chrisviral:What school did you represent? LJC? |
Ishilove:Hahahaha. This is the second time you will reiterate this point. First was like a year+ ago and I told you it is never too late to learn it. At least, you can learn basics in 3 months. |
safarigirl:...Music knows no language and lyrics. Can you recommend some of those Spanish songs or artistes? I want to check them out. Morning. |
Herrmes:It is not my opinion. It is a fact. I am a lover of music and I have a very large library. In music, rhythm is what matters most and not lyrics. In fact, the order is Rhythm>>>>> Beats>>>>>> Lyrics. Moreover, different genres determines how these are presented. My favorite genre of music is Contemporary Jazz ( which you hardly hear a word being spoken) and Afrobeats ( Its rhythm has an anticipatory progression). |
MikeMicheal:The one you watched is even a bit better. If you see others, you will feel like looking for her and slapping her. |
safarigirl:Exactly! Sound, rhythm, beats are more important than the lyrics. Music is not all about lyrics. If not, Poets would be the highest selling musicians. If one has good ears for music, one need not even understand the language. How would the lyrics of a song be judged when the language is not even understood? I love a couple of Latin and Spanish songs. How could I have known what was being talked about? During the Makossa craze, how many Nigerians understood the language ? Yet they danced and danced. Even Enya that sometimes sing in Latin and Spanish has millions of fans that spread across the globe. Nigerians are just too petty and sentimental. Once they do not have any meaningful thing to say or a genuine criticism, they come for the lyrics and run it down. Whereas, they unconsciously sing songs that they swore never to sing because of bad or poor lyrics. Reason: Their brains couldn't help but flow with the good rhythm of the song. |
Can you briefly explain why Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroun would be gauranted a slot? Sounds automatic!@magazineguy. |
MikeMicheal:That lady and her useless set of comedy series is the most stupid set I ever set my eyes on. She just want to blow without doing a good job. All her comedy is even cut and join as they cannot find a smart kid. |
missnawty:Sharap! His Emergency was a classic one. One of the beat songs of that year plus he had other releases. |
elshanAutos:I guess this is your subtle way of saying it takes up fuel. Moreover, you are using the wrong word. V6 is more efficient than i4. I think you meant to say " economical". |
GAZZUZZ:Thank you. No wonder almost all my friends driving the Camry 2007-2010 editions sold them off to get a 4 cylinder engine. I drove the 2014 model Hyundai Accent for like a year and the fuel economy was just too superb. A 2k worth of gasoline will take me to and fro work successfully in a week. If I need to go out and do so much driving in a week, it takes a maximum of 4k fuel. Thanks for the insight. Is there a 4 cylinder variant for Lexus Is250? |
GAZZUZZ:What is the disadvantage of driving a V6 vehicle particularly for metropolitan drive? |
dealslip:We thank God. On a break so I have a couple of days to peruse Nairaland. I may sneak in to the political session subsequently. Have a great day! |
dealslip:Cool cool political mama . I stopped being active at the session after my contemporaries left ( Gbawe and co) and kids took over. |
dealslip:How do you do? Been a while. |
seunlly:Oh really? Well done. Will try it tomorrow. |
seunlly:Left it when I was going out. Before I did, I was trying to make vital substitutions in order not to make the whole bracket thing so cumbersome when squaring sides but no headway. Will try it out tomorrow hopefully. |
PearlStreet:Welcome to Nairaland where padi padi determines what gets taken to the front page. Apart from the fact that the report is a petty one which wouldn't be on the front page if not for the source it is coming from, the report is so imcomplete and partly untrue. So, the person from NSCDC made it known to amiloaded correspondent ? what a joke! ......and the same amiloaded correspondent could not ask the criminals vital questions like the trick behind the act and so on. The blogosphere really needs to be cleared of vanity blogging. Smh |
seunlly:Okay. |
seunlly:You said it took you days to figure it out and now you are at the extreme end and you uploaded this.....means this is the extreme end you are from a previous question. Maybe I am not getting you but since this is the original question, let me try it then. |
seunlly:Okay. This is better. Now,paste the origin question that lead to this. |
seunlly:I wanna solve it. The hand writing is poor . don't wanna miss out digits. Re write this one u posted very well and also, u can post d origin question so I can attempt solving afress. Be fast! |
seunlly:Write out the question neatly with good hand writing or take a snap shot of where u saw it. I suspect something is wrong with the question. |
Lily4star:Cool. We thank God. How is school work going? |
Goalnaldo:He must be really pained. See vexation! ![]() |
Zizaboni: . Are you this pained? |
The second one because it makes the receiver pay more attention and understand all. I observe that most people do not really pay attention . if you put everything in a sentence, they will lose some details but the line things work best if you need them to follow up all the details. That does not mean that it will come in slowly . I can deliver the whole of the texts in the second one in less than 5 seconds or thereabout. |
GoldCircle:I live on the island. Oya, come and beat me! |
sunnx:Funny you @ wewe. Greet them politely in what way? By bowing your head or what? . I think a smile with a simple " Good morning" or " good morning ladies and gentlemen " would do. |
Allpropertyfocu:Okay sir. |
