Let critically Argue, The Board of FCC are all new members.. And as per dumping the former list and starting all over again is very possible because once they are given their Slot the previous is history..

This is Nigeria, they only care about their own interest. Don't get it twisted.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Department Of Petroleum Resources - 2016 Graduate Trainee &experienced Hire Job by nasiest(m): 5:03pm On Aug 10, 2020
Replacement is different from the list we are talking about. The 8 people you're talking about are all replacements and this is no longer news as far as Nigeria is concerned. I even mentioned someone that get in October last year here. So wetin you dey talk?

Take it cool madam, he can call for flesh recruitment and nothing will happen if he wants to. Remember that we are in Nigeria, all that we need now is constant and vibrant prayers for them to look into the existing lists in the run-up to this year.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Department Of Petroleum Resources - 2016 Graduate Trainee &experienced Hire Job by nasiest(m): 4:31pm On Aug 10, 2020
You obviously ain't ready to change your ways. Aren't you the same person that said DPR is done and all? Information shared here cannot stop or prevent the list from coming out. So now you agreed there is a list. Stop lying like a fish. You're clearly frustrated. Maybe NNPC haven't start paying you salary yet grin
TeddyX:
Xtruzz, there’s no second batch and 8 people were confirmed in June.

DPR will call more people before the end of the year, because I knew about it long before you shared but it’s not a second batch. There’s one more thing I could have shared but I won’t for the sake of the common man should incase they fall back to the list.

Marvel shared sensitive information on this thread and it cost the merit guys their APL. I won’t make the same mistake. Keep yourselves busy and let the surprise come.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Department Of Petroleum Resources - 2016 Graduate Trainee &experienced Hire Job by nasiest(m): 11:39am On Aug 07, 2020
Thanks very much lady Xtuzz...Some people here thinks DPR is being run like a family business that's why they are coming here to tell us what their sponsors told them. Believe whatever you want and allow people to believe whatever they want. Life is not that difficult.
Xtruzz:
There is 2nd batch, the notification text message that will eventually hit your phone towards end of the year will clearly indicate it.

When i say there's 2nd batch, then there's 2nd batch. Call it replacement or any name you wish to but not new recruitment because of the Presidential embargo on recruitment.

Keep doing what you are doing. You will be called if you where shortlisted before they exit of Sharkur and Ladan. That list is seen as the authentic list waiting to be called. He is even lucky he can only add.

There's 2nd phase, be patient. I can't mislead any one. Please remain focuse.

You are not even sure whether I am a manager in DPR.

Look at this frustrated unchained mad dog. What are you looking for here? Nonsense and ingredients. FOOL!
Glaswegian:
I really dont know what people gain in deceiving people.

Only a dumb person will believe there is still a second batch anything since over 4 years.

The level of stupidity I see here is dumbfounding.

2nd batch will be contacted, it has been approved and documented, nomata how powerful he is, he can't change this fact. Yes, he can't change the FACT. The most interesting part is, he is also with the FACT/EVIDENCE that will eventually land him in trouble if he temper with the list and he knows.

Let me tell you something, he can't fault the process in other not to put those whom have resumed in jeopardy.

He can't replace the approved names either, because the original list is littered both at the supervisory ministry, his office, fmr heads of DPR etc.

Changing the FACT will land him in unsolvable problem. Eyes are on him and he knows. Let him keep delaying because that's the best he can do. He is deliberately delaying the release of the 2nd batch..

This info is from a reliable source. Doubt me, you are on your own.

You made my day with your last paragraph. Brace yourself guys because you gonna hear different kinds of stories here. Just give in your best and hope for the best. Best wishes to us all.
wanochieli:
As far as I know, this NCDMB Recruitment will be one of the best so far for the average Nigerian because of these few reasons

1. It was not widespread, even until now, a whole lot of people are not aware, they even had to extend deadline by some days, someone here even said they were still advertising for some slots on their site after deadline.
2. They just finished a massive 17 storey office complex in Yenegoa which is completely empty and would need to be filled up by people like you and I.
3. There will be connection based entry, but it will be nothing compared to what will happen if it were NNPC, DPR or the other obviously big establishments.

So we are among the lucky few to be part of this process...Keep the spirits high...Expect the best...

Above all, Guard your heart because you will hear a lot of misleading information here on nairaland...

DPR United FC... Where is Marvel? shocked
TheWizPhoenix:
Oga the way you are going on about this your pro merit activism is rather not it, allow people to shield themselves from the rocky terrain that is the Nigerian labour market especially as it relates to Federal govt recruitments. It has become a coping mechanism for applicant's mental health from the jungle out here, because for some people their grades/age already puts them at a disadvantage in the private sector.

There's no one here that will not want to be a recipient/beneficiary of whatever the percentage slots of the merit candidates are. Because at the end of the day, the vast majority of us don't know anybody and as such we're only putting our hope on that. One thing we must not do is lie to ourselves or downplay the fact that connection plays a major role in federal government recruitments and that already stacks the odds against the numerous candidates who don't know anybody.

Most of us here have participated in one or numerous govt recruitments and we all know what the popular outcome has always been, we only continue applying because we are hoping for that breakthrough. Personally, I have learnt that a lot of people will be shouting merit while pressing buttons in the background and that was evident in my time on the DPR thread where people were shouting merit up and down, but at the end of the day the story was different.

This is not to dampen anyone's spirit, but just to let us know not to swallow every tale of merit with hook, line and sinker. And all the best to everyone in their endeavors and also in the course of the recruitment process.

We all know connection ALWAYS plays out in Nigeria's recruitment exercise and so do MERIT but coming here to disturb us with connections talk simply means you have given up already. This thread is not created for connections talk please. We are here to help each other with informations as regards our preparations and what to expect in the fourth coming aptitude test. Let's calm down abeg. That was how one certain Teddybear was disturbing people on the NNPC thread about connections talk but in the end many people I know got it on merit and they came hard on him and disgraced him out of that thread. We are all Nigerians here and we know how things work so I don't think we need any reminder as regards that. Wishing us all the best.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: OilandGasJobs Recruitment 2020 by nasiest(m): 5:02pm On Jul 27, 2020
So you think they will ask you about NCDMB in the aptitude test. Better go and read about graduate management aptitude test.

I hear you bro, that material help in current affairs, but non of them relate to NCDMB.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: OilandGasJobs Recruitment 2020 by nasiest(m): 4:03pm On Jul 27, 2020
Hahhaha... Wait for them to shortlist first before asking for past questions. Materials have been shared here already na
PSVITA:
If we don't talk of the NCDMB training, what do you want us to talk about since nobody have the pass question.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: OilandGasJobs Recruitment 2020 by nasiest(m): 3:35pm On Jul 27, 2020
It is very important for you people to stop derailing this thread with talk of NCDMB training fa. Just open your thread and start discussing about your NCDMB trainings abeg.

They even pay higher than NNPC and the likes. Nothing like less than other petroleum agencies
DarkShades:
I don't know the actual figure. But someone that works there said to me "The place is good, our pay is just slightly less than the other Petroleum Agencies but our condition of service is mostly the same" when i asked. I didn't press further.
