Please if there is any change in your result after eor, will they update it on there online platform for checking result as well?

Because i sent my January 20th result for remarking and today i got email that my result has been return after two weeks and when i checked online this morning the result is the same as it was before. Does that means no upgrade or what?

Please help with what might be the issue?

Ha bros calm down now! You are even pre ITA and you are asking for medicals? calm down now, step by step biko. You can do medicals now but it will be counterproductive, as you would have done it earlier for nothing. It is required after AOR (after you have been given ITA and have officially applied for PR).

Already sent my own copy of transcript and certificate and just thought maybe thats what they working on. Will push for school to send.

How many updates of documents received did you get from WES? Or did you send both your transcript and certificate at the same time? If you sent them differently, you should have received 2 updates when each was received. If you sent them the same time then you might need to check with them (as long as the transcript was in the acceptable form). If you sent them together, I will check with WES if transcript was received before proceeding to contact the school to avoid chasing shadows.

I just experienced this same issue. I sincerely regret using British Council. All they do is collect fees, no customer care, they're unreachable on phone. If i could turn back the hands of time I would register with MOD and save myself all this unnecessary drama. Customer care is more important to me than headphones during exam. Thunder fire BC and bathe them front and back for their incompetency and insensitivity.

Considering suing them self or at least writing them a letter of my intent to sue.

To be honest, it might just a matter of "small prints" I wrote my exam n Accra in Jan. Paid first week of Dec, only got a payment confirmation notice. Didn't get full confirmation for the exam till barely two weeks to my exams. So I guess if you get payment confirmation, then you're fine. To what end is your suing them really? Read the "small prints"

There seems to be something very interesting going on with the writing test hmm. For as many people as can, should apply for remarking. I'm sure when they see the amount of remarking requests they get, they will look into whatever the problem is.

Hello Team, please I have got some enquiries. I tend to worry myself more than necessary often for needless things so do not be pissed if my question sounds dumb.

While filling the come to Canada tool prior to obtaining the reference number(GC key) that was used to create the express entry profile, I suspect I inputted a wrong answer mistakenly at the point I was asked if I had canadian work experience[YES] which ofcourse I do not have.

I am quite worried and would love to confirm my answer before submitting the profile is there a way to go about this ?

I guess you should be fine once you select "NO" when asked the question on your profile. But if you feel restless about it, then generate another key with another email or delete your profile completely and recreate

For submitting POF, how recent can the statement of account be? Can it be as old as 2-3 months? Also is there a significant risk if the account balance drops below the required minimum after the AOR stage?

I stand to be corrected, SOA is to be for 6months. Best advised not to let your funds go lower than the required amount until the process is finished. Because you can never be sure if a case officer might want to enquire further and ask for further documents at any point in time. If you are asked for SOA say two months into the process, it will need to be an updated statement not the initial one you submitted. So if your funds go lower after AOR, it might be problematic

You might not have to do a BSc all over again, you might need to contact schools to find out what route you can take. They should have programmes for people who have qualified outside Canada, which will enable you practise in Canada. You have to research and get in touch with schools.

So I requested my transcript few months back for a different purpose .and so I have my transcript with me.
Although It was not addressed to Wes I was able to go back to have it addressed to wes.( just an envelope)d thing is I did not include d wes request form.i don't know if it goes in with d transcript in d same envelope given by d school.which is sealed already.(if not) can I just fill it myself put it in a different envelope and send it to wes myself thru courier. Or do I just request another which is a cost have I have been trying to avoid.

Your best bet might be to put it in a different envelop and courier together.

Her passport was issued in London and one of the questions while filling the EE profile form is country of Issue. I imagined the country of Issue would be London, England/UK but the options are quite different than she hoped. Can you please tell me which of the options applies to her. The picture of the options is attached. Many Thanks.

Country of Issue is Nigera. Place/issuing authority is London. Country of Issue is the country of the Passport. Place/authority of issue is where the passport was issued.

Thank you wonderful people for the responses @dupyshoo, @happytbaby @nat138. I am actually evaluating my bsc and msc. I guess i'd have to remove the bsc then as it will be more stressful and time consuming. However, I have plans of doing a bridge program or take up certifications upon landing. Would I require the ECA of my first degree for this?

I stand to be corrected but I will like to think that for further studies you will need to have all post secondary qualifications evaluated or at least the qualifications deemed necessary for your further studies. But for the purpose of EE, assessing your highest qualification in this case your Masters is okay.
So if you feel that obtaining the transcript for the diploma will slow down your current process, evaluate only the masters then evaluate the rest when you are ready for studies.

Please Is there anyone who obtained a degree following a diploma from unilag and successfully evaluated his/her BSC/BA degree with WES. I received the status update on my Wes and don't know how to go about it.

Please note that I am not trying to evaluate my diploma. Apparently, the transcript shows from 200L-400L.

From all indication, you need to evaluate your diploma as well because that is the missing link in your educational history (transcript).

This is what WES has to say if you have been given your transcript to send by yourself.

"If the institution gives you the document to send to WES, it must be in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate official at the institution you attended. If the envelope is opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, WES cannot accept the document".

I do not think the funding college/body/organization would be that patient enough with her to put the program on hold for a whole 3 years. That's why I thought she rescinds it in my first suggestion. It'll be a good thing though if the admission can be put on hold for her sake.

But then if it's 3 of 5, he can land, go do his two years masters programme in USA, then settle back afterwards in Canada for the next 3 years..

The higher the degree, the higher the score for academics I guess, if I were in your shoes I will also wait till after the PhD. PhDs are usually hotcake especially if it is in a field where there is need. You can also write your IELTS before April. Results are valid for two years, so should be fine I guess. And also because sometimes the exam dates could be far in between as they get filled up really quickly, it is best to get that out of the way.

Hello, you need to send your certificate separately to them, sign up for a free account on www.hellofax.com and fax the certificate to WES, their fax number is 1-416-972-9004. Sent mine this afternoon and it has already been received. Your transcript is sent directly to them from your Uni, except in situations where you have been given the transcript in a sealed envelop by your Uni then you will have to courier that to WES.
