True story. Met my girl at the point i was moving house. She wanted to visit n i took her to the old house with rug left. Told her thats my house. We ended sleeping on rug for three days n she does the cooking, cleaning n never complained, offered to buy me blanket n mattress. Told me it will get better. If you are the one, will u let her go? Now i do virtually everything she ask for without asking. She is a jewel n a wife. We are working towards a future together.

What do you mean by image of a wealthy guy? Do you even know it can be subjective? The picture you see before you classify a person as wealthy differs from person to person.

Anenih being a failure is not in contention,but to now drag the entire Esan people with him into the pit of failure,is something that should make all responsible Esan Sons and Daughters fight back.

That's what the medical doctors hate and why they are fighting very hard to scuttle the Pharm.D initiative but it's already late. The nod is being given by the NUC already.

I don't think medical doctors hate or oppose pharmacists making inputs regarding the best for patient management.
But making certain diagnosis and planning course of management are areas in which medical doctors are specially trained in.

Based on assumption, the fellow involved had just an upper respiratory tract infection and approached the pharmacy to purchase ciprofloxacin, it could have been on self-prescription and the medication recommended by the pharmacist was more appropriate.
But 'spot-prescription' for patients based on symptoms is not the best and may be tragic.

If the patient came in on self-prescription, it would have been the best to advise him to seek proper medical evaluation with evidence-based management - the cough or chronic cough he had could have many other causes other than an 'acute infection' and which antibiotics would not have managed.

The occurrence was obviously an adverse drug reaction which may have been revealed during a proper medical evaluation and avoided; even if the patient had not experienced such in the past, no one would have been held accountable, unlike what's happening now as he is being compensated by the pharmacy. In saner climes, that could have led to a law-suit with grievous consequences.
