Why would you be earning a salary if you don't have an account?

It's the responsibility of the organization you work for to open an account for you and include it to on their database so that upon disbursement, you'll get your alert.

My brother PPA is PPA... although you would most likely save more in the rural area because basic commodities like food, accomodation and transportation are quite affordable as compared to the Urban areas.

But it's the same government parastatal you'll serve, the same state and federal allowee you'll receive.

And you don't have much multinational compaines in cross river like you have in uyo so your chances of securing a 6 figure job is quite slim.

So just jejely do your service and return back to your base to hunt for your dream job.

I think this has to do with how our legal system is set up. In countries like the US or UK when a crime happens if the detectives can't solve the case it remains open for years while they search for clues or leads. So it doesn't matter if the criminal repents and becomes a archbishop once they know it's him he will get arrested and pay for his crimes. We need to reform our legal system. Even if you commit a crime in 1900 once it's confirmed you are the culprit you should pay for what you did.

That's true. But sadly the case isn't so here in Nigeria.

In Nigeria even with evidence of public confessions nothing is being done.

So how do their victims get Justice?

Good morning everyone.... merry Christmas and a happy new year in advance.

As the topic implies, I've been so worried about this issue.

I once attended a church some years back when a young man, claiming to be a repentant armed robber was giving his testimony. He talked about how he killed several people, raped girls, maimed....the one that made me froze right where I was seated was when he said they robbed a couple, the wife had just given birth and according to his story, they've been expecting a child for over 8 years. He said he and his gang smashed the newly born child's head on the wall because the father refused to cooperate with them.

Last month I heard another give his own testimony, according to him, he was once a cultist, he killed, raped, robbed and committed all kinds of atrocities.

I read a story here on Nairaland early this year how an armed robber came to church with his gun to surrender to the pastor, and I was like so that's it. He's free, all atrocities he committed has been wiped off? The pastor even posted it on the internet as an achievement.

This kind of testimonies are so rampant in our churches these days, and this brings the question shouldn't they be tried? I mean we have a working consistution.

So I can just kill anyone and after a while give my life to Christ and I'm free...I can join a cult, terrorise my neighbourhood, rob and kill people, then surrender my life to Christ and I've escaped Justice?

We blame Buhari for granting repentant Boko Haram and bandits freedom without trial, but we're doing the same thing without even realising it.

I'm a Christian and I'm not against criminals surrendering to Christ. But if anyone should engage in activities contrary to the laws guiding the country, he or she should be prosecuted accordingly. If the court decides to find him not guilty or give a lienient punishment based on self confession, then it would be much better.

But walking freely after causing pain to so many homes is totally wrong.

What do you people think?

I believe the number is seriously exaggerated...no woman can survive 28 abortions.

In fact at 6 or 7 count, no doctor would even agree to remove any more foetus for you.

If after the second abortion the guy is still telling you to abort the third, then you should know that he has no marriage plans for you and just after your body.

From your narrative, it's clear that she's not into you. When a girl isn't into you, trust me it's different from playing hard to get.

When she's not into you, She won't pick up your calls or reply your chats. If she even manages to pick up, she'll be busy. If she manages to chat, with you, it will be more of a question and answer game...very boring, characterized with k, kk, um, oh, hmm...etc.

She'll cancel dates suddenly without offering any kind of apology to you, she won't even regard you in anyway or form, she won't appreciate any kind of gift you give to her. Even if you request for her account details and credit her with some money, she won't call you to acknowledge the receipt

The problem here is that most guys mistake this attitude for her playing hard to get. Truth is they're so wrong. Girls like these are already in a relationship, they don't actually need you, so they don't bother, you're the one running around them like a male goat that wants to mate. And believe me, you'll hardly have any success with such people cos you'll end up getting frustrated.

When a girl is playing hard to get, she'll give you attention, reply your chats provided you're reasonable with your discussion and not the "when are you visiting me crew" pick up your calls, talk to you with respect...etc. She would just be taking things slowly between you both by respectfully refusing some of your offers, so as not to look cheap.

My advice? Let her be...she's already in a relationship.

Mine was during the covid 19 lockdown. Woke up with fever and decided to visit the pharmacy for some drugs.

I inhaled something irritating and as soon as I got there (the pharmacy) I sneezed four times at a stretch.

Come and see run, they told me to leave their shop that it's covid 19, me sef was even afraid because that was when the lockdown just started. We didn't yet know that it was all a scam.

I was scared and confused. They refused selling drugs for me o! Can you imagine? Las Las I left there and went home, took some fruits and healed naturally.
