Their most recent allowance was 3.5m (that’s for NuPrC) last i checked, NMDPRA staff are yet to receive that particular allowance which btw is the government palliative (in case u didn’t know) i do have very credible information, but hey! NUPRC just had most of their allowances scrapped. They’re also not recruiting until the whole petroleum brouhaha has been sorted. Ask anyone that works in either organization and they will advise u not to go there. Nmdpra is in even worse condition. The only stable petroleum org right now is ncdmb and even they are barely staying afloat.

While some of the points you highlighted are valid but so far all the people that collected APL hasn't complained of anyone defrauding them plus nobody asked them to pay a dime before collecting APL meaning chances of the APL been fake is minimal.

1. The initial mail was send by one Kemi Michael from this mail Mfountain42@yahoo.com

2. Search on LinkedIn shows Kemi Michael works as HR Manager with General Merchant Integrated Services Limited.

3. Recent profile views on LinkedIn for the said account is 90% by NCDMB Staff, possibly triggers by the mail going round.

4. Kemi Michael didn't use an official email for the mail send to people(a big company handling recruitment as this must have official mail).

5. Google search on General Merchant Integrated Services shows that the company once invited people for a scam recruitment.

6. General Merchant may have lay their hands on the recruitment data trying to defraud innocent Nigeria because the recruitment has linger for long.

7. The APL is been issued in Hotels in Abuja and Lagos with the guys issuing it hiding their face under face mask and telling the candidates not to every disclose it.

8. The recruitment is too secretive for a Government agency.

9. Lets still keep hope alive, but this are some of the due diligence carried out by me.
