Oyind17:We pray alot and we sit back and do nothing. We love miracles too much but there are so many things that doesn't require miracle. Reckless driving by private and truck owners, causing accidents and killing many in the process and all the government does is sit down and look. We need rails to function optimally, FRSC should increase surveillance and stop collection of kickbacks from offenders and government should provide potholes-free-trade. If these measures are put in place, such tragedies will reduce. We should put working measures in place first before praying. |

Aside from the fact that the society is sick, I think Promise must have been raised in a one-room apartment. He might have been watching when his mother was being laid by his father and Step-father. We have had high-profile murder cases go unresolved and the murderers walking free. I doubt if this would be an exception. It is time the Police started looking in this direction with the aim of arresting such individual and making sure they are kept behind bars forever. RIP Mr. Lecturer. |
