How much was his salary as Kogi State governor?
Let him show proof of income since he started his working life till date, the taxes he paid, full audit to show how he can afford to pay fees at American international school. What business he did to enable him buy 2023 model meyback Mercedes for just 1 if his wives.
Truth if the matter is that we handed Nigeria to a bunch of criminal to run.
Only 1 politician so far has provided fully audited tax proof in the history of Nigeria politics as we know it. Correct me if I am wrong. Even oga at the top never showed us his not to talk of this Bello fellow.

Modified: I see you have provided more info on the bank/card, but still I'm curious. Does this mean even since back then wey dem place the embargo, you were able to bypass all that with the providus card?
It never stopped with providus bank.
When all other bankcards were blocked, my kids were still able to shop online as their bank was providus. Infact to pay our YouTube premium, Netflix etc we had to use the kids cards. This then prompted me to make further enquiry and then opened account with the bank and got my platinum card.

which bank card?
Providus bank.
The normal one has limit of around $300 monthly for online purchases. It does not work abroad. I use the platinum card which works abroad and online with a $3k monthly limit.
The platinum card gives access to executive lounges at the airport in Abuja and Lagos and others abroad. Guess what, it is only ₦4k to get the card.
It is a regular naira card that deducts from your naira account.

They can leave. Their main reason is reduced sales according to them and Nigeria is just leaving a recession, coupled with our fight against inflation. They're not the only ones who experienced a plunge in sales, a lot of Nigerians were forced to cut down on their expenditure and it affected businesses.

This is why the govt must support indigenous businesses cos all these foreign businesses have no real stake in the country. Once they can't maximise profit, they jet out. Only local businesses can bear with the country through hard times, just like BUA cement & Air Peace...
Interesting.
And how do you suggest government support the local business?
Sports › Re: Bet9ja Confirms N3m As Settlement For Lukman by nedekid:
In my opinion this is absolutely rubbish. While I know absolutely nothing regarding betting, that fellow played a ticket under the betnaija platform. He went to an authorized agent/ representative of betnaija, placed a bet, left the premises with a ticket. His business is not with a local agent but with betnaija as a company. What ever internal scribble betnaija has is their business. It is between them and their agent and does not concern the ticket holder. They delayed him and made him to sign under duress ie his pressing need for money to accept 3m as final settlement. That paper he signed ought to be nullified.
Had he been wise, he should have kept 500k from the 3m to seek proper legal redress and also sue for heavy damages, citing issues his lawyers will dream of. Frankly speaking, betnaija is playing on his lack of intelligence or rather ignorance or naivity.
If betnaija has any integrity left, they should quickly pay his balance.

JuanDeDios:
So they successfully operated naked and left unseen?
In our case, it happened the first time. If I remember right, 2 flat screen TV disappeared mysteriously, even in a lounge area where some staff slept late at night. The next day police was invited, because it was assumed a worker stole the tvs even though the security said no staff left the premises at night carrying any thing. The workers arrested swore their innocence. It pained them they had to bail themselves. The gym guy swore he had never been to station before and that this case that took him there, he will even go on fasting for it to be solved. It's was a new hotel then. The management within days installed cctv. Meanwhile we started hearing on a daily basis, houses, flats etc all over the estate been burgled mysteriously. Houses with burglary proof will have them cut open, husband and wife will sleep, wakeup in the morning, their phones on the bed they were browsing with don disappear, bedroom TV, parlor TV, laptops etc, howwww?? Everyone in the estate was vigilant.
So one night, we finally saw how the thief came. He wore only pant, came through the upstairs window at the gym, jumped in from an uncompleted building next door built so close to the fence. Went through the top floor, fence then window. He went to the lounge, shit on the table, opened a drink, poured out the content and peed inside, next reception, tried to get money opening all the lockers, can you believe he went into where staff were sleeping, picked phones, some from their hands, he then entered another lounge where apparently that gym guy was sleeping, Omo, he stared at the gym guy suspecting he was not deeply at sleep like the others, 1 full unit he stood still staring no movement, hmm that was how the gym guy opened his eyes, both of them jam face to face! The thief bolted upstairs with gym guy in chase. The guy went streight for that window and flew out! He would have been caught if not that Mr gym in chase was not sure if there was more of the in the gym so he hesitated before entering while in chase.
I had the cctv footage on my phone uptill last week I deleted as it has been years

What the heck is wrong with that ones mouth? Is that teeth? shocked
Anyway, I think it is their juju. They will be told to go naked for invincibility.
They also wear boxers if not completely naked, they rub oil all over their body so if you try to grab them, they easily slip away. Part of their juju is that once they gain entrance, they look for a visible place eg a dining table or living room table to shit, once this happens, it is alleged everyone in the premises will fall into very deep and mysterious sleep. So deep, they will enter your bedroom, adjust your head and steal your phone under your pillow. Lol.
I know this because few years ago, it happend 2ice in a guest house I am associated with.

In their country they don't have respect for Nigerians and they will sill come to Nigeria they will not have respect for Nigerians and our immigration will fold their hands and watch the movie , federal government will applause them ..
Oga, that supermarket is within their chamber of commerce or so, a Chinese premises where they have some busineses and residence. There is no outside advertising. To get to the store you have to pass their gate of which if you have no business or even resident there you may not have access to the place. I see nothing wrong in that.
I doubt you can drive to babcock University gate and say you want to go to their supermarket without being a staff, student on someone having cause to visit either of the earlier stated. Can you drive to IITA ibadan, then at the gate tell them you want to go to their supermarket, their pool side bar and lounge to shop or relax? You will never be let past the security gate! I remember those days as students in the early 90s, IITA had the best burgers and chips etc, all cheap and subsidized. We will go there, then get a resident to call the security gate to allow us enter as if we are guest paying a visit, all for the purpose of gaining access to their poolside lounge to eat burger or chicken and chips.

God1000:
I think Vladimir Putin badly miscalculated on this Ukraine invasion thinking the war would prevent NATO expansion in eastern Europe

Now Poland is talking about hosting US nukes on its soil
Yeah, it's called proliferation. US puts nukes in Poland which has been their aim for many many years, starting from the placement of missile systems in Poland (despite Russian protest) under the guise it was anti missile system against Iran. The Russian argument was that the story was bull shit. Those missiles could easily be repurposed to ground attack mode as a decapitating first strike system.
Anyway, what happened in the 60s under Kennedy will happen again. Russia will install nukes in Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela etc, probably in iran.
The problem is that the US acts like a spoilt kid, they "do , others then react and "do", America then gathers it's puppies aka allies to gang up and say you are breaking world order.
In other words, do as I say, not as I do.

The post is self explanatory.

First of all, I relied mainly on end period priced over a given period so it matches with the minimum wage. As at 97/98, fuel was N11.

It shows that between 1999 and 2014, there was significant economic development that directly impacted on the common man. From 2015, things have taken a nosedive.

It also sets the standard for what apc should be aiming for. Not audio projects that have no positive impact on the common man.

It also aims to lay to rest the position of some apc apologist who, when the government is questioned about the hardship and price rises, also ask how much the PDP met prices. Though prices increased under PDP, so did purchasing power.
I fully concur with you.
I mistakenly thought you meant purchasing power is better now than it was before 2015.

All this was 1991 to around 1995-6. I know because I was in uni ibadan then and all the distraction of owning a car as a student. ₦5 fuel got me almost 8 liters at 60kobo per liter.
