Nanorest: What will happen if someone stop schooling after getting to UK Depends. When I was in school if you miss classes a couple of times without due notice to the school, the school would notify UKVI. That's the procedure, to what extent schools adhere to this differ. Note it's been a few years things might have changed |

Just wondering, how far apart can someone's bank statement can be from the day it was printed out to biometrics date? Like many days or weeks apart can be reasonable?
Thanks in advance Not more than 30 days old I think. |

Peejayolapeju15: Hello everyone, I want to ask a question on my mom’s behalf, she want to apply for UK visiting visa next month, she has printed her 6 months bank statement, I want to know if she can remove the money in the account or she should wait till she get her visa. Thank you all. By remove if you mean if she can go about her normal account activites then Yes. If you mean can she liquidate the account then she might be in a sticky situation if the DC decides to verify her documents. |

Chpelu: Nchabuomo pls wat is prove of savings. Is it my savings account where I receive my salary and deduct monthly expenditure and leave my disposable income in it. Or is savings different from it. Someone was telling it's not wat dey meant by savings.
Did you provide payslips to backup your salary. Did you provide proof of savings? Savings is ideally what is left after you remove your expenditures. This can be in a different account dedicated for that or your salary account. The key thing is presenting proof of monies you have mentioned in your application |

Chpelu: Good morning all. I was refused visa in April with my family. I want to reapply again to travel with my baby alone in December. My leave letter and visa application stated I will be going on my 21 days leave, because of the refusal I didn't go for 21 days leave. I only went for 5 days. I reserved the remaining 16 days for next holiday. How will I address this on my next visa application that it won't be an issue for me. Thanks You don't need to address it. Just say you are going for 16 days. I personally have never attached any proof of leave. Rather focus on addressing the issues that led to you being denied. |

humblemoi: Hi guys, is it possible for one to embark on a 5 days trip to Nigeria?
How would doing covid tests impact such a trip? I hear there are some rules around doing post arrival covid test in Nigeria and covid test to be done before departing Nigeria.
Can anyone please help explain how this could work?
Any explanation will be appreciated. Are you fully vaccinated? Ideally, you need to take an post arrival COVID-19 test on day 7 and a departure test latest 72hrs before your trip. If you are fully vaccinated you might be able to make your case to authorities why you can test earlier |

Cyclops33: My biometrics was submitted 7th April , whenever I escalate my case, the next day I get this and I instantly do as requested by sending a mail requesting for them to call me but the thing is they never call me. I don’t know what else to do about this. I called their customer service they said they are not incharge of such calls. Has anyone had any issues relating to this, please advice. Perhaps send a reminder or request to schedule a call. A friend is having a kinda similar issue with UKVI and they aren't the most responsive bunch. |

Daniel2802: Good evening. I'm currently a 300 level student of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, studying computer science. I am an app developer by specialisation.
I'm currently considering a country to japa to, through the easiest way which is study route. I don't mind doing my masters.
How affordable is tuition there and could I be pointed in the right direction?
Like approximate total cost of everything, na patch patch I wan patch so start. Thanks. Tuition is course & school dependent. Affordability is relative too. A good proxy is check University rankings and use that as a gauge for tuition. Often times tuition falls as you go down the table. A not so good school in the UK could easily cost up to £10k for tuition. Depending on your grades you could also get scholarships or discounts. |

Sanmigbola: Just to prove am not hiding anything I understand but I feel it's better you just state that you have lost contact with her as opposed to giving her number without her consent. You don't need to have someone in the UK to apply for a tourist visa so adding her details or not doesn't in any way strengthen your application. It might make the ECO understand your situation better but since you aren't staying in her place and perhaps she doesn't even know you are applying for a visa, I don't think it's a good idea to add her number. My opinion though. |

Sanmigbola: The best I will do is to give them her telephone number. tho, I'm going to manchester and she lives in Dartford. That's not proper as you don't have her consent to share those details especially if it's not requested. |
