when I was young I was told dat if a lunatic comes to ur shop/workplace very early in d morning pleading 4 money and u give him/her u will have a wonderful day. It work sometimes.

Biz.registration dox is necessary if ur sponsor is running personal biz or company oooo. Pls. dnt shoot urself @ d leg comparing to other's case. Remember cases are treated individually. Moreso,paschal137 might have 4gotten to list this dox. dunno abt Tax cert cos I used VAT letter only. but u need to proof evidence of biz. if ur sponsor has biz or company. Good luck.

if u are called for medical,I think CDHC is about 70% satisfied with ur application. things cld only be messed up if u have prob. abt ur account details. if ur account detail is also fine @ dat time and u were asked 2 make payment;and u did,+ you are medically fit,u r good to go.

if u dont have C of O u can use ur survey plan + building plan. It will go a long way.

try a kind of professional prog. and proof the relevance of d prog.with ur previous qualification + the benefit in it for u and write a statement of purpose. Also,if u can sponsor urself @ dat age and u have enough proof(documented) of what u've been doing all this while,give it a try. You may be called 4 interview if they still doubt u and u need to prove 'em wrong during ur interview. U may refer to part one of this thread and read my experience. u'll be inspired.It's all abt packaging. Trust me Bro.

first, I dont think ur Int'l passport cld carry 2names. cos 3names are requested to be filled on application form for Intl passport. I am baffled abt this though,but I cannot knw abt ur credentials more than u do. Pls. check that. But my suggestion is that u get an affidavit from the court and explain you bear the same name and the cause of the changes. Good luck.

I like what you said about making sure that the account history should be 6 months, as a matter of fact, if i were them with the kinda history that Nigeria has, i would suggest even more and make sure it is clean record.

I am a bit concerned abt d expiry of d passport too. cos I think my passport gotta expire 2014 and I shld also get my TRV around July2013. when will ur passport expire? what's d duration of ur prog. in Canada? Pls. dont rush in doing some things in life. I need to be honest with u. If u dnt give an genuine reason of what u've been doing since 2004,they might not issue u visa oooo. It's jst an advice.
First,any cert. from the computer schl? why cant u apply 4 a sort of Diploma prog. in Computer or sort? why can't u take ur time in planning rather than taking ur time and making CDHC to hold u for abt 5months + and eventually deny u visa (God forbid)? anyway,gotta add u on YIM soon.

Meanwhile,let's knw what u've been doing and what u wanna go study first.

First the passport issue. Your passport expires in June,2014 and you want to start a 2yr Diploma in January,2013. You will be applying in July,2012. Your passport will still be valid more than 6mths of the time u are applying(July,2012) so you can use the same passport. why and how will you get new passport if the current is valid for more tha 6mths?
Since your former school gave you your transcript directly(some other sch'ls dont) you can use it again. No information changes on it. U only need more of it if u r applying to new schools.

About ur sponsorship details: Yes, u can click other and Write Uncle/Mum but make clarification by tagging ur Unlce as[b] 'MAIN'[/b] and your Mum as 'SECONDARY'

have you been refused Canada visa before? If yes,then do you still have the refusal notice? If yes,then quote the reference number of the refusal notice,date and year you were refused and type of visa you applied for. That is it. u dnt need to state why u were refused,they will get it when they get ur refusal ref. #.

TIP: Pls. try as much as possible to beat the reason(s) why you were first refused. This is the first thing they will work on. If u have filled ur loop holes and u defend any other chance(s) of being refused this time,u r good to go.

But be aware like education in any other parts of the world,even the western world,Nigeria varsities have their own demerits; Mainly strike actions,lack of practical knowledge and facilities etc. but u go learn 4rm 9ja even outta citadel environ. everyday 4 9ja na lesson. That's why I studied 4rm primary level to tertiary institution till I decided to broaden my knowledge outta Nigeria shore,though still on d pursuit. Yet,coming back to 9ja to utilize d acquired skills. I wish u Good luck.
