I really don't care about what another man or person does, but he says he did not cheat. Except you're the one he cheated with, i don't see how you could possibly prove or know otherwise.

I never came across any publication stating his one-term commitment. However, i think it is generally a bad move to make such declarations. Mainly because if the governing climate at the end of his first tenure is best served with a continued presidency, and he decides to run, then people will mock him for that.

He should have kept that to himself, and if he still feels the same way in 2019, then announce it then.
