The government has failed its citizens. |
It's not useless. |
Parents choose to send their kids to these private schools so that they can finish on time, unlike the public universities that are prone to going on strike. But I do agree with you, the fees are excessive. Private universities in the US are also expensive, but LizyL, remember, some of these students, unlike their counterparts in Nigeria, do receive financial aid, scholarship, grants, . . . |

Matthew 16:26 - Bible Gateway https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?...Matthew... BibleGateway.com For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul? Read the above Biblical Scripture. |

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Researchers have announced that a baby girl, who was born in 2010 and thought to have had two tumors in her abdomen, actually had twin fetuses ranging from 8 to 10 weeks old inside of her, according to a report. The fetuses weighed in at half an ounce and a third of an ounce. They both were far enough along to have four limbs, a spine, a rib cage, intestines and an anus. All organs were connected through an umbilical cord to a single placenta-like mass. "Since it is impossible for the little girl to have conceived the pregnancy on her own, the fertilization of the twin fetuses, of course, belongs to her parents, which has gone to the wrong place," a local doctor tells the South China Morning Post. The condition, called fetus in fetu, is thought to occur in 1 in 500,000 births worldwide. Read More @ Newser http://www.myfoxdetroit.com/story/28065275/baby-born-pregnant-with-twin-fetuses |
Now, when I think about it and having read it more than once, Purple Hibiscus is a great debut novel. |
She grew up in Nigeria. |
Ike77503:Dont care for the video. All what I know is that there is nothing SENSATIONAL about it even as the writer is trying to make it SENSATIONAL. It's not unusual (though it's wrong) for married people to engage in extra-marital affairs. Reading the writeup, it appears as if the writer was trying to make it seem as if its very unsual by using catchphrases like "righteous indignation," "happily married," . . . |
Raiders:Cool, so it's STALE news, dude, there is nothing sensational about it. This things happen. Why I think the news is fake are the following 1: "He was seized by a paroxysm of anger and dread and went into shock". (ok, who wouldnt?) 2. "How could his wife who had given him four beautiful kids and was there for him as ‘the rock of Gibraltar’ be caught in such a lurid act? (and those four beautiful kids are 2 boys and two girls, to make it more ideal plus the fact that the man described the woman as his 'rock of Gibraltar." 3. "His wife was a respected member of the Nigerian community in Maryland, United States and was the hardworking and successful manager of nurses in a reputable Washington DC hospital." (Is there any hospital in America that is not reputable?) 4. Even when the video was shown to the husband, he initially dismissed it as a concocted fairy tale, like was it a fake image of his 'rock of Gibraltar' that would cause him to be in denial of it? "spread all over the continental United States had viewed it several times (how do you know the number of times people watched it and how do you know that it spread over the US when most people I am sure are not even aware of it?) . . . "were all shocked and filled with righteous indignation over such an embarrassing conduct by an otherwise happily married woman." (who wouldnt be shocked?) The spouses name are unnamed, it's a fake story trying to be sensational. |
Most certain this article is FAKE, it's just to capture one's imagination and drive sensation, particularly using the janitor's angle. Why cant they release the purpoted youtube? |
nahinbdis:Why are you worried about what the assistance a man renders to his wife? |
It's common in the USA for workers to have portraits of family members on their desk |
Its doctrine runs contrary to the doctrine of Christianity. Beware. |
I had a wonderful experience with them last year. |
I think the measure of corporal punishment meted to erring students in Nigeria is excessive |
And do they provide scholarships as their counterparts do in the USA? |
You cant compare basic infrastructures like constant electricity, water, reliable public transportation here compared to Nigeria. |
No brainer, with our population, we are bound to be among the leading internet users in the world. |
A very funny one. An old man from the village to a big town. He would see buildings and ask strangers, "Who owns this?" And the reply was always, "I dont know." He would see another building and ask a stranger, "who owns this?" And the reply would be, "I dont know." And so on and so forth, the answer was always, "I dont know" Be it building or something else. One day, there was a funeral in that town and he turned to ask another person who had died. And person's response was "I dont know." So, the man returned home saying, "I dont know" who owned the building in town and all that is finally dead. I don forget the name of the book that I read it but it's true. Very funny story. |
This is cause for alarm, I read recently that the hostel of a certain university was also razed by fire. What's going on? |
