I am currently receiving salary through IPPIS platform. The only good thing about the platform is that the unnecessary deductions by school management has stopped. The truth is that this government uses the platform for their selfish interest. The kind of tax they deduct from worker's salary is very painful. Do you believe that chief lecturers pay more than 50 thousand naira taxes,even professors. The deduction has rendered the new minimum wage useless... completely useless.

That deduction cannot be for only tax, perhaps I think there other deductions, such as NSITF, Pencom etc that go along with your quoted figure

Thank for the suggestion to go to Carlecare.

I got there this morning and it was just a simple thing. I mistakenly pressed the "call reject" in smart panel - a very tiny and faint line along the right hand side of the screen of the phone. It was opened and remove from call reject and phone is very fine.

For the benefit of those who may not know this feature, I will attached a snapshot of it. The location varies in phones.

Kindly help me to suggest possible solution to this fault with my Tecno Camon 12 phone.

The problem is that I suddenly discovered that when someone calls me, it does not ring out. But the caller will hear it rings once and then begin to sound that my line is busy or not available at the moment. As a result of this, many callers feel I deliberately decline or busy thier calls.

I have checked all the checkables, including checking the "Do not disturb" feature, which is turned off, the airplane (turned off) and the voice mail feature which is not active as well, all based on my knowledge of phone.

I am presently in the village and there are no competent phone technician to fix it. I feel I can get any help from you guys here. Pls help.

Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State, through Crusoe Osagie, his Special Adviser, has cried out that “there is an ongoing deliberate election manipulation in areas where he has strongholds.

Obaseki is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the incumbent Governor of Edo State.

According to him: “Suddenly, card readers are not working in areas where Governor Godwin Obaseki is very popular.
