Finally I have collected my passport with my application granted that means CDHC don give me visa
WOW e no easy at all.

Meanwhile,we can iron things out here,so that some other ppl that may be having this kind of issue may gain experience directly. The choice is yours though. To my own understanding and the fact I got from you,YES you have the chance depending on how you package your application. You can back ur application up with a VERY STRONG statement of purpose or Letter of intent and good response on your questionnaire.
Now,I do not know the sector of Engineering you got your grade from. For the fact that you are considering a College Diploma in Business and you have worked as a Business manager for 4years,providing that you have documents to show this,and you have certificates of diff. biz seminars+ if you have good source of income/bank record,I think you are good to go.
Meanwhile,take your time and appraise your dox urself by putting urself as the Visa Officer,the judge from that perspective. Nobody is perfect,but I think it will go a long way in helping you. IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING!

sorry abt ur refusal. If @ first u dnt succeed,try and try and try again,but in a different way. Presumably u've corrected ur mistakes. Now let's go to the point. Gotta ask this questions. If you could give an insight to my questios and comment below,it may increase ur chance of getting d visa,coupled with the advice/comments of experienced members of d house.
#loads of dox. does not necessarily assure you TRV,but the required,relevant and convincing ones. Bunlde of irrelevant dox. may get Visa officers bored,and which psychological may turn his/er energy down when he/she is checking those that matters and relevant

#Huge amount of money in the acct. does not automatically warrant visa,especially if the source of the fund is not really tracable or convincing enought

#Canada values education and appreciate good academic standings ( This is from personal experience**interview @CDHC**)

#Even if CDHC knws that 90% of students applicants are potential immigrants,they want to be sure that you won't become a burden to their economy in any form. That want you to create and prove beyond reasonable doubt that u'll return to your home country.
I am trying to draw some points from the refusal reason.
Now to your specific case:
*U submitted 10M statement of ur sis& hubby- They run a joint account right? If not please clarify. Do they run joint Biz or the biz belongs to your sis? U also submitted personal bank stmt. of ur sis,of 300k. The Visa officers live among us in Nigeria,and they understand the typical African lifestyle and mentally. The visa officer knows that your Sis. doesnt have sole access to the fund in the 10M acct,which is the major account u relied on. Her hubby might even have direct access to the fund than she does.Also considering the fact that it's a company accout,there some expense that will go from such acct i.e Taxes,bill,salaries etc.
Does ur sis have children? how many dependant children do they have? The V.O may draw his/her conclusions from questions like this,concerning the insufficient funding.
* About returning to Nigeria,you are created an impression that you are employed,but you didnt proof your earning or how u are comfortable financially. V/O may feel that you are not earning good income and your finding canada study visa as a means to escape to Canada for greener pasture. While the V/O may not be convinced on d questionaire u filled abt ur reasons of going to study in canada and what u'll do after ur studies.
* Weak academic history: I am puzzled about this reason! It really depends on academic grades sometimes. I think the V/O is judging 4rm ur Academic records. about the record case,check my interview experience in the travelling to Canada part 1:

No illness can stop u from getting visa to go to Canada especially for study. They will only give u time to treat urself. Meanwhile,I dont think diabetes will be a threat to their public health.

funny enough I was in Abeokuta yesterday when it was dropping ice. I was in my Pop's house. Damn... I love the weather. Though I was a bit scared initially cos the it started as small pieces of ice drops and later to bigger sizes like stones weighing abt 4 to 5kg. It makes sound on roof top like someone is hitting hard on you. It's exciting and fun anyway.

statement of purpose is not compulsory but it may be necessary in your case. Even after getting admission letter,you need to make your intention of studying clear to the visa officer. If you are sponsoring yourself,no affidavit of sponsorship needed,but if you are using ur father,it is needed. For list of documents needed to apply for study visa to Canada,you may see it on the website of the Embassy here

If your previous studies does not relate to your intended study in Canada,it may have influence in the decision of the visa officer,but if you could state your intention,reasons and prospect of pursuing the course,you may convince the Visa officer and get the visa. I have seen members here that studied in the area of Science and getting visa to study in the area of Management. It's all about how you present your application and previous academic grades. Firstly i will like to know if the course she was about to start was in english or italian? If english, then she is safe but if in Italy, then i guess they must have denied her base on insufficient language skills. secondly for any student who want to study here in italy, he or she must legalised all the school documents and translated them to italian language. and after that u take it to the embassy and u will be asked to pay a verification fees which i dont know how much it will be now...but then it was 30k. this legalisation is what they will use to issue u what is called Declarazione di valore in locco. then from there the embassy will continue to process ur application.

One more thing every italian school will ask u to go to the embassy to apply for pre-admission and during this time is when u will submit all the above documents and payments i specified above.

As regards my questions about Canadian student visa. Yes at the time of applying am still a student and am doing transfer to another school in canada which means i have nothing to do with Italy again if i get my visa to study in canada except for Nigeria that is my home country. as regards letter of admission yes, i have it and i paid all my tuition fees and i have all the rceipt together with me at the time of application. my bank acct balance after i have paid for my tuition fees and my accomodation was 8550Euro. i also have Certificate of Enrollment which was giving to me after i paid my tuition fees and so on. the only thing i know i dont have in my documents was family assest declaration. that shown family property. but now i have the affidavit that state all the properties of my family and that also show that i have my own car there in naija. but i need more explanation about this family documents. as for marriage nope and single and i have no property here in italy except for the one my father is having in naija..offcourse u dont expect a student like me to be having a house properties and so on...lol

Thx so much. The programmes has dual language options: English and Italian,but she chose to study in English. The school sent the admission package typed in Italian.
Sorry,can I know since when you've been studying in Italy and the school you are or do you have list of affordable colleges/institutions that have courses that can be taken in English.
Now to your canada visa case. are you sponsoring yourself or you are using sponsor? If your parents are sponsoring you,you will need affidavit of sponsorship from them . I think most members of the house have this format. I dont have cos I am a self-sponsor. Now,I will advise you to include personal statement of purpose with your visa application,explaining why you want to study in Canada and the reasons why you will come back to Nigeria. Include any documents you have that attaches you to Nigeria and ur family. The visa officer wants to be sure that you will leave Canada at the end of ur programme. He doesn't wanna care if you are returning to Italy or Nigeria. All He/She cares to knw is that you must have strong tie with the country you live presently or country of origin,that will make you to leave Canada after ur studies or when things are not working has u planned( God forbid) so that u wnt be burden to their economy.
