I wast reliably advised by a top management persinel never to ever loose hope on DPR 2nd calling (LIST) bcuz it will eventually come through. That's the more reasons i keep telling you people same thing. May be i talked too much, hence, I'm being ridicule yet, those who claimed to believe in my info can't call my haters to order.

I'll be justified in few weeks to come, I'll also be deactivating my account in few weeks to come.

I have seen arguments about individuals assuming that a high score during the test should mean they are better than those with lower scores. It doesnt matter whether ethinicity or politics is added to this view or not, this way of thinking is flawed.
As an academic with experience in teaching and conducting exams I can comfortably say that it doesn't matter if you score higher than a person during the test. It does however matter how you pass the overall process. For instance in an academic environment there are tests and then exams, practicals, field work and finally project thesis.
It is clearly stated on the Testmi website that your score doesn't automatically get you the job. There are so many factors which are taken into consideration and one integral factor is your ability to do the job and to prove so through out the whole process. Scoring 90% may allow you to attend the interview stages but it doesn't mean you will be successful during the interviews. And of course I expect that the interview stages is scored as well.
So I want to advice the fellow who keeps bragging about getting 90% in the test that it's not over yet. Please prepare as much as you can for the interview stage if you get called and leave the issue of sentiments outside this thread.

If the agency decides to recruit 350 candidates on blind merit, you probably won't make the list.

Anybody that's exposed and well travelled knows that you would find some of the most intelligent persons from the Northern part of the country.

From each of those Northern States, they were more than 10 candidates with 1st Class Degrees and PhDs in various disciplines that are part of this recruitment process.

For a recruitment that will engage just a few hundreds, there are more than enough overly qualified candidates from both the North and South.

Let's focus on what we can do to increase our chances and be respectful to others. I'm from the North and I unapologetically hold my own around the world.

Federal Character system allows incompetent Nigerians while leaving out the qualified ones .
If appointments in FG agencies are done by merit , some regions will sweep the slots.

It has already been implemented what they intend doing now is to make it formal. When I said it has been privatized then a lot of people talk me down and not only NNPC and PPPRA including DPR. As the name implies now " Company limited " indicate that is now being own by individual entity. When you check the title of the head of DPR now CEO (Chief Executive Officer) has been added to his tittle which indicate that DPR is now a registered company. What you are seeing now has already been implemented.
