FALSE HEADLINES: they are to be deported NOT over EndSARS protests but because of lack of resident permits - OP should do the needful and correct his misleading heading before less discerning readers start spreading it as gospel truth. |
Grayoso:Walahi you've said it all - they so much enjoy pointing at other ppl's shortcomings while hiding their own; now that the table has turned and the spotlight on them; the putrid atrocities they have been committing in their backyard is coming to fore for the world to see. |
The bigot will no doubt be against it; because he is likely to be among the first to fall foul of the regulations if enacted. |
It is now becoming a trend, they did the same in Rivers guided by their Dilector Kanu and drew the criticism of Asari Dokubo - listen to him blasting the albino. https://mobile.facebook.com/watch/?v=799326440858668&_rdc=1&_rdr |
QuotaSystem:They have been desperately trying damage control by denying or suppressing any evidence; especially that of a viral audio recording of their Dilector Kanu clearly coordinating the attacks in Oyigbo and also elsewhere against selected targets in the SW including Tinubu's hotel and Lagos Gov. Sanwo Olu. https://ooduarere.com/news-from-nigeria/breaking-news/audio-nnamdi-kanus-conversation/ https://mobile.facebook.com/watch/?v=799326440858668&_rdc=1&_rdr |
OfficialAwol:Do you have any sense at all? So they do not have right to organise lectures for themselves between themselves on a topic of their choice - are you ok at all?. |
The hate and conspiracy merchants are being slowly exposed and will be discredited by their own lies.
|
Adefemi504:Listen to him in an interactive audio recording (Radio Biafra) directing the killings of police in Oyigbo, attacks on Sanwo Olu and Tinubu's hotel in the SW, among others. https://ooduarere.com/news-from-nigeria/breaking-news/audio-nnamdi-kanus-conversation/ The above recording was als corroborated by Asari Dokubo for directing killings and destruction against Muslim targets in the SS/SE and specific targets in the SW. https://mobile.facebook.com/watch/?v=799326440858668&_rdc=1&_rdr Ohanaeze Youths similarly disowned him for the same reason. https://www.thecable.ng/your-fall-is-near-ohanaeze-youth-tackles-nnamdi-kanu Furthermore, even in far away Kano; Igbo elders felt obliged to apologise for the destruction of property and loss of life caused by their youths in their stronghold community in Sabon Gari area - under the guise of EndSARS protest. https://www.solacebase.com/2020/10/24/endsars-igbos-apologize-over-violent-protest-in-kano/ |
joeyfire:Here we go again; are you suggesting that blogs are not sources of information; what do you think the disseminate; groundnut, gugguru or akara? In fact most mainstream media houses rely on them (as well as the social media) as primary sources of their information; admittedly, sometimes with consequences if they fail to verify a story and it turns out to be false; why else do you think AIT, Channels and Arise TV were recently fined by NCC for airing unverified images - if blogs/social media do not serve as sources of information. Much as you want deny the attacks by discrediting these sources (while IPOB is apparently doing its best to eradicate such evidences wherever it can) there are still credible evidences still in the internet e.g. confirming the complicity of your Dilector Kanu in the violence at Oyigbo and the SW against specific targets. Here is an audio recording of him directing such atrocities (it was also on youtube but quickly removed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpomVzwUr7Y) https://ooduarere.com/news-from-nigeria/breaking-news/audio-nnamdi-kanus-conversation/ Asari Dokubo also made reference to the same audio while blasting Kanu for directing attacks against Muslims in some SS location and the SW. https://mobile.facebook.com/watch/?v=799326440858668&_rdc=1&_rdr Ohanaeze Youths also made similar assertion: “Now, Ndigbo has seen clearly that IPOB had confirmed the reason why the once peaceful organization was proscribed and labeled a terrorist group. In the last few weeks, private and public properties as well as lives have wasted across Igbo with people carrying Biafra flags under the banner of EndSARS protests. “From Aba to Awka, Onitsha, Owerri to Obigbo and Igbo towns, it has been tales of destruction and woes from the same people who are yet to recover from the effects of the Covid-19 lockdown. What kind of leader will make a video calling his followers to get weapons, kill policemen and burn police stations? Meanwhile, the so called leader or freedom fighter is safe and away with his family in the whiteman’s country, London while his indoctrinated followers inflict death and destruction of the same people he purportedly seeks to liberate. https://www.thecable.ng/your-fall-is-near-ohanaeze-youth-tackles-nnamdi-kanu |
joeyfire:So blogs/social media do not also serve as news outlets; are you ok at all? |
tobechi74:On the contrary; even according to international law; blasphemy is indeed a crime; the European Court of Human Rights, in a landmark judgement in 2018, ruled that blasphemy is a punishable crime. https://www.thenewfederalist.eu/echr-you-shall-not-blaspheme-against-religious-prophets?lang=fr |
The story is not fake, it happened; there are several news outlets which carried the story; here are some of them: https://thewhistler.ng/photos-ipob-attack-that-triggered-ban-by-rivers-state-govt/ https://www..ng/news/omg-ipob-attacks-hausa-residents-in-rivers-state-2-feared-dead https://abacityblog.com/hoodlums-allegedly-attack-hausa-residence-in-rivers-kill-2-injure-many/ https://elanhub.net/Tag/oyigbo-lga/ https://web.facebook.com/Arewasite/posts/654618545177263?comment_id=654733131832471&_rdc=1&_rdr |
badomiciaga:You just proved my point - just too immature to reason. |
He spoke the truth but it seems like many of them are too young or dumb to share his wisdom. Many cannot even see how easily they are being manipulated and incited into hatred and disunity along ethno-religious and political lines. SMH!
|
Teacher4Life:Yes indeed; however, another important factor is lack of the patience to carefully read the exam question in the first instance and subsequently understand/comprehend the answer required of them e.g. the question may be, ''how many LGAs are there in your state''? You'd be surprised how many students would laboriously pen down a list of all the names of the LGAs, thinking they had answered the question correctly; ignoring the keyword 'How Many' which clearly demands for a numerical (number) answer instead of a nominal one. Many such persons abound in this forum; judging from their frequent misinterpretation and distortion of information arising from a woefully poor comprehension - yet the same set of ppl are likely to be the first to chant 'aboki no go school' at the earliest opportunity. |
All those who thought it was fashionable to continue hailing the protesters, even after it was clear that the movement had been hijacked by hoodlums and other shady groups; will begin to see the folly of their actions. |
Shimishingshong:It is a pity when some ppl claim superior education yet continue exhibit failure in basic comprehension - always misinterpreting issues and distorting facts in line with their warped one dimensional world of perception. Look at him; even after drawing his attention to the fact that the police had dispelled the alleged herdsmen attack as false; yet he has gone on repeat it without any apparent understanding and furthermore found cause to link it with the unrelated issue of Boko Haram. Even if we are to analyze the above mentioned statement from the military; it is evident that he clearly failed to understand and therefore correctly interpret the qualifying keyword TECHNICALLY in the said statement - in his warped mind he somehow believed that the military meant they hard completely defeated Boko Haram, SMH! |
oshozondii:So far evidence insufficient; in these days of Fake News, anyone could have put up such a limited video and post it for propaganda purpose; much more evidence is needed to make it credible. |
Crossbelt:Pursue your business; forget the salary job and be your own boss; work harder and earn more - good luck. |
Omezif:The police have already debunked the news as Fake; abi you no fit read again? Na so so una dey follow fake news bring trouble upon una-selves due to blind hatred. |
Bkayyy:We are talking of ethnicity (i.e. tribe) of those involved, or are you trying to pretend that there are no indigenous Igbos in the present Niger Delta - among them Chukwuma Nzeogwu? On the other hand, if you are talking of geopolitical zones, note that at time of the coup; both Niger Delta & the South East did not exist; both were a single entity that formed the Eastern Region. Try getting your facts right before commenting. |
Bkayyy:By early November the recruiting activities of the group were completed and an inner circle of conspirators emerged, consisting of the following officers: Major CK Nzeogwu Major A. Ademoyega Major EA Ifeajuna Major CI Anuforo Major IH Chukwuka Major D. Okafor Captain O. Oji Unfortunately, one tree cannot make a forest. It might have been even more helpful you had reminded us of the names of not only one but all the conspirators, the executioners of those involved and the apparent beneficiaries of the said one sided (Igbo) coup. |
VeeVeeMyLuv:Corruption was a false allegation the coup plotters used to justify their callous actions (which was simply to wrest power from the north to the east; all available evidence since then had pointed to this conclusion) because the northern leaders they accused of corruption and selectively killed e.g. the northern Premier (Ahmadu Bello) and Tafawa Balewa (the Prime Minister) both left behind one modest house and a farm each and hardly any money in their bank accounts; even the then minister of petroleum, Yusuf Maitama Sule could not afford relocated his family back home from Lagos; he had to borrow money in order to so - the allegation of corruption are blatant lies. With regards to my posts, you should have noticed that I was simply responding to your Blodas who chose to engage me - much in the same manner as you did. On the issue of bitter politics & hatred; you only have to look at the numerous hate speeches, fake news and vitriolic propaganda emanating from your Blodas in this forum and elsewhere; to understand the little some of us are obliged to give back in the same coin. |
Bkayyy:Yes they killed Sir Ahmadu Bello's wife, Hafsatu; she was not the only wife killed; the callous plotters also killed Brig. Samuel Ademulegun's wife, Latifat. Note: Chukwuma Nzeogwu, was not the only identified killer of the said northern leaders and snr. army officers, the following also took part and shared same responsibility: Major Ifeajuna, Major Anuforo, Major Onwatuegwu & 2/Lt Ezedigbo. |
Veqtor:See him, can't even express himself intelligently; small time you and your ilk will be saying aboki no go school; yet look at the insensible drivel you just posted; what a shame. I feel sorry for those who paid your school fees - they should be entitled to a refund. With regards to attacks in Oyigbo in Rivers, you need to get your facts right; northerners/Muslims were the ones attacked by IPOB in line with Kanu's orders. This among others was what caused Wike to proscribe IBOB in the state and also declare its local leader ,Stanley Mgbere, wanted. https://wcregisteronline.com/2020/10/24/wike-bans-ipob-stanley-mgbere-declared-wanted-n50-million-bounty-placed-on-him-politics/ Asari Dokubo similarly released a video in which he condemned Kanu for orchestrating the said attacks against Muslims (among others) in the Oyigbo and other areas in Rivers as well as SW. https://mobile.facebook.com/watch/?v=799326440858668&_rdc=1&_rdr |
What do you expect after they keep attacking northerners and burning their shops and vehicles conveying goods to the south - IPOB particularly targeted Hausa settlers in the Oyigbo LGA in Rivers State unders the guise of EndSARS protest. |
Rugaria:The innocent blood of our leaders: Sir Abubakar Tafawa Belewa, the 1st prime minister of Nigeria; Sir Ahmadu Bello, the premier of Northern Nigeria & his wife; Brigadier Maimalari; Lt Col James Pam, Col. Kur Mohammed & many others; killed in the cold night of 15th January 1966 shall never be in vain and will continue to be avenged a thousand fold. |
Rugaria:Perhaps Vanguard who carried a similar story is Fulani controlled. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/09/soldiers-ipob-hausa-community-clash-rivers/ Perhaps, Asari Dokubo, who condemned Kanu for directing IPOB attacks against Muslims in that and other areas of Rivers State, among others, is also a Fulani propaganda machine. https://mobile.facebook.com/watch/?v=799326440858668&_rdc=1&_rdr The treacherous complicity of your ppl in the wanton killings and destruction of private and public property has already been exposed - no amount of denial and damage control can erase it. |
Rugaria: ![]() |
vanbonattel:It is not fake news; there are viral videos of the attacks along with burning of property, especially trucks; fortunately our brothers we able to defend themselves and repel attacks. Gov Wike's clamp down on IPOB was in part caused by this unprovoked attack and its potential consequences. https://dailytrust.com/2-feared-dead-as-ipob-attack-hausa-residents-in-rivers https://fulaninewsmedia.com/ipob-attack-against-innocent-northerners-in-oyigbo-rivers-state-on |
vanbonattel:Yes indeed; police presence does not intimidate us because majority of our ppl are not criminally inclined.
|
Chai, see blame shifting; after Buhari had accepted all the initial demands of the protesters and they kept changing them from one to another; so how many speeches was he expected to make for each demand; in any case how could his speech have stopped your politically incited and criminally inclined hoodlums from looting and destroying your cities - in any case, where was your expected leadership role and fatherly voice throughout the crisis? The north almost followed suit; but quickly saw through the insincerity of the changing agendas of the protesters as well as the potential consequences that lay ahead; northern leadership consequently reigned in their youths and fortunately the latter complied. |
