Living in Nigeria, I think it was either Ondo or Ogun state that was regarded as the state with the most educated populace, thanks to Awo's vision in establishing free education in the western part of Nigeria. |

I missed my flight in San Francisco on my way to Nigeria for my mom's funeral. Thank God I arrived home the day of her funeral. Infact, she was lying in state when I arrived and was buried hours later. But for the Grace of God I would have missed her funeral. An unforgettable experience for me. |

". . . He said, “Mr. Adepegba told me his wife had just left him and that he could not afford to take care of them, being a jobless man. The children were very little. Seyi was two, while Titilola was five. “Mr Adepegba had pleaded with me to accept them in the boarding school. Mr Adepegba’s sister promised to bear the cost of their upkeep. They paid an initial N150, 000 for the three children for the first term.” But according to the proprietor, Adepegba never kept his promise. He said after the first term, the school expected him to come and take his children home for holiday but he never showed up until four years later. He said the school had expended over N7m on the upkeep of the children since 2007. The proprietor said efforts to reach the parents’ families had proved abortive, adding that calls to Adepegba’s phones were not always answered. He said, “Whenever we called him and he realised who was talking on the phone, he would switch off his phones and for the next two weeks, the numbers would not be available. . . I really love this Biblical Scripture. Thank you Father in Heaven for the Gift of Jesus Christ, Amen. For without Him, Grace wouldnt exist. Words cant convey how Grateful I am for His Abundant Grace. |

Those who feel free to eat anything must not look down on those who don’t. And those who don’t eat certain foods must not condemn those who do, for God has accepted them. Who are you to condemn someone else’s servants? Their own master will judge whether they stand or fall. And with the Lord’s help, they will stand and receive his approval. (Romans 14:3, 4 NLT) |
Interesting question. |

The Aluu tragedy should serve as a warning to all and sundry that not every 'suspect' of a crime is guilty. Please take note. I am not defending the person, but are they concrete facts to it? |
Is this for real? |
Mungo park founded River Niger. By the way, why is there a Columbus day in America when it goes against popular opinion that he founded America? |

Very funny. |
I bet you if this child scarification was practised in the west and endorsed, Nigerians will have followed through by now. Do I support it? No. Now, let me ask, what about tatoos that are now adopted by some of our youths all because it's done by certain people in America? |
No war, please. |
