laugh, there are lots of African men that are nursed here in America and they make good money too!!)  I am so proud of him.

u've just spoken very ignorantly. i live in dallas and i can tell u right now, most africans i have met do have a degree but most of their degrees are not recognized for work in america, thats why most go back to school and do masters. for those that jump into the CNA thingy, that is just those that are misled. i cant tell u how many i have met that immediately they show up are told to go do nursing or CNA that they will immediately get a job and they jump into it. i have a friend that just showed up and he has been talked into the same mistake. ppl told me the same thing when i came but i clear said, nope, i dont do hospitals or health care practice thingy. so your assumptions might be heavily wrong
